We've used this location as our go to place for inspections, tires and repairs for the last two years. Each time I left, I felt like I might have been taken advantage of, but wasn't sure since I have limited automotive knowledge. They always seem to fix whatever issue we're having, but find more repairs that we need. We go in for a nail in one tire, they say that two other tires will need to be replaced very soon and they can go ahead and do it today. Well recently an engine light came on and we were told that a particular part needed to be replaced would cost $400 for the part and $400 for labor. We were in a pinch with time so we ok'd the repair. A few days later we discovered that the part is actually less than $100. We were over-charged approximately $300. They do fast work and you are often able to get in quickly, but I question their honesty so we will be looking for another establishment to handle our automotive needs. read more

Had some tires (sent from Tire Rack) put on my garage queen last week... she's been sitting pretty in my garage... only now realizing my entire ash tray that was full of change is now empty. Thanks for leaving the car wash coin though. So thoughtful! Also, my specific tire valve covers (that cost real money) were all taken off and replaced with some bobo, generic cheap ones. It's my fault for not noticing right away so I'm sure they won't do a darn thing, being that it's been a week ago. Classless and not cool... Sub-human. At least there is Yelp! They are fantastic!!!! On vacation from Ohio and when we got to family house the brakes were sounding like a jet plane landing. It was 5 on a Saturday. Found that they were open till 7 so took it over to Indian Run Rd. Waited for an hour to have someone look at it but they were to busy. Advice to bring it back Sunday morning when they open at 9 and it would be first in. Took it back. Got a call with estimate to repair and said it would be done in afternoon as my family and I had plans to go down to the ocean front for a few days. Blake called me a little later with bad news. The calibers they had gotten were the wrong ones for my van. The one they could get by Tuesday and the other one they were going to call a Dodge dealership to see if they had it. They got the one but the other one would be 6 days out. Told him we had to be back in Ohio by Friday. They replaced the back brakes, rotors and one caliber and put the other one back on( which was still good) and was told to replace as soon as we got home. I ordered that replacement right away. Don't go here. I saved $660 at A&M Mechanics and they did more work. Treadquarters is a factory that churns out as many cars in the fastest time possible, for the highest dollar amount they can charge you. They are not a customer care service provider. My mechanic was willing to pick me up and bring me to their shop to get my car. Treadquarters ruined my car and I had to pay for the tow. read more

I had a good experience here. Brought in my car, talked about tires. The ones I was looking at they brought out, explained the tread for me. Gave me some feel good stories, and ultimately made me feel pretty good about my purchase! I picked up the Tornanto's which are only available at certain stores. While they're a little more pricey than some of the online options, it was gratifying to be in, and out, within 90 minutes. Ultimately, everyone here was nice, I didn't feel like an idiot when I left, tires look great, feel great, mission accomplished. read more

These mother fuckers have fucked me for two years now and today 25Jun18 I finally caught them lying! I had my brakes all four done a year ago front and the rear drums and these lying thieving bastards said my drum brakes were at 50% and needed to be replaced! Either they never fucking actually did the brake job and charged me or lying to make that extra money on the side! Fuck this place they can go to hell! Robbery at its finest every year at inspection for a car I use to get around town they've hit me for over 700 every inspection! And I finally caught them today fucking con artist! Don't bother to make an appointment! My appointment for new tires @ 10am was set up last week. I arrived the obligatory 10 minutes early . At 10:40 my car had not moved. When I asked when my car would be serviced, I was given a VERY patronizing and VERY arrogant response. It seems THIS tread quarters likens them selves to a dentists office, they can't put my car into a bay unless there is a bay open' just like a dentist can't get you in unless the chair is empty.....REALLY? There wasn't even a hint of remorse for overbooking, or a delay, just a lesson on going to the dentists. On top of that I was told my appointment only held a SLOT for me. I am disgusted! My car finally went into the bay at 11:05. I own my business, and understand " things happen" but this girls attitude is a client killer. NO OIL AFTER OIL CHANGE!!! On 7/29/17 at 10:00 am, I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. By 10:40 am, Tread Quarters had ruined my engine. When I started up my car after the oil change, it sounded like a diesel motor and the oil light was on. I thought this was strange since these problems occurred after the oil change. When I checked the oil dipstick it was bone dry. When I showed the dipstick to the manager, he had the car driven to the service bay and talked with the technician who serviced my car. The manager informed me the technician changed the oil filter but failed to put in oil. Now, I am waiting for a call from Treads Quarters Risk Management/Claims division and my daughter has no car for work or school. read more

