Got my nails done yesterday and they are really nice love the shape,size, and color. The shop was beautiful too and It was super relaxing and comfortable. Only thing that really disappointed me is when the lady used the nail drill on me she got WAYYY too close to my skin and cut about 5 of my fingers and my hands feel super sore. This is the first time I been to a nail salon and someone actually cut the skin on my fingers and I am very disappointed. I didn't catch her name but I won't be going back to her next time. Not only did I find the salon on yelp and read all the reviews, but a nurse at my doc's office (who has beautiful nails) said she went to Brandon at Tracy's, so I had to try it. Workers there are very polite and even stopped me from doing a service that I didn't need, saving me money that is unheard of at nail salons, where they are always trying to talk you into add'l services. So still on my search for the perfect nail salon or at least near close to being perfect. Came to get my nails done I asked my French tip almond the shape I don't know kind of weird maybe I'm not used to almond but not what I had in mind had to ask several times to round off the tip because it looks kind of square still. The edges sides of the French tip part are not all the way painted to the ends not covered you can see spots missing and the white part is noticeable of the multi codes of white pretty wonky I don't know I guess they'll do for now but first last time for sure and my pedicure my left toe nail is lopsided it's not even cut right I don't even think she cut it or if you did it's like slanted total butcher job sucks but I guess whatever. This place is horribly disgusting. We are in a pandemic and even if we weren't I wouldn't recommend going to this nasty facility. I see bottles of cleaners around everywhere but no one using them. Also, not to mention the rude ladies as well, we walk in and they all look at us but don't say a word. This place was horrible!!! First of all: When we walked in, it was extremely packed with customers and employees, wayyy over the posted occupancy limit. And it absolutely Reeked of chemicals. I've been in a ton of salons but none that made my eyes burn and my head pound. Their floors were filthy too. It was so bad! They did a horrible job on both my manicure and my pedicure. The woman buffed my nails so thin I can literally bend it like paper and I still have dry skin around my cuticles. They tricked me into a $40 pedicure with some sort of cream that felt like icy hot on my legs. Barely felt her " massaging" andNo hot towels as stated on their website and they messed my girlfriend's polish up while putting her sandals back on afterwards and acted like nothing happened. $100 for two pedicures and a manicure with a messed up toenail polish and dry cuticles. Never again! It's a shame people actually accept and pay for and tip for such terrible service, inconsideration and clear uncleanliness. read more

I've been going to Tracy's for years but I just recently started requesting appointments with the same technician. While Tracy's is great no matter what, Becky is spectacular!! She's been doing my nails (acrylics) for the last month and a half. She takes her time and really pays attention to detail. I'm a perfectionist and she accommodates that without me having to say anything. She's also very kind and great company to have while I'm sitting there. Not to mention I'm frequently make last minute appointments because I'm super forgetful but she always makes time for me. The prices at Tracy's are so affordable, my normal fills being $36 and a bit higher with designs. It's very sanitary and everyone there is very nice. I definitely recommend trying out Tracy's if you're looking for a new nail salon. My Christmas set is so beautiful! read more

I am giving them 2 stars instead of 1 because they have always been prompt with appointment times, which I appreciate. The one time they were late for my appointment, they were very apologetic about the delay. Other than that, I am unimpressed with the quality of the work here. I get acrylic overlay with gel polish on top, and I have been getting my nails done for many, many years. I decided to try Tracy's because it was close to where I live, and I was fed up with the late appointments at the other place I was going to. The first few appointments went fine, but then after one particular manicure, my nail just fell off a few days after they were done. I was annoyed, but thought I would show it to them at the next appointment and I would get it fixed. I had a few more manicures without incident, and now my latest one I did this last Sunday (4 days ago) another nail has fallen off and my thumb is chipping off. After only 4 days!!! There is something wrong with the quality of the manicures here. I have cancelled my next appointment and have made another appointment with a competitor salon to fix it, and try them out. The receptionist at Tracy's told me to swing by so that I can get it fixed, but frankly I'm done giving them chances. I need to find a nail salon that I can regularly go to and know that I'm getting good quality service. EDIT: I went to another nail salon in Valencia and I ended up getting my nails fixed beautifully. The technician I saw was surprised at the poor condition my acrylics were as well as my cuticles. The acrylic was done so poorly that my nails just peeled right off with no effort or pain. The technician was truly shocked at the poor quality job that I had gotten here. read more

The work is nice, BUT... The staff members are only on their best behavior when the owner is around. When I came in yesterday and the owner wasn't there, some of the nail technicians were very rude. I scheduled an appointment for a mani, pedi, and eyebrow wax, and I came into the appointment with the expectation that I was getting all three things done. Towards the end of my appointment, getting someone to wax my eyebrows was like pulling teeth. The technicians handled the situation unprofessionally by laughing, talking about me in their language, and abruptly telling the receptionist to tell me to "come back another day." Mind you, I came in two days before my wedding (good thing it wasn't the day before!). Thankfully I found a better nail salon nearby to do my eyebrows, and with better customer service! Great little place. I've been searching for 'my' nail place in Santa Clarita since 2005. I finally found it. Clean and comfortablei with a staff that was very coversational with me instead of only with each other. Really, best pedicure and mancure in a LONG time. It was super clean and lasted a month! Back today, even better! I forgot to mention the price is better than anywhere I've been. I just can't say enough about this place. They also do eyebrows and massage. Worst Gel manicure ever. This is not my regular nail salon, and I stopped here because it was convenient to my Barre class that I was supposed to attend after getting my nails done. My nails took 1 hour and 25 minutes and they are filled with bubbles, the sides of the nails are either stuck to my skin, or rippled. Absolutely horrible. To top it off, since it took so long, I missed my Barre class! The girl knew it was bad, too, because she offered me a punch card and said, "here, let me give you 2 punches for this time." This is one punch card that will never be used, I won't be back! ***UPDATE- Brandon, the owner contacted me and apologized for my less than stellar experience, even going so far as leaving a gift certificate for a replacement gel manicure at the Barre studio I go to. This showed me a genuine care and concern for their customers! I will be making an appointment to go and give them a second chance, I will update again based on that service. ****UPDATE- I went in to have my nails redone, and they did a FABULOUS job!
