Super fun rooftop bar! Casual with great drinks and great atmosphere and a memorable view.

Second time coming here and it has completely failed in service. Last time we had the best experience stayed for drinks for hours. Today we could not leave fast enough. We were one of 5 tables and the hostess was so rude to us. We tried to move an umbrella less than a foot to block the sun and were the only table it covered and she rudely came over and yelled at us for moving it. We offered to move it back and she snapped at us. We don't mind going to the bar for drinks but the environment was so un welcoming that we did not want to stay. Very different experience than last time we visited. read more

What a beautiful view and delicious food. Because my friend and I were not too hungry, we shared a lovely salad that was delicious however may I suggest more nuts, berries and watermelon and less leafy greens would have gotten 5 stars instead of 4. Looking forward to going back again and trying some of the yummy looking foods we saw served. Service is basically order at counter and then brought to table which was fine! read more

Great ocean views, great flatbreads, and great for lunch as it's not crowded. We have been there twice for lunch in January and in this somewhat hidden gem we had our pick of the tables. We know it's busy at sunset and for good reason. Fantastic views! read more

This was probably the worst food I've ever had. Their oven was down so they said no flatbreads, which was fine because we felt like there were other options. The nachos came out cold. The shredded cheese wasn't melted and it seemed like they tried to "heat" them by just pouring warm nacho cheese over them. I've honestly had better food at a stadium, which was disappointing considering the price. The chips were basically store bought Tostitos. The view is amazing and it just sucks that they don't invest more into the menu and quality of food they offer. read more

Had a drink with a couple of friends, plenty of seating when we stopped by on a Saturday 5pm. Order at bar then take a seat, bar line was long and it does take a while. No one was properly managing the line so people were cutting in between too. Ordered a bowl of fries, and it was plenty for 3 people to share. Views are nice, plenty of heaters around too. Staff was friendly and they do clean up quickly too. Good drinks to start off the night. read more

This location is a little tricky to find. It's on top of a boutique property. The view is exceptional, there's a nice drink selection. The service however really could use some work. Servers were very young and preoccupied even though we were there mid week. It was quite crowded with A corporate meeting of some sort. We elected not to have lunch there because the menu items did not look particularly appealing. However, we did have a hummus plate which was quite good. I would recommend if you want a romantic view at sunset this is really the place to be. Cheers read more

What a great rooftop bar we found. This place has a great ambiance with amazing drinks and the pretzel bits are great but what made our time there great was Isabel as she recommended the great drinks and those pretzel bites. I believe Isabel went beyond and was very attentive from the moment we got there. We will definitely go back again. read more

Spectacular views! Great selection of food but it is very crowded as everyone is trying to soak in that amazing view!

Food was good and service was very quick. You order up at the window bar, then your food is brought to you. We had all of our food and drinks within 10 mins of ordering at sunset on a Saturday night. The portions are L-XL, plenty to share with multiple people. There were literally 32 pretzel bites in the appetizer. Classic rooftop hotel bar vibes, plenty of seating and a nice view. the panoramic views from Tower39 Rooftop Lounge are just like the ones from my house only a couple of blocks closer to the waves. the FIG and RIB panini (grilled sourdough, braised short rib, goat cheese, fig jam, arugula, basil, and balsamic reduction) was quite delicious and the service on point. so, the view was spectacular, the sandwich was yummy, and service was attentive, but I'll never be back. why? a seemingly perplexing question with a very simple answer: they don't validate. really? $19 for a sandwich on upper deck of a hotel surrounded by a mostly residential neighborhood, and you want to gouge me $5 for a space in a mostly empty parking garage? whoever made that call can go jump in a lake or at least in the ocean. with a running start, they have a shot. read more

View and location is great for a summer sunset night. I wouldn't come here on a hot day midday, since there isn't much shade. Service was not great. Our order was incorrect when the food came. They fixed it, but it took a beat. Drinks were not good. I wouldn't order the Paloma again. It was unbalanced and watered down. Tangine salt is something you should list on the ingredients since it was so intense. Way overpriced for the quality. The best part was the fig and short rib panini. I don't think I'll be back though. read more

Very slow service, forgot some items we ordered, brought food order for friends who joined us 20 minutes after we had ordered, told us that there wasn't much of a selection to order since they don't have a kitchen, but deleted two items from bill since we never got them. Not impressed but with a bit of common sense, this could be a great place. read more

Tower39 Rooftop is sort of meh. The drinks are fine, but don't match the price tag. There's a good amount of seating, but only like 3-4 umbrellas for the entire roof. On warmer days, it's impossible to find shade. The views are great, but I think they could work to improve the aesthetic and functionality of the roof top. read more

