I have a bit longer hair, and I wanted to keep my top longer and just to clean up hair on a side; I even showed pictures to Phuong of how I wanted to be done (to which he said ok ok), so I assumed he knew what I wanted. However, he cut me much shorter than I expected. It happened a second time after Andy cut my hair shorter than I asked for as well. My first visit at TRND Salon with Phuong was wonderful! I stopped in for an appointment two weekends ago and had a great experience. I called ahead and Phuong answered all my questions then made an appointment online. Upon arriving, the salon was super clean and stylish, designed by Phuong himself! After waiting and then waiting some more (he was slammed on this Saturday morning) even though I had an appointment, he saw this picture I brought (long layered cut) and cut my hair super fast.... I was a little worried as he was so fast, but it turned out great! Very happy with it and I was out in less than 1 hour from my set appointment time. Got a haircut service done. Had the pleasure of meeting Phuong (the owner) and getting the haircut personally by him. As evident from most of the reviews, he is efficient and fast at his job. He does a great styling and really tries to understand what the customer wants. I went in with my 1 year old photos of a haircut i had got once, and wanting to replicate that. He had the patience to notice details and ensure thats what he delivers. A lot of past hair stylists (given they were just greta clips, supercuts) could not reproduce similar results. Even though it was late, and he was about to close the shop, he took the time to take some clicks with my updated hairstyle for my future record and to remember this experience. He was even polite enough to allow me to park my bike inside his shop for the duration of the haircut. Phuong is by far the best barber I've had in a really long time. He is super efficient with cutting and he is really fast with it.
