I came here to get a pedicure and it wasn't the best experience I've had. The lady doing my pedicure cut me twice which left me swollen the next day. Moreover, there is gel polish on my skin in multiple places. She also flooded my cuticles with gel polish. Lastly, the salon had a potent chemical smell which gave me a headache half way into my pedicure. I wouldn't come back for a pedicure. read more

Mary and Kevin always do a good job with my nails, and I'm the most picky person so for them to have patience with me and still do a good job says a lot. Kate does my eyelashes and she always does an excellent job, I always get compliments on my eyelashes because she leaves them so clean and glue doesn't hurt my eyes. If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I called to see if they could take me an hour prior to closing and they said yes. I drove all the way out there and they were so rude! I walked in and no one even acknowledged me. When they finally decided to do so, they tell me they're closed (even though they aren't). So excuse my French but fuck this place. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, Value My daughters and I went in to get pedicures and they got their eyebrows done. The woman who did my pedicure cut my nails to short as well as didn't shape them after cutting them she also neglected to remove a ingrown nail as well as all the dead skin or cuticle around my big toes. When she was polishing my toes she left polish all over my toes and they were sloppy as well as the color of my polish was deep red but I had pink on part of my toes that had rubbed off her hands on to my toes. My daughters toes and eyebrows were beautifully done but that night my oldest daughter left big toe was throbbing and swollen. The next day it was even more swollen and there was pus coming out of the edges. It was due to the lady that did her toes was using unclean materials and when she went to get her ingrown mail out she stabbed her toe and infected it. I highly recommend not attending this shop. Worst place I have ever been to. First of all they are so rude, when you walk in they don't even greet you and leave you standing with no service. The gel polish they use is soo cheap my nails chipped off like 2days later, and they don't even sanitize their pedi station. Yes it is decorated very nice but that's all it is, nice place horrible service they should invest in customer service instead of decor. Never going to this place again. I have naturally long nails and they have always been strong. I started going here because it's right across the street from my job and I could go on my lunch. Plus I had heard great things. I always get gel on my nails. When they were taking the gel off, I told her LET ME SOAK FOR A WHILE SO YOU ARE NOT SCRAPING LAYERS OFF MY NAIL. Did she listen? Of course not. My nails weren't too bad. I went again yesterday and I went to some guy. Wish I knew his name. I told him the same thing. Let my nails soak longer so you don't have to scrape the gel off so hard. I swear they act like they don't know English except when they ask for a tip. They understand that. I could feel him scraping off my nail and I told him "can you let them soak longer?" He gave me a stupid smile and proceeded to ruin my nails. I told him I didn't want any gel and only wanted a clear coat. Right away he started talking in his language to the lady sitting next to him. HOW RUDE. The lady then told me, if you nails are thin and you don't put gel they will break. I told her "my nails wouldn't be thin if they were don't correctly" he put on clear coat and charged me $15 to ruin my nails. I could feel how scratchy and thin they were. Just this morning, my pinky nail broke off. In over 2 years that I have been growing my nails, never have I had one break. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I've come here enough times to finally write my review. It is mainly based on the fact that I get acrylic nails with gel. Ive gone to three different people and so far I like the young guy the best (not sure of his name, it might be either sonny or Kevin), he was doing a fill and accidentally hit me w the drill a little bit and apologized right away, the other two ladies that have done my nails don't even apologize. Everyone is very nice here, it is cleaner than most shops in my personal opinion and I like the way it is decorated. The only shady thing is I went in for a fill, asked them to shorten it a little bit and I got all white (same thing I had before) and a marble nail and it cost $40, when a full set cost $30?
