Great spot! The food was delicious, the service was awesome, and it's in a prime location in San Carlos!

Town in San Carlos is always a favorite of ours, and the service was incredible as usual. We ordered our usual favorite, the Steak Diane, but unfortunately it just wasn't as good as it normally is. Maybe it was simply an off night, but the meat was overcooked and a bit tough. The mashed potatoes were also extra creamy--almost more like soup. We did order the tacos as an appetizer, and those were very good. They weren't spicy, which we really liked. Overall, we still love Town and will definitely be back. Hopefully the Steak Diane is back to its usual deliciousness next time!

They got us in fairly quick on a Wednesday night, the place was crowded & clearly a town favorite. The menu was large & had a wide range of options for everyone. Overall everything was good, the steak tacos were a tad over saturated & I didn't find the mashed potatoes to have much flavor. But the salad was delicious, overall- slightly overpriced for what we got.

TOWN had such a vast menu, there is something there for everyone. While on the pricier side, town delivers in taste and quality. The service was great, and our server was very attentive even during peak dinner hours. There was about a 25 minute wait when we signed up around 7 on a Wednesday, but we were taken off the waitlist after around 10 minutes. The interior is decorated very nice, and you have to check out the bathroom for the funky TV next to the sink!

In town on business and took a local customer to dinner here. We all absolutely loved our meals. The food was great, as was the service. I highly recommend.

Came here for the bread pudding and had to suffer through entrees first (just kidding). The entrees are good, but the bread pudding is just the hit of the meal / evening. If you're in the area, definitely save room for the bread pudding. And get it à la mode so you have that nice scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.

This place is an institution. 5 stars... every time. Whether it's a special occasion or you just don't feel like cooking, Town has you covered. Feeling like a steak but your girl wants sushi... go to Town. Desperate for a juicy burger, but she wants something classier, TOWN. Trying to just chill for the night? TOWN! Wake up in the morning feeling like a boozy brunch??? You guessed it, TOWN. I've had everything on this damn menu and the food never disappoints. The burger is top notch and at $21, a bargain compared to most other sit-downs. The Mary's Chicken can feed 2 and comes with any sides you want... load it up. The steaks are fantastic, though I save those for a special occasion or when i'm with my GF and we can split a bit ribeye (chef cut) and some apps. Finally, the service. They have a cadre of people to keep this place going. Great bartenders that know how to mix up every drink under the sun, nice hosts that greet you and give you accurate wait times, and servers that never forget about you (btw, Walter is the best. He always remembers you if you're a regular, and even if you're not, he'll treat you like one).

I've been here many a times now and Town never disappoints! I'm a huge fan of their weekday lunch deal where you can get an appetizer and an entrée, which is such a great way to try multiple items on the menu at a really reasonable price. This last visit, we shared a few appetizers including the cheesy garlic bread, brussels sprouts, and crispy potatoes. Everything was super delicious and came with amazing sauces that complemented each dish really well. The potatoes especially stood out to me, they had a lot of garlic, which I love, but it wasn't overpowering. The garlic had a nice sweetness to it and paired perfectly with the crispy texture of the potatoes. For my main, I got the steak salad, which had a really nice Asian-inspired twist with ginger and noodles. Another favorite of mine is the Napa cabbage salad. We were also celebrating my birthday, and they brought out a bread pudding cake to share that was absolutely delicious with an amazing sauce on top. Every time I come here, I try to order something new because everything has been consistently great. There's plenty of outdoor seating, which is really nice, and the staff are always attentive and friendly.

REALLY amazing dinner we had here. We ordered the burger, potstickers, chicken parm, and dirty martinis. Dirty martinis were some of the best I've ever had, and the burger was SO GOOD. Chicken parm was okay. Overall highly recommend. There's something for everyone here. Our server Dawn was the best!

I never get tired of eating at town. I was disappointed because they had crab sandwich on the menu but then when we ordered it, they were out of it but everything else we got was so wonderful. We never eat there so I can't comment on the service or the ambience, we always get takeout but they pack it really nicely and I do appreciate that.

To go review: For a quiet Tuesday night the dining hall at Town is packed and bustling! Host was very friendly and quick to retrieve my order. Loved the raspberry sorbet. So happy I got it! I was not a fan of the meatloaf (dry and bland), so I'll be back to try the steak next time for sure. Thanks!

SO SO GOOD! We came on a Thursday night and were shocked at how busy it was. Well it's no surprise why, great service, great food, and great vibes. The whole trifecta! We ordered the following: -spiced pear martini, tastes like a pear jelly belly, so good -cheesy bread, just order it -BLT wedge, bacon on side ofc for this vegetarian and so good -Mac n cheese, tasty -teriyaki skirt steak, my partner loved this Richie was so attentive and really brought the vibes. Our first time here won't be our last! Vegetarian options and pet-friendly patio! With meal options for your pup!

I think TOWN is about to start offering limited takeout food during COVID. YAY! Please update the info on Yelp, so we can help support the resto with our orders! Menu link seems broken. Update blue banner at top of Yelp page like other resto? Thanks

The crust had those delicious wood-fired charred bits and was the perfect thickness, not too thin, not too thick. AMBIANCE: 9/10 Spacious, clean, and incredibly inviting. I loved the relaxed atmosphere and all the train station-inspired decor throughout the restaurant. They are located right next to a train station. As in, the train is a few feet away from the dining area. Whenever the train stopped, it was so loud and screechy. This happened at least four times while we were having dinner. What I'm baffled by is that they have windows that can be closed, but they didn't close them. We shared four pizzas amongst five people, and it was the perfect amount of food. We got the BBQ chicken, Calabrese + honey, funghi, and Margherita pizzas. The BBQ chicken was my personal favourite, while others liked the Calabrese + honey. I thought that one just tasted like a plain pizza with tomato sauce and honey. I really liked the funghi as well as the cheese was rich. The Margherita was normal. A lot of these pizzas had bitter-tasting leaves instead of something less sharp like spinach. Each pizza was around $20-25. Service was fine.
