This place is a staple pizza spot if you're on fire island and looking for a quick bite. Be aware that it does get super busy and the lines can be pretty long but the pizza is well worth the wait.

What do you know about Cold Cheese Pizza? I didn't know much. It turns out it's another gimmick in America's favorite [and worthy] pastime of trying to figure out how to add more cheese to things. It tastes good after many, many drinks, but it's pretty standard pizza...just dangerously cheesy. I do appreciate their thoughtfulness: if you order a full pie for consumption in a nearby bar, they will give you the cold cheese in multiple cups for dumping on right before consumption. Because otherwise it would really be lukewarm cheese pizza, and that's not really special.

    Deliciousness

Town pizza is the best pizzeria on Fire Island without question. I love coming here and congregating with my friends. The boom boom sauce is irreplaceable. I love you town ooz

They specialize in a local favorite called "cold cheese pizza," and though it sounds like you're about to pay for a slice out of the fridge, it's far more thoughtfully prepared than that. It's also delicious and certainly a good use of your stomach real estate. They take a plain slice of cheese pizza, heat it up in the pizza oven, then once it's crisp and melty, they pile on a huge handful of cold mozzarella on top. The contrast creates something unique, and if you're a cheese lover, you're getting twice the casein so you're stoked. I added pepperoni to mine, but that's totally optional. One slice is $5.50, so it's a bit steep. But everything is marked up on this island, so it's par for he course.

A drunken night essential. Get a cold slice after you've hit up your favorite bars on Fire Island to end the night right. The inside is very small, so if the line is out the door don't be discouraged. Pricey in general but on par with other Fire Island prices.

$50 in the tip cup use to get you to pizza's "express line only"

Here is a very good secret I will share with you all. Walk to the front of the line saying you are a cash customer. Before the crowd begins to spill your blood take a $50 and throw it in the tip cup. Tell the guys that the next 2 pies out of the oven are yours and they can keep the change for the kids. That worked for me every Sat night for a summer. I then returned to my house where I was applauded and reimbursed for my squandered $50. Do not forget to tell everyone on the line that you are a cash customer and snapping the fifty helps add to your mystery. Bring backup in case things changed over the last decade or so. P.S. bring bail too because they will put you in jail for just about anything. Trust me I know. From others not myself.

OK pizza... Not very flavorful. If you are in the mood for a pie, it's fine.

So I was walking around and I was looking for something quick to eat didn't wanna spend a lot of money and I saw this little pizzeria and I figured I'd give it a try. I ordered one regular slice and one Sicilian slice and I also got a soda. It came out to 1765 yes, a little pricey. But I gotta say I'm pleasantly surprised both slices were really good. I would probably even say 8.5 out of 10. Both slices were a little crispy chewy and definitely tasted fresh right amount of cheese the right amount of sauce. I added a little red pepper for a kick. No lie the pizza was really shockingly good did not expect that from a beach area. My only regret was not ordering another slice but I'll definitely come back. Also the girls were very nice there and helpful .

The tangy little kick from the sauce is absolutely memorable. We dipped our pizza into the sauce and BOY OH BOY that changed everything! The perfect NY pizza can not always be found outside of NYC or the boroughs, but you better your a55, you'll find it at Beacheria. The place is clean and quirky. The employees seem to take so much pride in their place of work and the foods made. I even think I heard the manager telling the cooks how much we enjoyed our food. The best thing is to know that they received our feedback immediately. OH! and they have PAC-MAN!
