I drive from Bellevue and come every chance I get especially when a new flavor comes in. For Cinco de Mayo, they had a churro flavor cake and flavored horchata that we just HAD to have. You bet your bottom dollar we drove through traffic on the I90 to get here! I'm from Southern California, these cake slices taste more upscale & gourmet than your average panadería which is why it's worth the premium. I love tres leches cake so to have a local lecheria is so exciting! We have gone here at least a dozen times and have tried all of their different flavors. My go to tres leches is their Sweet Corn & Honey. It's yummy but also not overly sweet. My next favorite is going to be a 3 way tie between their Dulce de Leche, Fresa and Marionberry flavors. I also believe that they are on Uber Eats, Postmates and Grub Hub too. In case your not thrilled about the parking on 45th. Tres Lecheria is absolutely phenomenal. The two slices we tried were so moist and filled with flavor. We got the Horchata and the Dulce De Leche flavors. I love tres leches! And this place makes excellent ones! I had the traditional tres leches, it was so good! The sponge was light and fluffy, the cream did not feel too heavy. There was a ton of milk at the bottom but the cake was not soggy at all! I love that the cake was on the less sweet side and the sweetness was coming from the milk at the bottom. It perfectly balanced it out! And this way you can control the sweetness a bit. I am sad I didn't find this place earlier. read more

We first tried Tres Lecheria at Saltadena's popup in Bellingham and it was well worth the long wait in line. While passing through Seattle, we knew we had to make another stop. They have tons of flavors to choose from and all the slices are very large - easily enough to split or save for the next day (and they keep surprisingly well even two days later). We got the Dulce de Leche, Cookies and Cream, Marrionberry, and Mexican Mocha - all were incredible, with the Mexican Mocha being my personal favorite. There was a pop up at Saltadena, I thought, she always has amazing suggestions, but I don't really like wet or soggy foods. Was second in line and bought Dulce De Leche, Traditional, Cookies and Cream, and Horchata. Was eager to try but also nervous....I don't like wet food! I took a bite and thought, yeah, I don't really know about this. Took another bite, and another, and realized, oh my goodness, this is good! Is it wet? Yes. Is it soggy? No. It's like a delicious vanilla cake with creamy melted ice cream in a variety of flavors soaked in and around the cake. I recall tres leches in the past being ok, but these are divine. The milks are rich and creamy, and the frosting on top is not too sweet, so there's great balance. The horchata and cookies and cream were my favorite, followed by coconut.
