In town from Illinois. Went to 3 spots before accidentally finding this place. Glad we did- it was awesome. Packed house but got seated quickly. Food came out fast and order was 100% correct. Our server was awesome. Food was great. Worth the price! It was loud but we got a corner booth so it was fine.

Popped in after work for a few drinks and snacks. Food was amazing and I love the different menu options. Great tap menu and also great selection of liquor as well! Fast, friendly service. Can't go wrong. Oh! And also great patio that opens up into the restaurant.

"Meh" cheese curds. The server ranch wasn't my favorite.

I ended up spotting this restaurant a few months ago when I stopped in at Patisserie Margo for some treats. There was a lot on the menu that had my interest: tots, shrimp taco, double cheese burger, fries, pretzel... apparently all the healthy items! My friend and I split the Brewer's Double and asked for extra pickles. I think we mentioned "extra" 2 or 3 times - they did not disappoint. The burger itself was decent. The fries were amazing though! The pretzel itself stated in the menu it was filled with cheese, but not a whole lot was in our pretzel. The cheese sauce served with the pretzel was really good and we got our cheese fix that way. I'm originally from WI and have had too many cheese curds to count. This batch wasn't my favorite. The breading just wasn't doing it for me. The service was prompt and friendly. The only disappointment we experienced is that they advertised a sign on the table to sign up for a reward program to receive a beer. When it came to pay, our server and the bar tender did not know how that worked and we ended up paying for 4 beers instead of 2. They do have a pretty decent sized beer and cocktail list. They have a nice sized patio outside, but we sat inside due to the weather. I would go back and try the other items on the menu, but I wouldn't get the curds or pretzel again and that's my typical go to.

Bang Bang Shrimp taco was incredible. Shrimp has a light breading and just the right amount of sauce. The Tennessee Hot Chicken Taco was alright. Wish it had sweet relish or kimchi slaw vs dill pickle slices. Both had a bit of spice. Sweet potato fries were delicious. I believe the ranch is homemade and delectable. Service was a bit slow but it seemed like there was only one waitress.

Good beer, bland and boring food, service relaxed to the point of being languid. That's fine if your goal is to hang out with friends over beer, but not if you're a half hour done with your bland entrees, you want to leave, and your server has ghosted you for the third time. Two stars for the beer, plus one for the patio. If you've been to any of the other Town Hall properties, you're basically getting a variation of the others, only in a renovated gas station with a pleasantly shaded patio. It's a cute facility. A few food comments: the tater tots are more like rolled, deep-fried hash browns than they are tater tots. Using a firmly Minnesotan definition, they were... interesting. And, despite our server's comments that they were a bit spicy, they were not. It's like all the flavors canceled each other out. The roasted cauliflower tacos were okay. The pulled pork was only kind of pulled, meaning every other bite was a chewy, over-sweetened glob. Surprisingly, the fries, which looked generic as possible, were crispy and light. If we have a need to hang out over beers in Edina, we may be back. But, it's not a place to seek out.

I would agree it's a hidden gem! A little nostalgic feeling on a rainy spring evening with the comfortable food and beers. It was a work event but the fact we ended up with an extra round after the tap was closed says a lot. Highly recommend.

The rooftop restaurant is a wonderful setting and a great place to entertain out of town guests or locals. Check in to getting seated went fine, it was our immediate servers attitude and snarky demeanor that really turned us off. From taking basic food orders to clearing the table, this server literally had stank face, she didn't even try to hide it. I fear this was racially motivated, from the moment we sat down this server had an attitude. This was my first time experiencing something like this at an upscale restaurant. Everyone liked their food and I'm certain I'll return for the incredible vibe. They had fun cocktails and the atmosphere is truly stunning, they have a huge wrap around outdoor patio and the indoor greenhouse feel of the rooftop dining area was unmatched. I'm hoping to come back and allow this spot to redeem itself. I understand that the restaurant doesn't have control over the attitudes of servers but if you know you're having a large party for a birthday, assign a staff member that is competent enough to handle the request.

He even talked us into coming back for brunch -- and honestly, we probably will. Cocktails? Delicious. Food? Even better. We started with the cauliflower, which was packed with flavor. Back to Pink Ivy. The service is quality. Our reserved table was ready when we arrived. The reservation policy may seem "strict", but if you can live with needing to provide a 24 cancel notice, I think you will find the service is good because the business doesn't get slammed by unexpected high demand. Wait person timing was off a tad when we first sat down. It felt a little rushed as we order our drinks and considered a starter. In fairness, a table of 16-20 followed us in so the wait person may have been doing us a favor. But it did influence my four star rating. Otherwise I'd have given 5 stars. Great care was taken when wait person checked for allergies. Not just asked, but noted and went to the kitchen to confirm. During the meal, flatware was changed out between courses, water refilled without disruption and the order arrived on time and all at one time. Our group enjoyed the halibut, salmon, and chicken bacon meatball items. Everyone loved their meals. A few of us ordered and split salads. We passed on desserts. The menu range may not be pages long, but all the usual suspects are there; salads, fish, poultry, beef, and pasta. And I know the chef rotates items on the menu. I encourage you to plan ahead. Reservations fill up days in advance. I think you'll find it worth the extra planning. PS my ratings are adjusted for the type of venue. These are not Michelin stars.
