I needed to find a place that I could send my Grandma. She lives too far away for me to be able to drive up and take her, and due to social distancing, we're playing it safe. So I had to Uber her to the nail spa. I was able to keep in contact with the owner, Brandon. And he made sure to help her in when she arrived in the car. And he was able to take her outside when her ride was there to pick her up. I felt like it was the next best thing to being there. The deluxe pedicure includes pedicure, massage, skin / calluses treatment. The store isn't the cleanest though I have to say. It's not the fanciest nail salon either. I got a manicure with dip powder nails and it will be the last time I ever go to this place. Not only was the color very different from the color I picked (I didn't want to inconvenience them by having to redo them so I let it be) but it was the worst dip Job I've ever had done. It looks bubbly and she didn't even start at the cuticle. It looks like my nails already grew out. It's uneven and looks horrible. It looks like I got a design on my nails, but I didn't. Also, they finish by putting gel nail polish on top of the dip powder which to me defeats the purpose of doing the dip. I still had to put my hands in the UV light and the gel coat peeled off after a few days. read more

I randomly found this place and called to see if I could get an appointment before they closed. They even said that there would be enough time for a pedi as well, which I was surprised that had time for because it was nearing close,but they stayed open to finish which was really nice. My only complaint is that four of my real nails broke the next day (I didn't get acrylics, they were my real nails). So I'm not sure if maybe my nails were unhealthy and should've been cut shorter or what happened with that. I wasn't doing anything where I hit my nails on anything and it was just odd that they started breaking like that. If my nails were too flimsy or unhealthy I would've preferred that they suggest they be cut because I ended up having to cut all my nails anyways because they kept breaking and now it looks bad because I have the gel, but had to cut them myself so it's a bit of a mess lol. They broke really low so I had to cut them really short and it was painful. I don't know that I will be able to go back because of the nails breaking; I'm not saying it's their fault, but it was just really off putting and I basically paid for nothing because I had to cut them literally the next day which messed up the nail polish too. Let me start by saying I've never had a better customer service experience at any other nail salon. There was a little bit of a mishap with my manicure gel polish... Julie looked at my nails and told me I couldn't leave with them looking like that and completely redid my manicure... not just the polish. She did everything she could to ensure I left happy. She even tried to refuse my tip! (I made her take it) I will be coming back and I will be asking for her! The owner came up and apologized for the mishap as well. Note: the salon was very clean. Very happy with the service I recieved & my beautiful nails!! My natural nails typically grow strong & long. But after a move they all broke off :-( Then I stopped maintaining them myself, they became weak & started peeling. I couldn't stand my nails anymore so went in to Tracy's yesterday to get my 1st set of acrylics in over 10 years! Quenie was so sweet & did a great job. I appreciate how she handled my indecisiveness. Never got annoyed & really cared that I was happy. But when I got home & let the day pass I realized I hated the shape. The shape that I requested lol. It was such a shock from years of natural nails to long, square acrylics. I came back in today & they were so kind. I told them I wanted a ballerina/coffin shape. Omg!! Brandon is truly amazing! I am new to this city and I am a very Happy that I was able to get an appointment here. Julie was professional and able to give me an appointment during their most busiest day. When I got here the place was very clean and followed COVID protocol to ensure safety and cleanliness. I'm visiting Santa Clarita and needed to have a mani and pedi for my friend's wedding. Granted they were nice to get me on a spot when I walked in, I decided to do full set with gel.. pedicure went very well, the lady was nice and did a good job! On my manicure however, the acrylics were placed on my nails without cleaning or trimming them or even pushing.. nothing was done. The set was placed and painted, my left hand didn't get a top coat and I realized after I left! It was outrageous and annoying cuz hello, at $46 for a mani, my nails should get cleaned nicely then painted! read more

I called and asked if they had any appointments for Tuesday but the lady on the phone said it was booked and that they had space for tomorrow at 3. I double checked with her and she said yes. When I got there I got seated and 10 min later a woman walks in and says she has an appointment for 3. So the girl looks through the book and says that the receptionist put me on for another day, so she calls Julie and Julie told me to leave.
