We decided to go with Juan and Raul for our patio, and I'm really glad we did. Their team showed up not just on time, but early on the day of demo and installation. They worked efficiently and completed everything in just one day, which honestly exceeded our expectations. What I appreciated most was how easy it was to communicate with both Juan and Raul. They were responsive, patient with my questions, and very open to making adjustments to fit exactly what we wanted. I never felt brushed off or rushed, which is rare. The workmanship turned out clean and solid. The structure feels sturdy, everything looks well-aligned, and the finish came out exactly how we envisioned. After day one, they had left tools in an orderly manner and cleaned up after themselves.
