Half a steak sandwich and half a trellis salad.

We went here on Wednesday with our children and my in-laws and had a marvelous experience. We didn't have a reservation, but the wait was only 20 minutes for a party of 6. They were able to text us when our table was ready, and had an air conditioned waiting area with kids books. The salads here are huge! I ordered a half sandwich and a half salad and was quite full after. They also had fresh baked bread for the table. Everything was tasty and all of us left happy. The hostess was even kind enough to have some baby dinosaurs from the "Dinosaur Island" experience come say hello to our kids at the table. We had a great time.

Great indoor/outdoor spot overlooking the gardens at Ashton Garden. Great for a special occasion lunch. The burger was delicious with a thick patty and all the toppings. I removed the excessive cheese and had them swap the bacon for avocado and the fries for the veggies. The table bread is yummy as well. The service was wonderful and it was a great experience. The prices are also reasonable.

Fantastic staff, children friendly, gluten free and vegetarian options! They even have a chocolate cake that is vegan! I highly recommend this little cafe nestled right at the top of Ashton Gardens. We ordered: - The kid's Mac n cheese with fries and lemonade (priced at $7 for the meal) - A GF Cheese Melt (they use Udi's multigrain bread) with a blackberry fruit lemonade - the mango/passion fruit/coconut Terrine for dessert. (The 4 year old approved of the dessert and I had to fight her for the last bite!) Staff was very accommodating, proactive in anticipating our needs (such as refills, to-go boxes/bags, and even a lemonade to go), and was prepared with a toy to keep the toddler busy. Very delicious! Will go back for sure. *mention your membership to receive a 10% discount off your bill*

I love this place! I went for the first time this past weekend and had the best experience. Definitely ask for a spot outside if the weather is good! They have the cutest patio that overlooks the gardens at Thanksgiving Point. Besides the awesome location, they have a great menu! I seriously wanted to try everything on it, but settled on the Iceberg wedge and Italian Grilled Chicken Club. Both were very good and filling--I came home with leftovers. Their flavored lemonade is also delicious! At the end of the meal, they bring out a complimentary coconut macaroon, which topped it all off! Our waiter was awesome, and the prices weren't bad at all ($10-12). I wish they were open for dinner too, but they close at 3p.m. Overall, I was so pleased with this place and cannot wait to go back!

Kind waitresses. Great place to celebrate !

Ambience is the best! The food is yummy. Love their flavored lemonades! Fun to eat outside on the patio after walking the gardens.

We were here for a wedding reception after lunch. A small but beautiful place that makes their own bread and a very friendly waitstaff overlooking the beautiful gardens. I

Cheese Melt in gluten free bread. Perfectly ripe avocado.

The food, service, and atmosphere were outstanding. This was a fantastic place for lunch. The salmon was not over cooked, the fruit fresh, but most of all how they accommodated my daughter's need for gluten free dining. When they brought out the bead, they brought her two pieces of gluten free bread, toasted and with a side of whipped butter. She's never had the experience of breaking bread with everyone else while we wait for food. Her Cheese Melt (On gf bread) was delicious. All the salads were. The salmon salad had a very light citrus vinaigrette. I really appreciate that they did not overdress the salad. It was just right for a hot day. Perfectly ripe avocado was on the Cheese Melt as well as in the salmon salad. We loved the Pot de Creme (coconut custard) with fresh berries. This was not too sweet. The contrast between the cold custard and the crunchy, toasted coconut was delightful. Drinks were kept filled in a timely manner. Our waitress kept tabs on us and really went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. The atmosphere was delightful. There's a choice of dining inside or out. Patio dining does have shade and Beautiful views. One of my girlfriends said that this was her favorite place for lunch during the summer months. I can certainly understand why. I'm looking forward to making our way through the menu.

This was my first time visiting Trellis Cafe. Because it is attached to Ashton Gardens, there is ample parking nearby. I do recommend making a reservation because they tend to book up. They have amazing outdoor seating overlooking the gardens. It feels like a very fancy lunch without the high price. I had a great experience! Each person we came in contact with - from the hostess to the server were so kind-hearted and smiley. I am already looking forward to going back soon! I ordered their open-faced Cheese Melt which was so tasty! It had three different types of cheese, refreshing basil, and yummy tomatoes. It also came with a side of sweet potato fries and fry sauce. Their portions are large - I wasn't able to finish the fries.

I give this place 5 stars because it was perfect for the experience I was looking for, which was to meet up with some girlfriends to catch up over lunch. I highly recommend a table outdoors--it is such a fun atmosphere with a beautiful view over the golf course. Our waitress was very sweet and kind. She brought us a complimentary lavender lemonade to try (which was divine by the way), and some coconut macaroons for dessert. The food was also delicious and a great deal! I paid $11.50 for a half sandwich and salad which was a lot of food! I got the Italian Club and the Trellis Salad and was very impressed with the freshness and flavor. While this place was perfect for my experience, it might not be for everyone. For example, the service was a little slow, but I didn't mind because I was there to catch up with friends and enjoy our time together.

It's fine, but I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here. The "tender" steak slices were chewy, the menu said they were medallions.

Trellis salad was outstanding. Had the half steak sandwich and salad. Steak medallions were tender and the staff was awesome!

If you're planning to dine there, make sure you don't have any pressing commitments afterward. On both of our visits, we spent an extraordinary amount of time simply waiting to be acknowledged. During our most recent visit, our group sat at a table right in the middle of the restaurant and could have driven all the way to the Draper location in the time it took for a server to notice we were there. We initially assumed the experience was a one-time issue, so we gave the American Fork location a second chance a few months later. Unfortunately, it was almost identical to the first visit. The pace of service was painfully S...L...O...W... The time from when we sat down until we got the special priviledge of actually ordering: 25 minutes! In contrast, the Draper location has consistently been a much better experience and appears to be managed far more efficiently. I'm glad they've expanded into American Fork, and the food certainly makes the restaurant worth visiting. I just hope they can improve their service processes so customers can enjoy a great meal without needing to set aside half their day to do it.

Chicken was perfectly warm, tender and filled with rich curry flavor. So good on a bed of basmati rice. Oh and as you can see the plate is massive. Will be a challenge to complete in one setting. Oh and comes with a bottled water or fountain soda! Second bite, the steamed cauliflower was perfectly steamed with just a hint of aldente and perfect temperature. Salt and pepper was available but it was so clean I didn't add seasoning. I asked if chicken tikki masala is the only dish they serve. It's on the market menu that changes daily. The two most popular dishes are from the grill and they are the burger and chicken quesadillas! I have to come back. The most expensive items are $5.95!!! You can't get quality food like this anywhere for that price. They have dessert... triple berry bread pudding fresh out of the oven. Again, comes with bottled water or fountain soda. Dessert was amazing!! Not too sweet, just right. There are booths and 4 top tables. Plenty of seating. Super quiet. Very relaxing as I wait for my friend to finish his ankle surgery. I will be back to check out the burger
