Service is always great, unfortunately today was different. I tried to order through the app and was charged twice but the order didn't go through. The lady with the glasses said I would have to still pay despite the order being charged twice on my bank account. Why would I pay a third time if the payment went through twice? I decided to not order because I already had two transactions pending. I asked what the next step would be if i do not receive my refund, she said I would have to speak with the manager to manually refund the two transactions. Such a nice place for a quick lunch. They offer discounts when you buy food and a smoothie, and the flatbreads are always a good choice. That açaí berry smoothie has me in a chokehold (add lime, trust me). This is one of the better locations I've been to, my order is always ready when I order ahead! read more

Order uber eats from this location often. Each time, they forget sauces, sides, adding chicken to something, to giving the completely wrong order. I called this time to make sure the sauces were included, still not included. Don't expect your order to be correct 75% of the time. read more

Went shopping with my preggo friend to help her find a dress for her baby shower and she wanted to go here. I have never been so of course I wanted to try it! She told me I had to get a whole meal, so I asked the lady at the register what she recommended for the smoothie option and she said the new Mango Berry Cosmo smoothie was really good, so I went with that. I also got the Caribbean Jerk Chicken Wrap per my friends request, she said it was her favorite. I was torn between the Caribbean Jerk Chicken Wrap, Buffalo chicken wrap, and the quesadilla. The Wrap was pretty delicious. It has black beans, roasted pineapple salsa, chicken, jerk sauce, rice, lettuce, and cheese. There's a good hint of spice to the jerk sauce but not overbearing. The pineapples add a great acidic flavor. I usually don't like rice in my burritos but I actually liked the rice in this one a lot. The Smoothie was okay. It wasn't bad but I felt it was more berry-ish than Mango. I was expecting more mango flavor but not bad. Next time ill probably go with the peanut butter smoothie or anything with strawberries and bananas because I'm basic. lol But all in all I was glad to have finally tried this place and I was pleased with the meal and flavor of the wrap. Always love a Tropical Smoothie Café. I am not much for healthy stuff, but TSC makes healthy taste good! Their smoothies are delicious, especially with a little ginger and B12. I ordered my usual Chia Banana Boost and the Sunset Sunrise for a friend and both were watered down. It could have been more fruity. I voiced this for one of the drinks and he was nice to attempt it again. I think he dumped my smoothie in the blender and was adding more things to it. I've passed by this place a ton of times on my way to Nordstrom rack but recently decided to stop by and try it. There were so many different smoothies to choose from it took me a while to pick one. I decided to go with the Island Green. I was super hesitant to get it because I hate kale but the guy taking my order said that I probably wouldn't be able to taste it so I decided to give it a shot. I definitely wasn't expecting such a large cup but it was definitely worth the $5 I spent! It was super refreshing and you could tell it was naturally sweetened with only the fruits. This is our second time to this particular location. I didn't think our 2nd visit could be worse than the first one, but it was. No greeting or service was received from the person who was suppose to be working the cash register. Another employee was preparing an order. He noticed that we were just standing there waiting to be served. He called to the person ignoring us, then chuckled as the cashier walked over to "serve" us. Have been wanting to try this place out, for sometime but they are spread out in axkward areas in town, ordered the Mango Orange Ginger smoothie, it is very weak tasting, not very good, the place was empty thats never a good sign and to be honest my huge drink was only 3 bucks.
