Just all around wanting no big frills but a plain pepperoni slice. Yelp had led me to Seby's. I placed an online order on a Friday night for an 18 in pepperoni pizza and garlic knots. Once I got to the restaurant, you can tell they are all about the New York vibe. There was all sorts of New York photos and really cool was the New York live stream of someone walking around. We had to wait about 15 more minutes from when it was supposed to be ready but it was a very busy night. Which to me was a good sign. The owner was friendly speaking to many in the front waiting area. Let's get to the food. It was just what I had been craving. It was so delicious would a good amount of pepperonis. It was thinner with great flavor. The crust held up the pizza without being too crisp. We ordered the 18 in but it was SO MUCH PIZZA. For 2 people, I would suggest the 12 in option. The garlic knots were packed with garlic and so yummy. 6 came in an order of knots. Everything heated up amazingly in an air fryer the next day. I have since been back again. Light, properly proofed, flavorful, and most importantly, not swampy, which is something Florida pizza unfortunately struggles with sometimes. The structure, texture, and flavor were spot-on for what I'd expect from a New York slice. The wings were another major disappointment. They were very large in size, but several still had a noticeable amount of feathers on them. It was even more surprising because it was a Saturday afternoon, yet the restaurant appeared to have little to no business at the time.
