Good feedback first - food is great. Ordered the house salad with chicken. Currently sitting at the bar with a friend for lunch. 15 bar seats open, surprisingly not busy. 3 employees working the bar. Had to flag someone to order, food delivered and we had no utensils. Attempted flagging again, no one paid attention so we took silverware and napkins from a nearby table. Not one time did anyone check on us after food delivered for satisfaction or beverage refill. We love Trevor's. Incredibly disappointed in our service today. read more

came here for lunch with my coworkers one day and it was great! i had seen this place on social media after dave portnoy tried the pizza here. we ordered the 11" double pep and the 11" white sausage pizza. both were very good and flavorful pizzas. we also ordered the caesar salad which was really yummy too! it had a bit of a spice kick, but it was great! i loved the ambiance in this place and it seems like it would be a fun place to watch football this fall. staff were all very nice and overall i would definitely return here. read more

I'm finding that I am liking Trevor's Liquor more and more with each visit. My usual go-to is the valley-wide big box wine and liquor establishment, which is generally still a great option, but Trevor's seems to bring a little something extra. The wine selection is, of course, less voluminous but the offerings are just as good, if not better due to what seem to be more varied choices. There is a very nice climate-controlled room with selections of higher end wines that is always fun to check out. You're sure to find something for that special occasion. You'll find a great variety of liquors on offer as well, from tequila, vodka, gin, etc. Best of all for me is the Bourbon and Scotch "room" found in the center of the store. Oh my! Many of the same things you can find elsewhere but it seems to offer more variety of bottles you might not always see. Offerings of scotches and bourbons in their respective lines that might be less common. I'm certainly no great expert, but I have been exploring scotches and whiskeys that I have a harder time finding elsewhere. Trevors also offers tastings, too, so that will be a thing to explore in future. If you are a cigar aficionado, Trevor's Liquor has got you covered there as well. You can also enjoy a drink at the bar as well as a nice patio area, so great to gather there with some friends. Want a T-shirt, hat or other swag? You'll find something here. There is also another location in south Scottsdale on McDowell that is just a nice. In addition, a location along Indian School around 36th St or so is soon to open. Good stuff. Trevor's is definitely now a mainstay on my list of spots to find a good bottle of anything my heart desires. read more

Cool spot! Good vibes! We finally found seats at the inside bar...such comfy chairs, great service, and always a good show watching the mixologists do their thing! We have only tried the charcuterie but the pizza being delivered nearby looked delicious. There is not a whole lot of food or variety of food on the menu, so don't come on an empty belly! Plenty of tvs to watch sports. This location also has its own liquor store attached with all the things!! Cool concept makes this a fun hangout. At it's foundation, it's a liquor store. It also has a restaurant and bar with cigar lounge and two indoor golf bays. The decor is very aesthetic and gives a classier vibe. I met up with friends and we didn't eat but enjoyed some fresh craft cocktails. Afterwards we browsed the store and the beautiful whiskey library. I was asking for suggestions on whiskey for my husband and mentioned that I would love to be more versed in whiskey as well. The whiskey connoisseur, Elon (?), gave me a wonderful history and I could really see the passion for his work. He took me to the tasting bar and explained different pours and with my reaction to each he chose the next step to find my palate. First time in and absolutely loved it! We've been wanting to go since Dave Portnoy rated the pizza so high, and finally made it over around 3pm on a Friday. Only had to wait a couple minutes for a table (pretty limited inside seating), and every person we interacted with was really nice. A manager even came to our table to say hello after our meal. The pizza was delish (we got cheese and the supreme meat one to share), and a few cocktails which was great as well. Great service, great food and a really good vibe. It did take awhile to come out on my second trip, but to be fair the restaurant was busy and they gave us a warning. Drinks were tasty and the atmosphere was great. What a huge disappointment! After seeing Dave Portnoy's review of the pizza, my wife and I couldn't wait to try it. The vibe seemed kind of cool when we walked in and we had to wait a bit to get a seat at the bar. This is where things started going south. An employee approaches the bar next to my wife and slams into her chair and doesn't have the courtesy to say "excuse me". He proceeds to have a conversation with the bartender while we sit there with no drinks. We finally get some attention from the bartender but by now, we lost the loving feeling. We got our drinks and put in an order for a sausage, mushroom and onion pizza with goat cheese on half and mozzarella on the other half. When it arrived, it looked okay but we quickly realized what was delivered was a thin crust (same as a cracker) with very little sauce and it was extra crispy. No chew that you look for in a good crust. the sausage was salty and had a little spice to it. I am not sure what Dave Portnoy tried but if it was the same as our pizza, he needs to get his head checked. My wife sat with an almost empty wine glass for the longest time. I took several videos of over 5 people behind the bar having discussions with each other but nobody seemed to care her glass was empty. If you want service and a good pizza, this is not the place for you. It's not often we would choose never to go back but this is one of those times. Big fail on every aspect. Not giving a sh*t about the locals who support you won't help your business. We had plans to bring friends next week but we won't be bringing them here. We are out. Adios Trevor's! read more

