I was a little disappointed because the first time I came here everything was so good so this time I would have to give the food about a three out of five. ( cocktails) lemon drop & espresso martini both cocktails were very good. I recommend ordering the lavender lemon drop because the proceeds go to a good cause. It comes with potatoes and vegetables. The steak was good but I would have preferred a higher char level. I ordered medium rare and it was closer to medium. Cooked at a higher temp for a shorter time would have been better, still the steak had good flavor. The potatoes and veggies were uninspired but there was nothing wrong with them. I order fries on the side which like the calamari could have been crispier. The peppercorn sauce was delicious. My wife had one of the specials for her entree, the ahi poke salad. This dish was delicious. Again the freshness of the seafood stood out. A terrific balance of flavors with some wasabi heat. 10 for 10. It was my birthday so the restaurant gave me a free chocolate mousse dessert which was delightful. All in all a good meal.