First of all I called got a price ask if they we're busy and the young lady with whom I was speaking said yes but the price was right so I went to buy the tire. I thought I would speed a few hours getting a tire. But just the opposite happened. The young lady Kelsey took care of me. She and her crew fixed me up, they not only had the tire I needed but took the time to replace the spare I had put on with the new tire. I was going to just take the tire and leave and ask if I could change it there. But they insisted on changing it. It was great service and a great price, in and out in a half hour. Went here because I had a blow out on 64, I drive a BMW, I decided to get a new set of Tires, After a bit of back and forth on what to get, I decided on some Good Year Sport tires and was told id get the Tire Rack Price match, Came in to pay and this was not the Case, had them Correct it, also i was not Asked if i wanted to keep my OLD tires , they just put to discard them without asking me. I came back the next day and they were located for me so this was resolved. Its not a GREAT shop, its not Horrible but Another location like Professional Rim Repair will be my place to go from now on, I was told at TQ that they could not do an alignment on my X3 to some manufacture part, took it to Pro Rim Care, they did it for 100$ using a Hunter Hawkeye Elite Laser Guided alignment rig. read more

I showed up at 5:30 with a flat and needing to replace two tires. They were able to finish the job before closing at 7 and matched a previously discounted price on the tires I chose. The ONLY complaint is that there was only one person working inside, which led to quite a wait for service. However, it was Saturday afternoon so that was expected and understandable. read more

I brought my car for an oil change because of a discount coupon I got in the mail. Not knowing how these people work, now I've learned my lesson. Here are some facts about my poor experience with this shop. I got my oil change on a Friday. I was advised to do a tire rotation and balance since they offer a reasonable discount for that service as well, so I accepted. At the check out I was advised to replace the transmission fluid, but did not go for that service. Over the weekend I drove the car in a long trip when I noticed a very disturbing vibration at highway speed. The car did not have any vibration prior to the shop visit. Called the manager and agreed to bring it back on Monday for a fix. She said it was probably the weights on one of the wheel that came off. Monday I brought in the car and still the same vibration persists at highway speed considering that the 2nd time the mechanic took it for a test ride and was ok with him. Now here is something that I did not know about the way these shops work. They reel you in for a cheap service and you end up with another problem and not to mention that they are trained to do up sales. I was advised to replace the transmission fluid, do a tire rotation and balance and use a superior quality motor oil instead of the regular one and you guessed it...for more money. Who the heck ask them to check the transmission fluid? This is a sign that they've checked things that I don't even know and I'm suspecting that something went wrong with the alignment as well. I will not bring my car to shops like this one when they cannot fix it for the 2nd time. read more

My wife brought her car in for an inspection and diagnostic on an airbag light. They fail her car due to this issue with the light because they are unable to fix the issue (that's fine). My wife goes to leave and her car will barely start, which was NOT an issue before. She makes it down the road and turns her engine off and it will not start. The battery was dead. The battery isn't even a year old. She called TreadQuarters and the response she got was "what do you want us to do about it?" And "we don't have a tow service so we don't know what you expect." We told them that there weren't any issues with the battery OR the car before we brought it in. Then the guy on the phone told us that we could pay to have it brought in but they were going to charge us again to take a look at it. The battery was jumped and the car is running again, but they drained the battery and it was a major inconvenience. As someone that has given his place a LOT of business, we will never go back. Only will go to them for my brakes because I.have the forever brakes that they offer. Every time I go, there's always a problem after they work on my car. They tried to tell me something was wrong with my transmission which I decided to get a second opinion on. Then they did my brakes & tightened something on my car causing my brakes to squeak for a month. My check engine light was on & you know they said absolutely nothing about it? On top of that, my tires were covered by warranty when I got my oil changed & they were supposed to do a tire rotation & my tire went flat & they never mentioned one time the tread was getting low on my tires? Lastly, I dropped my car off & it was fine besides the breaks & when I got it back, it was making the ugliest noise & they had no answer for it. read more