This place is a definitely a happening place but way too loud to meet friend's and to be able to have a conversation. The Strawberry mocktail was pretty delicious. The Margherita Pizza and Salad fell short and got tooth pain trying to chew that Pizza side. It was way too chewy. The salad was mushy and leaves were not as crisp as they should be. They have a great Liquor collection at the store but it all seems a bit high priced than a regular beverage store. Variety is quite impressive though. read more

Certified man cave but anyone can have a good time here. I love that it is open until midnight during the week. A group of friends and I stopped in for a bite and a drink. The brick oven pizzas are delicious, New York style. The charcuterie board is a lot of bang for your buck. Tonight they had a special $40 for a bottle of wine and a large pizza. You cannot beat that! The place is clean and the service was fast! Our server was very pleasant, I think my favorite part was the whisky room. I felt like one of the kids in the Willie Wanka movie, they have top of the line whiskies from all over the world. There is a huge patio area which I will definitely visit next time. Darn! I was in between appointments and was near this area so decided to stop in for lunch. I rarely have pizza out but decided to give it a go here. ordered Trevor combo for pizza. 86ed the chili paste at the order. Pizza arrived to the table hot. too much oil pooled up and marginal quantity of toppings. a little heavy on the cheese. crust was not puffy around the edges rather was flat, no flavor, very dry and stale. Over cooked and was difficult to get a bite. After struggling to get three bites from different parts of one piece, the verdict = IT'S A NO FROM ME DAWG! Took the rest to go, pulled off the crust to feed the birds around the parking lot and tossed the rest. So many images of nice looking pizza online. Maybe the C crew was in on this day. congratulations on your establishment, nice building, and good location. Service was a 10 out of 10. Time was approx 12:15, 5 occupied tables on patio, and about 6 inside. Been going to this location since they opened. Now you can't buy a large pizza?! If you want a large pizza you have to buy two small pizzas for an extra $10 of what a large is. I commend Trevor's for financing Dave Portnoys appearance this way, real crappy for the customer however. Won't be going back ever, not even if they offer me a bottle of 25 year pappy at retail. If you want good pizza go to Pitch just up the road for a better experience. And if you want bourbon, go to Magnums. Don't give this place a nickel. read more

I absolutely love this place! Super fun place to grab a drink before a movie at Harkins nextdoor. They have a full liquor store as well as a bar and restaurant and cigar lounge in the back. This is a pretty cool place. Only reason for 4 stars is because they don't have happy hour and people who are going out at 5pm on a Tuesday are looking for happy hour. Cannot believe how quickly this place has gone downhill. On each previous visit we have noticed the service level fall and a don't care about the customers attitude rise as the popularity of the restaurant has risen. Yesterday August 11 was the last straw for us. After waiting more than an hour we were told we would have to wait longer because people were "camping" at their tables. The attitude of the staff was quite dismissive when we inquired when we would get a table. Finally a table was found, we were seated, and then another wait began before finally we received water, cutlery, and plates. The final straw for us was that, after another very long wait, the pizzas arrived and were somewhat doughy. And that included a pizzas that was "well done". Finally made it to Trevor's and it was such an enjoyable experience. Picked up a bottle of Gifford Vanielle de Madagascar and tequila espresso while waiting to be seated. This is a super unique spot! Loved looking around the liquor store, it's huge and there are tons of options. We even saw a $50,000 whiskey bottle which is insane! My husband enjoyed talking to the guy in the cigar shop, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. Aside from our good interaction with him, the service was very poor. I totally try to not judge service too harshly, especially newly opened places, but it was pretty bad. Our server was just forgetful, brought out the wrong dishes, charged us for a wine we didn't order, we had to flag her down a few times for things as we weren't checked on, she didn't even bring me and my husband water after we arrived. But the worst was a different woman working who dropped off our food. She brought the wrong salad out like 2 minutes after it had already been brought out to her, so my mom very politely let her know that wasn't the salad she ordered and the lady was extremely snippy and rude to my mom, like almost yelling at her about salad? My mom has celiacs too and can get very sick if she has any gluten so she also asked "there isn't any gluten in the salad I ordered, right?", again very politely. And again, this woman responded to my mom like she had just made the most entitled request haha.
