If you're looking for a place to relax after a hard day of adventuring and killing Goblins, this is the spot. Gather around to share tales of glory and raise a glass to fallen comrades. Absolute gem of a spot hidden away here in Portland. Whether you're in to DnD, tabletop games, or deep in some sort of LARP, this is a great spot. (They even do hosted DnD games on the 2nd floor). The food was deeeelicious and right on point. Several tasty looking beers on tap (and a noice selection of alcohol-free beers, too!) Come on the right day you might even hear a tune or two. It does get a bit crowded so keep that in mind. Reasonably accessible for wheelchairs on the main level, though when crowded it can be tricksy. Bathroom checks out. (Curious about the accessible bathroom on the 2nd floor though, given that the floor itself doesn't seem accessible.)

I know that Portland is known for its IPAs and brewpubs, so after a morning of shopping, we searched for location and found TPK Brewing Co. I chose the Ryes of the Chuggernaut (black rye IPA) with the Arepitas de Queso appetizer. It was a darn good combination .

Eclectic and sensitive is how I describe TPK . Beautiful wooden tables under woodcrafted arches overhead create a warm and inviting experience . Food menu is Cuban , I believe . Great Cubo sando. Filling . Typical beers . Scotch Ale was good. And role playing games eveywhere. Upstairs , downstairs . All around. Quite a bit going on . Busy. Yet .....copacetic . Worth the check out.

So excited they are finally open! I've been looking forward to their opening for some time and was overjoyed that they had such a bustling opening. The beer was all super tasty. I liked the coziness of the space and the neat lighting. Look forward to coming back sometime soon!

Excellent, cozy brewpub. My friends and I were visiting from out of state and remarked on how this would be the place we would hang out at if we lived in Portland. Where to start with this review... From the beer (solid) to the food (solid) to the artwork/decor (solid) to the ambiance (solid) to the staff (solid), we were impressed. We enjoyed the sweet yet textured maduros. Loved the two contrasting sauces all the food came with - a sweet creamy vegetal green sauce and a spicy zinger of a red salsa. We got the Cubano as well as the Tampa Style Cubano - both unctuous and toasty. We also got arepitas de queso, which are like a cheese-filled awesome tater tot with a more smooth texture inside but more crunchy outside. Lastly, we also got the Colombian-style potato salad, which is creamy like a classic American potato salad, but fresher; taters were more firm or there was something crispy in there like apples or jicama. Everything we ate was delicious and worth the price. Overall, we appreciated the attention and care put into everything. Like the beer (and their beautiful tap handles), the tree-slab tables, vending machine of cool things, and curated events. Highly recommend a stop to visitors and envy the locals that can frequent this lovely establishment.

1st brewery visit for our Portland, Oregon trip and WOW it didn't disappoint! Loved the atmosphere, a ton of fun games, great service and the beer is outstanding! We especially loved their award winning Village Lich and their stout, Ashlinger.

The patty was cooked with a slight pink -- exactly how it should be -- juicy, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The spring lettuce was an interesting switch from the usual, but it actually worked and gave the burger a fresh bite. It's a solid-sized burger too, definitely filling. Only minor thing was some of the cheese slid off, but nothing that took away from it overall. I also tried the Caesar salad. It didn't come with croutons (not sure if that's intentional), and while the dressing was evenly coated, the Parmesan was a bit heavy and ended up overpowering the rest. Not bad, just not as balanced as it could be. What really sets this place apart is the atmosphere. It's put together in a way that makes you forget you're even in the city -- relaxed, comfortable, and easy to settle into. Service was easily a 10/10. Attentive without being overbearing, respectful, and genuinely friendly -- the kind of staff that makes the experience better without trying too hard. Overall, a really solid spot. I'd come back without hesitation.

Their tap list is extensive but also includes non-standard options. We love to see non-alcoholic beers as well as gluten free beer, cider, cocktails, and other libations. The food menu is great too. There are several items that either come gluten free or can be modified to be. The servers are knowledgeable about the ingredients of the menu items and I feel confident and safe eating here when gluten free is a need for me. They can get pretty crowded, but have several seating options. It was nice out today so outdoor seating was even possible, though it looked like there was a wait. There are tvs in several spots that showcase local sports when possible. There is a kids area and you can sit close while the kids play. Everyone we come in contact with here from servers to hosts are super friendly and welcoming. The food is pretty good. This time around, we shared the garlic Parmesan fries and the chicken wings (buffalo and honey gojuchang sauces). The wings were smoked and moist with good flavor. The fries were alright. More of the aioli would have helped so maybe request extra sauce or get some on the side. The dessert menu has some non-traditional offerings. The highlight for me was the cheesecake. I was assured by a server one time that the chef creates a gluten free cheesecake that rotates on the seasonal dessert menu. The current offering is tiramisu. The coffee chocolate sauce is good and I appreciated the bonus chocolate chip biscotti. The actual cheesecake is decent and I would be excited to try other flavors in the future.

Great rooftop vibe and a fun place to hang out for an afternoon. We ordered a beer flight, and as someone who's had quite a few brewery flights and is pretty open-minded when it comes to beer, this one unfortunately missed the mark for me. Out of the 10 beers, only about 3 were somewhat enjoyable and around 4 were honestly undrinkable. Thankfully, the food redeemed things a bit. We got the pizza with artichoke hearts, mozzarella, ricotta, garlic, and basil. It was super flavorful and the dough was delicious, especially the crust. We also tried the catfish po' boy. It was a little salty, but the fish itself was cooked really well and the sauce was tasty. The spring mix salad with cranberries, slivered almonds, and feta was good too, though I personally would've liked a better toppings-to-lettuce ratio. Overall, I'd come back for the rooftop and food, but probably know to expect mediocre brews.

We ordered a salad and it took about 45 minutes to come out. Their kale Caesar was way better than I thought it would be for a bar! Very fresh with a delicious dressing. Simple with pepitas, kale and raddicio. Cheese and dressing. Their beers are some of my favorite from a local brewery. Their Cloud Mentality is a good choice for IPAs. The line gets long for the bar and there's no way to close your tab if you leave it open unless you're willing to wait in the line again to pay. If you don't do that you will be automatically charged 20% gratuity which is a good deal to not have to line up just to close out.

The standout feature for me was the QR code ordering system: scan, order, and close out your tab whenever you're ready, all from your phone. No awkward eye contact trying to flag someone down, no waiting to pay while mentally calculating how close you are to just leaving cash and hoping for the best.
