Do not use this company. They demand you pay 50% upfront, then bill you the balance on delivery since they already have your credit card. I had 3 concurrent moves, now I have 3 concurrent insurance claims. They have stopped responding to my emails. Phone calls are useless, the guy that answers the customer service line sounds like he smoked too much pot and wants nothing more than to get you off the phone. I thought I was getting "white glove" service for our valued antiques. Someone forgot to tell the actual men handling the furniture that they needed to be careful. The QA manager's (Renee) response was "it happens" what???? 3 shipments, 3 claims. It seems to always happen. And now, crickets.......I'm left with thousands of dollars in repair bills. Attaching photos of one of the items.

This is a picture of the Enterprise Rental Truck which came into my driveway on Sept 11, 2020 to pick up our family loom Vintage stereo which we paid $900 plus for it to be delivered to GA. It never arrived. They claim after months of no contact , that they lost it. We had to beg them for our money back, they finally refunded it, but they owe us our merchandise, and they feel a simply I am sorry just releases them from their obligation. They are crooks! The FBI needs to become involved with this so called company. They need to be PUT OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

One of my moving boxes was tampered with and items taken out. I received no help nor compensation for my missing items.

You will be impressed with this company, and they are honest…read more ALBO moved me last week, and this was my 2nd time using them. I moved from Delaware to NJ and this time, back to Delaware. My team consisted of Alex, the owner, who honored their 5 % discount if booked 3 weeks before moving, and my movers, Eugene and Serge. Eugene contacted me the day before to confirm & ask some questions about my contents, and he kept me informed all along as to their arrival time. All went well but it took longer than expected with only 2 men. They were careful and followed my instructions re: delicate or previously damaged furniture. I asked if they would tell me when the heavy furniture was coming inside because I wanted to put padding on the legs to protect the wooden floors. This slowed them up but it helped me because I might have forgotten about doing that later. Also, I asked them to carry many boxes to the basement, and that I appreciated so much. I was very concerned about one piece, an antique rocker that had 2 breaks in one leg. Much to my surprise, Eugene placed a reinforced bandage on the leg and I am still using it until I take it to get repaired. While packing the month before, I had forgotten where I had hid some valuable jewelry. Well, low and behold, when my bedroom was already emptied, I saw my 2 stashes of gold and silver on the window sill. When I went to Eugene, I commented that I would never have known if they had kept it, and thanked him profusely. His response, "My parents taught me right, I guess." As far as Albo's rates and overall value go....You can't put a price on this kind of integrity and work ethic. The fact that I used them twice in 2 years speaks for itself. Packing for a move is one of the worst stresses in life. But having a moving company that is reliable and trustworthy will free up your mind to concentrate on other important things during your move.

I then asked how to move forward - no answer for three days. On the third day I asked again if someone could please reach out and tell me the next steps and the reply, the next day was that they wanted to know my destination and inventory (ummmm you were given that originally). I again gave the destination pickup/drop off and full inventory list. That was three days ago, no response. Honestly, how can you be a reputable company when you don't respond to client requests? If the job was something they didn't/couldn't do, the least they could do is tell you instead of ignoring you. If this is how they respond in the beginning then how are they going to be with managing your move? Danger, danger Will Robinson.

Nate sent me numbers and said everything had to be packed up and ready to go for his team. I asked if they could do one thing - wrap my furniture in blankets - and he answered "no, it's our policy not to wrap the furniture with pads prior to putting them in the truck, as it makes it very difficult to carry the items. I apologize that we won't be able to meet your specific needs and we will not be able to move you." I emailed him back, said I'd be OK with that (even though it wasn't ideal for me), and I haven't heard back. This was 4 days ago. Being a business owner myself, this is not how you treat a repeat customer. Based on this poor experience I would not recommend Smooth Moving Pros.

We used Litemovers to move from a 3 bedroom townhouse to a single family home about 2 miles away…read more We had a few non-standard requests around washer/drier/fridge movements but were otherwise a straightforward move. Boxes were organized by room, labeled with their destination room. The 4 man crew showed up on time, brought an extra box truck and had tools, ladders, blankets and other items on hand to deal with unexpected variables. Big points for being prepared. They worked hard, communicated well, honored all box labels (example: do not stack, this side up), packed and secured content in the truck and asked me good questions. The unpack was similarly professional, including a walk through and offers to rearrange content in rooms. We finished right on the low end of our estimate, though I'd caution to others that we were organized and prepared for them. If you are not organized do not expect the low end of the estimate. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. If I had to summarize I would call them "professionals that care."