Located on top of the Springhill Hotel this place has amazing views for sunset. But the drinks are genuinely so bad. We were so shocked because the ambience with the view had so much potential. If you're going, I would recommend sticking to beer or wine. The food was also very mid, we got the hummus and fries. For reference on the drinks, we got dirty martinis, cosmos, French 75, white wine and Prosecco- so we really did give it a shot. Not sure if the servers and bartenders are just spread thin, but it was shockingly sad. I added photos of the "dirty martini" lol. We ended up asking for tonic to dilute some of the drinks they were mixed so horribly. read more

Beautiful views, good drink pricing, love the fire pits! Got there around 11am on a Sunday and we had our choice of seating. What we really loved was our service. Spencer was so funny and so personable. He had jokes for everything and just made our time there 100x better. Highly reccomend coming here and asking for Spencer! read more

Went there for the first time and was a bit skeptical given the recent low reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised because service was great and the food was tasty too. Both bartenders were friendly and there was a woman (sorry can't remember her name) that was walking around and asking everyone how everything was going. She was very friendly and attentive. Strange experience with a staff member that I'm assuming has zero hospitality experience. My group of 4 showed up around 4:30pm on Sat to visit the rooftop bar. Very few people were there besides us. It was still very sunny out but the few shaded tables were already occupied. We spent some time trying to find some shade but realized quickly that we would have to settle for a sunny spot and carefully move an umbrella to make ourselves comfortable. After a minute or so, we had moved an otherwise useless umbrella into a position that made it useful. It's shadow was nowhere near any tables or seating originally. We all sat down and enjoyed our drinks for about 5 minutes at which point a middle-aged employee (manager?) aggressively approached us saying that "umbrellas are for everyone" and "we dont allow umbrellas to be moved". He made the ladies in our group stand up so that he could move the umbrella back to its original position 4ft away. "Our owners dont allow these newer expensive umbrellas to be moved", he said. "Youre still in the shade". What? No, we arent. Literally all of us are in the sun now and the umbrella is shading zero people. We all gathered our things and moved to another, slightly shadier spot. Weird, aggressive and stupid umbrella policy. We finished our drinks and left. Learn how to treat customers and put up a umbrella moving policy sign if you feel so strongly about it. Drinks were overpriced and the fries were cold and stale. read more

I was looking for a place that I can enjoy my favorite beach without having to order any food items and this was it. The view was perfect and the salsa music from my favorite artists was definitely a plus!! The mix included some chill alternative music too. I absolutely loved the ease of ordering a drink with the QR that showed what section you were seating at and the drinks came quick and were delicious!! We'll be back again. I decided to check out Tower39 Rooftop Lounge. I went there about 2pm on Friday April 11. The view was absolutely stunning. But that's all it was upon my visit. The drinks were good. Bartenders were very friendly and hospitable. I decided to order the Pretzel Bites with the Beer Cheese for dipping. I have to say it was really bad. I felt like I was gnawing on hard bread, and the cheese dip was very liquid almost soup based. I have had Pretzel Bites in the past from various restaurants and they were pillow soft bites and the beer cheese is really thick. I know everywhere I go each place will be different. But the multiple times I have had Pretzel Bites in the past were absolutely delicious. If I decide to return I don't know what the other food is going to taste like? And if I should base that food quality upon the Pretzel Bites. This is why you're getting a 3 star review. read more

The drinks were pretty good, though definitely on the sweet side. They ran out of ingredients to make some of the drinks, so still working out some new menu kinks. The view is nice, even if it's somewhat blocked by palm trees. The vibe is definitely basic hotel bar. It's family friendly and there were plenty of families with kids, so would be a good option if you have kids in tow and want a drink. Overall not really bad, but not really good. I love this location! As a local it's always fun to try new places and I think this will be added into my regular rotation. I enjoyed the flatbread that was very savory. My daughter had the chicken panini and thought it was good with the exception that it has too much arugula on it. We also shared some truffle fries that were delicious. We enjoyed a couple of cocktails. Nothing fancy but they were good. The staff was happy to light the fire tower next to us for warmth. It's very casual. You order at the counter and take a number to your seat. The server will bring it to you. Dress warm for winter nights. Even with glass barriers the ocean breeze is chilly. There are many fire pits and towers but not enough for everyone. Three items and four cocktails ran about $120 with tip. read more

Okay, this is living! Five star view! Drinks and foods menu. Don't expect 5 star dining, it's a lounge so align your expectations. But did I mention the view! Only small drawback is the furnishing and atmosphere. Kind of generic and maybe what you should expect when you pass the business center to take the elevator up to the rooftop. read more
