    Tribal Waters was great to work with. Jim was very patient with us as we made revisions to our design and he never pushed us to make a decision or when to move forward with it. Jeff was great on the install and was always on top of what was happening and when it was supposed to happen. And Yolanda was always good about letting us know when a crew would be at our house. Amazing team and I would recommend them to anyone. I don't plan on building another pool but I would work with them again in heartbeat.

    From start to finish this company was very experienced, attentive, and fully devoted to the clients needs. They were quick to find solutions in times of uncertainties and devoted to make sure the results met the overall expectation. Elaine and Yolanda were above and beyond the MVPs. I felt like i gained a family along the way and would highly recommend Tribal with your pool and landscape needs. Thank you very much

    Tribal finished our pool in just under two months from the time they did layout to the time we had water. Great experience overall and would recommend. Easy to work with, knowledgeable, communicative and all the staff was super nice.

    In March of 2024 we bought a used Caldera spa from Desert Hot Tubs in Phoenix. The salesman we…read moreworked with was helpful and answered a lot of questions when we decided on the spa we were getting. I noticed it had eight speakers in it, and I asked the salesman whose name was Chris, whether the spa had Bluetooth and he assured me that it did. We bought the spa with the understanding it had Bluetooth. He gave me warranty paperwork which indicated the sound system was covered for 6 months as a used spa. When we got the spot installed at our house, we discovered that the Bluetooth did not work and Desert hot tubs sent out a succession of service people who told me I just didn't know how to operate it. (I do know how to operate Bluetooth!) and then explained to me that in a later session that they didn't have the parts to fix it and after waiting for over six months to get someone to come out and fix it, I received a call from Tricia, their service manager, who assured me that they were going to honor their commitment to fix the Bluetooth in the spa that I purchased even though more than six months had expired. She admitted their service department had dropped the ball. One week later I received a call from Tricia telling me that they were not going to honor their promise to fix the spa because the contract said Desert Hot Tubs was not obligated to honor verbal promises...only what is stated in the contract. They said this spa was no longer under warranty and that I had not read the fine print in the contract which said that regardless of the salesman's promises the only thing that really counts is the contract. They also told me the salesman is no longer with them...as if that had some bearing on the situation. I've been in business a very long time and any ethical business that I've worked with always honors the promises the salespeople make, particularly in something this straightforward. They initially acted as if they should be responsible for fixing the Bluetooth and then later decided that they weren't going to fix the Bluetooth. I would strongly recommend not ever buying any equipment from Desert Hot Tubs. I would further recommend not trusting anything that any of their sales people tell you. And finally, I would recommend staying away from a business whose ownership responds to customers in this fashion.

    Bought an Aspen Spa from these folks. The service issues started when they delivered the spa and…read moreleft without hooking it up. Later, I had an issue with a jet malfunctioning and repeated phone calls and messages were ignored and not returned, I hired someone else to fix the jet. After owning the Spa slightly less than 2 years, one of the "volcano jets" broke apart, and I needed replacement parts and installation. The parts were still under warranty so I tried contacting these folks by phone, email and through their website beginning in November. Once someone actually answered the phone and said service would call me back, which of course never happened. Eventually, I contacted Aspen Spas directly and complained - surprise, the next day Zach from Kokomo called me about my part. Aspen did send the part I needed, but unfortunately they sent it to Kokomo and not to me. A person named Brady called me to let me know the part was in and said he'd drop it off at my house since it was on his way home. That was nice, except Brady was a no-show. When I called and texted Brady's number, I never got any answer and no further response from him or anyone. Over the weekend I went to their shop and spoke to Luke, who found my part and gave it to me. Luke also gave me his card with his cell phone and e-mail, and apologized for the bad service saying to call or e-mail him directly next time. When I tried to install the part myself, I couldn't do it because I lacked the tools I needed to get the jet housing off. I texted, emailed and called Luke to schedule a service call, and no response for more than a week. I reached out directly to their service person (I had gotten his contact info previously from the original delivery of my spa), and he said he hadn't heard anything from Kokomo about me needing service but he asked me for a picture of the part to be installed, which I sent, and he said it looked like the wrong part and my spa might need to be re-plumbed. These people are jokers and while not the absolute worst customer service, it's pretty bad. I suppose they could have lost my part when it got shipped to them rather than to me - thank you for keeping my replacement part and giving it to me. As for the rest, I won't darken your door again and I strongly suggest everyone else avoid this place also.

    I didn't realize at the time but David the founder came out to troubleshoot my pool…read more I am little far from his area that he services but after hearing about my issue, he came by. He figured out the issue with my POOL! I recently had it remodeled. And Garcia Pools (owner Yoshi) crappy customer SERVICE for an owner of a pool service and at this point dishonest - never replaced my caps in my pool!! By keeping my caps, it guaranteed my pool would not work. Well, come to find out those caps hold pressure in the pool so it works properly. They wanted to charge an additional $600 to fix air leaks in my pool, but in reality, if they had just returned my end caps... The pressure in my pool would have held. David assessed each of my pop-ups. Three needed to be replaced. He was a trouble shooter. So if you have had long time issues with your pool, and specifically if you have a self cleaning pool that you are having a hard time troubleshooting I highly recommend David to come out and look at it. He's a smart guy and honest. He did the hard work to figure out my mystery. I had one pop up that wasn't working at all and so no water flow was going through it. And that's when he realized that I was missing all of my end caps on my pool which regulates my pressure. The same end caps.... YOSHI removed but never replaced. Thanks David. You did an great job. Greg helped me from the start pick out all the options and design of my new pool. He is so easy to work with and really took ownership of my project. I've never built a pool before and he made sure to walk me through every step of the way. David and Jacob are incredible with the construction aspect. They are on top of the subs and have a really great relationship with them. They definitely choose the best and don't skip on quality. I thought building a pool during a pandemic would be a nightmare and take forever but not with Emerald Pools. They had my pool done before they anticipated! I mean when does that ever happen? You cannot go wrong with Emerald Pools.
