Went on a date night and we will be back again very soon. This restaurant was more than accommodating -they even selected our table outside near the flame so that we could enjoy a romantic atmosphere. The Sol fish was to die for and the eggplant parm app was just delectable! My husband said his meatball appetizer was mouthwatering and his filet was butter. We made a reservation and we waited 40 minutes for a table in the Courtyard. We have been to Trevini other times and the service was great. Not so this evening. Our server was terrible! We waited for a napkin and we were told they would bring up a complimentary appetizer but that never came. Next the appetizers we ordered came but our friends sent them back because the crabmeat tasted funny. Next we waited awhile again for our entrees and when they came, They were not hot. Our waiter did not come by to see how we were Doing. Our friend's chicken dish was cold and not great. The veal and fish were just so-so. We told the front desk about our complaints and nothing was done. We left disappointed so we will not go back to Trevini. Very accommodating of our strangely high-maintenance crew. Some of our requests that were happily executed: - a new table on a friday night for our party of six that wasn't so close to the restrooms - a bowl of "parmesan chunks" and some balsamic to tide over our hungry hostess - a very hurried service so that we could get to a party none of us wanted to go to - split plates for appetizers that don't lend themselves to split plates The food was great, but the service put it over the top. read more

I called this restaurant at 3:44PM today. Spoke to someone and asked if they had a reservation for tonight for 2 people. The guy who answered said, hold on let me check. He came back to the phone and said, what time would you like. I said 8:30 or 9 if possible, he said, yes we have 8:30. I said okay great. He asked for my last name, i literally spelled it out for him and he said, see you later tonight. We drove 45 minutes to the restaurant. We are told by valet, the restaurant asked me to let people know that they have a total buy out tonight. We said oh no we have an 8:30 reservation. The man that we spoke to at the front argued with us that they didn't make any reservations, there was no way we had a reservation. That he was the one answering 90% of the phone calls today and they had this buy out for 2 months prior. He said are you sure you called this restaurant? WOWOWOOWOWOW. No I'm not crazy, I have the phone call in my phone to this exact number. The man said "Trevini" when he answered and again I literally spelled out my last name when I made the res for 8:30PM tonight......and instead of offering to make another reservation for a different night and maybe even buying us a round of drinks, they decided to argue with us that there was no way this is possible. Gorgeous place, friendly bartended greeted us and crafted delicious cocktails. Outdoor seating is very comfortable and covered. ORDER the fried zucchini sticks to start and the lemon pasta is fabulous. I could eat here every night and not get bored. read more

Exquisite gourmet food. I have been there several times throughout the years never had any bad experiences. I brought my family from out of town to spend New Years Eve there. We had a wonderful time!!! The service there is always exceptional, they always make you feel welcome. This place is not a just a restaurant it feel like coming home and spending a great time with friends and family. Beautiful courtyard with below average overpriced Italian food. The ravioli was dry and almost tasteless. The Veal Sorrentina was soggy. The chicken was almost impossible to cut through. I was at TREVINI several times but will NEVER go back. I called for,a reservation and the owner was beyond nasty. He gave me a fresh answer when I asked for a reservation and requested outside due to Covid. He all but hung up on me. I was taken to Trevini last evening (Fri., Oct. 30th) as a birthday celebration for I have dined at this restaurant at its previous location and recall the food being quite good and the previous location being lovely. Their new location at 223 Sunset Avenue was beautiful as well, however, the food was a disappointment. The portions are rather small. I had pasta with salmon in a vodka sauce and the portion was quite small. I actually became hungry again later in the evening. Another individual at my table had a veal saltimbocca and it wasn't your typical veal saltimbocca dish with all the usual ingredients within. there were some aspects of the dish missing. Also, the prosciutto and melon appetizer was the smallest of its kind that we have ever seen and others at the table had commented as well. Last summer we were in Florence and had the most fabulous prosciutto and melon appetizer dish that was twice the size if not larger. I recall introducing myself to the one of the owners (I don't recall if it was Gianni or Claudio) while I was at the restaurant last evening and complimenting him on its beautiful interior. However, the food is comparable or match up. Hopefully as the season continues the restaurant will become more generous with their portions for the prices that are being asked and then I may contemplate trying again. I came to eat here with my parents and sister. First, the valet parking was really fast and efficient. The bread, butter and water were served right as we sat down. We didn't have waits at all! Then we ordered our main courses. My dad had the linguini special. I did not try it, but he said it was delicious. This must be true because he owns a couple restaurants and is very picky for food. My mom had this the galletto and it is a roasted chicken. That was also delicious. My sister and I had prosciutto tortellini with panna and it was really good. For desert, I had vanilla gelato which was very good. The service was really good. The owner came by to say hello. He is from Bari, Italy and speaks Italian. He was very friendly. This is probably my favorite restaurant in Palm Beach, Fl. This was a really good experience and we will be back. read more

My wife and I had lunch at Trevini today and it was wonderful. We are lucky enough to eat out a lot and have lived in PB for too many decades to say. We are familiar with all the Italian restaurants in town and this rebirth of Trevini is our favorite. The space is very nice, the service was attentive and our food came out promptly. The fried calamari was perfect; not greasy and not overcooked. It is the best in town. The mussels and their broth were good. The eggplant parmigiana was stellar. We will be coming weekly. read more

Don't waste your time. This place is subpar to the real restaurants in Palm Beach. To begin with, we were seated without any menus, never offered wine or drink menus, and had to ask for everything. The service was unbelievably bad. The drinks were never brought, we had to ask for them again. No one came back to check on our plates to see if we needed anything. Additionally, both the starters and the entrees sat for upwards of 7 minutes and were only cleared upon our request. I have eaten all over the world in every kind of restaurant imaginable. I have never felt compelled to leave a review on yelp, however, the fact that this place has 4/5 stars while I write this review is absurd, and I believe there needs to be a more accurate accounting of this place The food was subpar, all of the dishes were served with mashed potatoes and asparagus, creating a bland and uninteresting table presentation. Take my advice, go to Renato's or Bice's this spot is not worth the trip. read more

The restaurant is now in the Bradley Park Hotel. Had liguini with clams. They almost forgot the pasta, the portion was so small. Forgot our two sides. Never filled our water glasses. Had to ask twice for dessert menus. Had to ask for more wine. All thought food was ok. No one cared from the staff. Never go back. You certainly can do much better than this! read more

I've dined at Trevini four times, once for lunch and thrice for dinner. It's kind of hidden "behind" Saks Fifth Avenue on the second floor of an open courtyard (outside seating is nice because no wind or rain). Today I had the carpaccio of beef (with truffel oil--delicious!) and a gorgeous crab salad with cucumbers and tomatos--so fresh! The host and owner, Gianni, is a true gentlemen and makes every visit special as he always visits our table and often remembers my name. I go back to Trevini every time I return to Palm Beach--lovely place, food, and people. read more

I played it safe and got the salmon, which was great. However, my mother-in-law asked for a recommendation from the staff, who raved about the clams. When she got the plate, it was watery clams on top of watery spaghetti. It had no flavor and was hardly eatable. She raised her concerns. They apologized, with no further concession. My husband got the sea bass special and it was just average. I debated between two and three stars, but we won't be back. read more

lovely restaurant with great selection for food and alcohol. It was an added bonus that it was our first night on vacation and it happened to be located in the same building as our hotel. We flew in, threw down our suitcases, and wandered downstairs like zombies in search for food. Prices were good, especially for the portion size. Everything on the island is a little higher priced and not quite so "trendy" or young, but we thoroughly enjoyed our meal and the service was excellent.
