I have always go to Tram 3, but they closed to open this one. Today is their 1st day of soft opening. This place take on the modern look with lots of tables for seating unlike the old place. I actually love the old place decor, giving the nostalgic Vietnamese feel. It is also in a bigger plaza, so parking is a little better. Beware, the coffee here are much stronger than other coffee. I love their VIP and coconut drink here. The cream of Hà Nội is lighter in coffee flavor in my opinion. I will definitely coming back. Since today is their first day of open, the service is a little slower but still doable. In term of food, this has more food options and more topping options for the drink.

Trying another Tram place, enjoyed their other places and this place is the smallest I been too but still cozy and well set up. Same menu and staff are nice & friendly. Drinks are consistent as others so a plus there. Don't like parking here, it always packed, especially the weekends and holidays.

They recently relocated down the street to Garden Grove Blvd and Brookhurst, and this new space feels like a big upgrade. It's tucked away in a quieter plaza closer to the townhomes, with a brighter, more modern layout that's easy to settle into. There's plenty of wooden seating, which makes it great for studying, working, or meeting up with a group. Drinks run around $6-9, but some of the larger options (like the fruit teas) are definitely shareable. They're actually known for their fruit teas, and that's where they really shine -- I'd just recommend adjusting the sweetness since they tend to lean a little sweeter by default. They also have a solid matcha series for anyone who's not into coffee. I surprisingly really liked the banana matcha, and we shared their VIP coffee (their bestseller), which was also a hit. Garden Grove is honestly one of the epicenters for good coffee and cafés, and spots like this are exactly why. It's always nice having another place in rotation depending on what you're in the mood for.

It was an spectacular day with new face, & I met some new friends

I'm so confused....This was supposed to be a Ham and Swiss croissant sandwich. This definitely wasn't that. I took a bite to give it a chance, but couldn't pass the fact that I was eating rolled up deli "ham" with cold but melted Craft cheese like I was a 5 yr old.

    The egg coffee was delicious

This shop gets very busy and the wait is so worth it, I promise. There are several tables inside, however they also fill up fast, especially during the weekends. Da Vien offers many options with add ons and different sugar levels to fine tune to your taste buds and avoid disappointment. Now let's talk Vietnamese egg coffee! A thick, velvety layer of golden egg cream sits beautifully atop the iced coffee, lightly dusted with cocoa for the perfect finishing touch. The first sip hits you like a tiramisu or creme brulee, it's light and airy, sweet and rich. The whipped egg yolk layer blends nicely with the robust coffee. It completely balances the Vietnamese coffee flavor beneath to create quite the indulgent drink without being overwhelmingly sweet. If you want to experience egg coffee Vietnamese style this is the place to do it!

I got this the first time and it was very dense and didn't taste good. Drinks are just right in sweetness. Get at least 75% here and don't go too low. * Ube Matcha Latte 4.5/5 - This was tasty, though I wish the ube flavor came across more. It was very understated. I got Osmanthus Mochi Jelly addon and it was yummy, a cross between a grass jelly and mochi texture with a light sweetness. * Mini Breadsticks 5/5 - These were like crispy banh mi. I like that they were protein-packed with pork floss and pate. * Popcorn Chicken 5/5 - Crispy and delicious popcorn chicken. Their spicy level may be a bit high as I ordered mild, but it was more like a medium (maybe it was just the seasonings being concentrated at the top). * Pink Guava Strawberry Tea 5/5 - Very refreshing and sweet drink, hint of guava and strawberry, not strong taste. * Blended Oreo Brulee 5/5 - Creamy, eggy, sweet goodness. It was a real treat. Your mouth is like Oreo-land with bouncy egg custard.

The person helping us was friendly and got our drinks made pretty quickly even with a bit of a line. We got the Double Matcha and the Matcha Einspänner, and both were really well made. The Double Matcha was smooth and rich with a strong matcha flavor that wasn't bitter at all. The Matcha Einspänner was the standout though, that creamy whipped top over the matcha created the perfect balance of rich and refreshing, definitely a unique drink you don't see everywhere. Prices were reasonable for the quality and portion sizes, and everything felt fresh and well made. Great coffee shop overall, and I'll definitely be back to try more off their menu.

Of course you would hear they're going with a space theme when you see the name of this boba shop…read more Oddly enough, i've been to a few boba shops with the same theme lol. Although, first impression, I really liked how clean it is with great lighting and seating! The one thing that really bumped up my review for this place was how CLEAN the restroom is. Especially with their fancy toilet that it's foot sensor? that's crazy. Definitely a top-notch bathroom cause I felt so safe in there lol. Anyways, ordering was easy, which you can just place it at the kiosk. I got the matcha jasmine oolong tea (with 30% sugar and jasmine oolong jelly) since it was most reviewed here on Yelp. It was really good! Very refreshing and the right amount of sweetness. The matcha could be bolder, but I thought it was still a nice touch to have with the drink. The Jasmine Oolong Jelly was a lot denser than I imagined, kind of like the texture of a rainbow jelly (but not as bouncy), but it was still pretty delicious! The overall flavors were pretty good for a boba drink. I was initially intrigued by their durian coffee, but their tea here is actually pretty good. Not sure how their coffee is here, but will definitely try next time if in the mood for coffee! Also the cups here are pretty cute! They pay attention to even the texture of the cup since it's inspired by the moon.

After seeing several positive Yelp reviews, we decided to give this place a try. My husband wasn't a fan of the location because the plaza was extremely crowded, but he did mention that the shop itself had a friendly, trendy atmosphere. The staff greeted him right away, and the drink presentation was impressive. The takeout bag was a nice touch, and we were even gifted eco-friendly gloves from AnEco as part of a sustainability promotion--something we can all appreciate. As for the drinks, my husband ordered the Matcha Cloud Jasmine Milk Tea, and I ordered the Jasmine Oolong Milk Tea, both at 60% sweetness. The sweetness level was spot-on, but we were both hoping for a stronger tea flavor. I'd rate the drinks a solid 3/5. Our total came to $15.46 for two drinks, which is pretty standard these days. Overall, the customer service was excellent, and the drinks were decent. However, we're still undecided about returning, as we don't feel the drinks alone are enough to justify navigating the busy, overcrowded plaza.

The chicken had perfectly crispy skin while staying incredibly juicy and tender inside. The sweet-savory glaze paired with the crunchy roasted peanuts added amazing texture and flavor. The garlic rice was fragrant, buttery, and fluffy, making every bite even more satisfying. The fresh salad and pickled vegetables on the side balanced everything perfectly. The loaded sizzling skillet was equally impressive. Served piping hot in a cast-iron pan, it featured tender steak bites, seasoned ground beef, perfectly cooked eggs with rich, runny yolks, mushrooms, melted cheese, and fresh herbs.