I was also not able to use the only elevator at the residence because the moving crew blocked the elevators panel with furniture. I literally had to walk down 8 flights of steps carrying my sick cat in a large carrier due to their lack of concern for others. I had to approach them to move their truck as it was blocking my exit but unfortunately, they would not. I was outraged, wouldn't you be, by the bad behavior and the lack of concern. I needed further assistance and I phoned the leasing office involved. Eventually... the truck was moved but not until it was so late for the vets appointment and then I was turned away because I was to late. No good SOB's. Horrible people.

My experience with All My Sons Moving (32 Coles Ave, Cherry Hill Township, NJ and All My Sons…read moreCorporate Office in Texas) has been the worst service experience I have ever had, and their public ratings across major platforms reflect exactly why so many customers report similar issues. Across multiple review sites, this company consistently scores poorly: * Google: Approximately 3.9 stars, with thousands of reviews * Yelp: Approximately 1.5-2 stars, with a long history of complaints * Better Business Bureau (BBB): 1.97 stars across more than 1,000 customer reviews, despite being "accredited" These ratings are not a coincidence -- they mirror the exact problems I experienced. Please don't take the chances that I did and use this company. You'll be very sorry. I hired All My Sons for what should have been a simple, professionally handled move within Pennsylvania. Instead, the company sent a crew from their New Jersey branch, and from the moment they arrived, the situation was unacceptable. The movers smelled strongly of weed, and the odor was so overwhelming that it transferred onto my belongings, the moving blankets, and into my home. Despite being quoted $1,500 for a move that originally included far more items than we ultimately needed moved, the crew stalled for hours, took an unreasonable amount of time to get set up, and barely worked. They attempted to charge us $200 per hour for 12 hours to move fewer than ten pieces of furniture and no boxes--time that was inflated entirely due to their own lack of productivity. They even took apart furniture unnecessarily, removing every screw they could find, and then struggled to reassemble anything, which appeared to be a deliberate tactic to keep the clock running. To make matters worse, they forced us to pay immediately before unloading the furniture, even though the job was nowhere near complete and their performance had already been unacceptable. They refused to allow me to inspect my furniture after they brought it in. They were holding my furniture in their truck until I provided the person on the phone with a credit card to pay for the move. By 10 p.m., exhausted and frustrated, we had no choice but to let them leave. My husband and I ended up moving most of the furniture ourselves, unwrapping and assembling items they were supposed to handle. The next day, we had to take two cars and make multiple trips just to move basic items like totes and clothing bags--items we specifically hired them to move. Damage Discovered - In daylight, the true extent of the damage became clear. The movers had: * Drilled holes through three credenzas, including over ten holes on the wrong side of two of them * Split a 500+ lb wooden and marble credenza by placing it on its side on a dolly instead of carrying it properly * Stained my couch * Broken a $1,500 art piece * Scratched $1,200 chairs Their lack of training and care was obvious, and their behavior raised serious concerns about whether they were under the influence while handling our property. Claims Process & Geoff Burgess I filed a claim for nearly $10,000 in damages, providing receipts, photos, and videos--evidence the company was aware of from the moment the damage occurred. Since my move at the end of December, I have been going back and forth with All My Sons for months. It is now March, and they have: * Refused to settle * Refused to explain their employees' behavior * Refused to address the lack of training or drug testing * Refused to replace or compensate me for the extensive damage The claims representative, Geoff Burgess, has been a complete roadblock. He: * Refuses to review any of the material proof * Refuses to provide documentation * Refuses to acknowledge the severity of the damage * Blocks any attempt to escalate the issue I even tried going to his supervisor and to customer service, and no one will do anything. Every path leads back to Geoff, who simply repeats the same scripted denial. Their final response was that their insurance would only cover $644 under "limited liability," and they refused to refund the $1,500 I paid for the move. The local NJ operations manager initially told me he would speak with his partner and call me back. He never did. I have texted him multiple times and left a voicemail with no response except to speak Geoff in claims. The company also refuses to let customers speak directly with their executive team, forcing all communication through an internal division that shields them from accountability. I even tried reaching out on LinkedIn to the chief customer officer of all my sons in their corporate office in Texas. Conclusion - This company's behavior is unacceptable, and their pattern of ignoring customers, denying valid claims, and hiding behind internal processes is exactly why they have low ratings on Google, Yelp, and the Better Business Bureau. I wish I had looked more closely at those reviews before hiring them. Don't make this mistake!
