How have I not written a review for Trines Cafe 6 by now? I can't believe that I haven't yet, I eat here all the time. I almost always get the posole (no pata), with onions, cilantro and cabbage. That posole is the best in town, I have brought my friends, my family, everyone who I know, here to try the posole. In my circle of friends, this is the best, hands down. I have driven here, I have walked here from my home in the summer, I would bike here if the roads weren't so dangerous. When it's too hot out for soup, my go to is the chimichangas, beef for me. My wife loves the chile relleno and the micheladas with fried shrimp. I don't know what's in the sauce that is on top of the chile relleno but that stuff is amazing as well. Beans and rice are on point, kinda need that to be good for a great meal. The CHIPS, omg, I forgot to mention the chips and the green salsa. They make their own chips, so good, and the green salsa is amazing, sometimes it will burn your tongue off and other times it's just a little spicy, always a great time finding out. Do yourself a favor and check this place out. I'm big, I'm half Mexican and I've eaten this exact food for almost 47 years now, you can trust me on this. read more
