If I could give 0 stars, then I would! Horrible establishment, RACIST AND CONFRONTATIONAL WORKERS! The girl who did my pedicure did it horrendously, and did not give me the full package that I had requested. When I brought it up to the manager, rather than trying to better the situation and accommodate her paying customer, she yells at me saying it's my fault! When it's time to pay for our services, my sister and I go to the register and the male manager LOCKS THE DOOR-KIDNAPPING US! He refused to open the door and even pushed me into a wall, even though I am a female and told him that I was pregnant! We had to sneak out of the back door, WHAT TYPE OF BUSINESS IS THIS?! To be honest, I usually don't enjoy getting my nails and toes done, but this place makes the experience enjoyable. The shrimp pieces are generous compared to other spots, and the seasoning is so well balanced that you honestly don't even need sauce to enjoy them. For me, a perfect egg roll comes down to the crispiness of the wrapper and these deliver. They're rolled and packed so well that every bite is crispy and flaky, not just parts of it. On top of that, V and her husband are incredibly kind, hardworking people. You can tell they genuinely want to share their culture, and it shows in the food. I highly recommend ordering their egg rolls for your next party, or even grabbing them frozen to throw in the air fryer (no oil needed). They only sell these on the weekend. I told him no and I won't leave until it's resolved. I paid $38+$8 tip even though i did not really like my nails. The thing that made it irreparable was the nails falling off just a few days later. TO GET RID OF ME the girl handed me $35 and asked me to leave. I'll never be back here. They do NOT know how to handle complaints or any type of customer service. I do. NOT recommend this establishment to ANYONE! It isn't worth the risk and to have no one help to fix their crappy job. Also/ the guy who was just a nail cosmetologist yelled at me as if I was in the wrong. Effff this place. Don't ever!!! EVER come here. Horrible.

When I was trying to communicate with her about how to do her nails since my client has Alzheimer's, she undermined me and was also rude. I asked one of the workers for her name, and she said it was Jolly, but I'm not sure if that's the correct spelling. Well, let me tell you, she is not Jolly at all!

He's made her unfollow me via instagram and has BLOCKED my number from Amy's phone to complain about this issue. I've made numerous attempts to try to get some understanding because I've done nothing but be more than a respectful customer to Amy and her business. Her husband is bad for business and I hope she gains more control over HER own customer service. Whenever I have an issue with her husband booking in the past I've been able to contact Amy directly to get things sorted out no problem. This past appointment within two days my toes broke and chipped and I was left on read when I tried to make an appointment to get them fixed. You don't treat paying customers disposable like that let alone LOYAL customers who've supported for years.
