I called and got an appointment for two days later to fix a plugged up sink drain. Paul came out and was great to work with. He came within the offered time frame, listened to me, asked some questions and checked out the situation. Then he got to work and cleared the clogged drain. Things got more serious when he tried to take his snake back out but it was hung up on a tree root that had gone into the pipes. Instead of making it worse, the owner of the company personally came out and they worked together as a team to resolve the problem, which wasn't their fault, within an hour. I found Dennis on Yelp and I am happy I did. I was adding a master bathroom to my house which consisted of adding copper lines, wastes, installing a whirlpool tube, and then installing all of fixture finishes. Dennis did an amazing job at my house. Dennis is the first person in years who could fix the air hammer stuck in the pipes of my mom's back yard! We used to turn on the sprinklers and the entire house would shake. After Dennis took a look at the propertry, all of our pipes, etc. he knew exactly what he needed to do, fixed it, and no more air hammer!! He is AMAZING. I haven't used their services, but I think they deserve a good review. These guys are great. I had a bathroom remodel done by a contractor that left a leaking pipe (I tried to find him on yelp to leave a bad review, but apparently he is not here...). He could not find the leak. I called Tri Valley and they answered the phone immediately. They were busy in another site, but would stop by that afternoon. Dennis and Giovani were a pleasure to deal with as they re installed our dishwasher and put in a cut-off valve to the appliance. Dennis initially came out to help us when we came home to a dishwasher that had been linking while we were on vacation. he kindly sourced the issue and repaired the leak at no charge. Just asked to do the install and the valve when we had floors repaired. Dennis got rid of the crappy hoses that came with the dishwasher and replaced them with heavier and more durable ones. He explained that the originals become to brittle and are not worth the time to install originally. They were not in a rush and took their time, checking and testing everything so we knew that our new floors would be safe. Just wanted to write an updated review to let Dennis know how grateful we are for his help. My husband noticed yesterday that our water heater looked like it was leaking (it is an old one that has been here for a long time). I called Tri-Valley plumbing and Dennis came out right away to assess the situation and give us our options about replacing it. When he came here to replace it we were having some painting work done by another contractor and he noticed that there was a leak in one of the ceilings. Thank goodness Dennis was here! Dennis is as good as it gets, and deserves 5 stars (as does Gio). We bought a house which had received the attention of different plumbers in the past, including the installation of a tankless system of insufficient capacity. Dennis was able to successfully diagnose the issues and he identified an extremely creative solution (utilizing previously abandoned piping to create a recirculation system). He replaced the tankless unit with a bigger, more advanced one and he did it all within his initial guidance. Result, hot water at all faucets within 10 seconds (from 60+) - water saved+irritation gone= one VERY happy family. Thank you Dennis. Dennis has done a couple of jobs for me - including a very tough repair in my downstairs toilet where a tiny leak in the waste pipe from the upstairs bathroom had caused some major water damage. Like all jobs, one problem leads to another, but Dennis took care of everything - and hooked me up with a new water heater as mine was on its last legs and still got the job done in a day. I found this plumber on yelp and I'm so glad I used them! My plumbing issues were pretty minor (leaky kitchen pipe, toilet with a bad seal, leaky shower/tub spout) so I was surprised when another plumbing company came and gave me an estimate of almost $500.
