I have been wanting to try out perm for a while but not many barbershops do them. Luckily , I came across this barber shop on my search. I decided to get a perm because i was tired of putting on gel and doing a combover . Phuong and Tina worked on my hair and were super nice. Tina took her time and made sure the roll thing on my hair were intact and everything was placed perfectly. Phuong faded my sides . First of all, I'm extremely picky and loyal when it comes to my barber. But here at TRND, I've been watching the progression of DT in his hair cutting skills over the years and couldn't help but be amazed. Although I had stuck with another barber for over 2 decades, eventually I was gradually growing interest in transitioning over to trusting DT with my hair. Initially what had caught my interest was his precision. After witnessing a pattern of precise haircuts from multiple clients of his, my trust was slowly gained over time. I noticed how he takes his work seriously because of the passion he has for his trade and the results of his work. Over time as I continued to return to be supportive of his career path, one thing I couldn't deny is how that passion he has for his craft has led to such tremendous growth. All in all, as time went on and the pros I'd seen in his growth surmounted, I eventually decided to trust DT in cutting my hair. I found this salon on Yelp and went in because of the five star reviews. In fact drove 20 minutes to get here. I was 30 minutes late because of traffic, and they welcomed me with a smile. I knew right then I'm in very good hands. My hair was three different shades from applying box color during the entire quarantine period of a year. Hiywot Kebede was my stylist, she talked through the process with me, made sure I understand all the steps, which was very helpful in setting my expectations. She did an amazing cut, balayage with the lightest blonde I wanted, she also styled my hair beautifully. All throughout she was kind, caring and patiently worked on my hair. She made me her customer forever now! I was also impressed how affordable the service was, almost half the price of what I paid for a subpar experience at Elizabeth Arden Salon or some high end salons.
