Their breakfast burritos are amazing! My boyfriend and I were deciding what to eat and we happen to pass by and try it out. The place is small, good amount of parking, but not a lot of seating area. Although, I heard they also do call in orders. As soon as we sat down to our table within the next five minutes our number was called. I got the chorizo breakfast burrito; the burrito was wrapped good, not messy, chorizo well cooked, portions of what was included was just right and the size wasn't too big, but not small. I'm a petite girl so I only ate half, my boyfriend in the other hand ate the whole thing. They have great food. The staff members need an attitude adjustment. The amount of times that the staff put people down for hearing the wrong name or number was comical and asking for the smallest thing is a extravagant chore for them. Great tasting, fresh food, but not fast if its busy. Been here a couple times, but never waited as long as today (Sat at lunchtime). Service is good, place is pretty clean, bathroom is clean. Solid Troys, you are solid. Ordered the breakfast burrito with sausage, pastrami sandwich, jr cheeseburger and chili tamale. The breffy burrito was good, well layered though I should've asked for hot sauce inside. The potatoes inside were hashed, the eggs were fried as opposed to scrambled. Compared to my fave burrito joint (nates korner), this place is ok. The pastrami Sammy rocked, the cheeseburger is so-so, the chili tamale is a what the heck is that but tastes EXACTLY like how it sounds...and that is an awesome thing. Don't come here just for the breakfast burrito, the other food is a better option. Since I moved closer to this place, I will def be back. I've been coming to Troy's for a few years now, and I have never gotten anything except their breakfast burritos. But considering how those are, theres no reason for me to get anything else. Their burritos are delicious. For about $6, you get a breakfast burrito with bacon/sausage/ham (or some combination), 3 eggs, hash browns, and salsa. I handle spices pretty badly so I usually skip the salsa, but I think most people would enjoy it. Hands down the best breakfast burrito I've had. The place itself is just this little shack thats kinda easy to miss. Employees are generally pretty friendly and helpful. You can call in and make an order to avoid waiting, cause they make everything fresh on the spot. Nothing negative to say about Troys. I can see myself eating here for a long time read more

Got some breakfast burritos for my Boyfriend and his Brother for work for the first time, and they loved it! They offer a choice of bacon, ham, or sausage breakfast burrito - but since I knew my boys love their meats, I asked to get all 3 in one! However, by a COMPLETE landslide, a rush that followed after I ordered unanimously ordered the BACON breakfast burrito. I must try this beasty burrito the next time i'm around. -I've also ordered a Carne Asada burrito. It was stuffed with rice, beans, onions, tomato, cilantro, and lots of shredded up steak. However, personally I felt like it was a bit too salty for my liking? If my Boyfriend or his Brother tried it, they would think it's perfect. It's just I would prefer it not too salty. I'm used to the Alertos kind of burritos. lol -Also, if you're like me, I love to add some SPICINESS to my life. Their green hot salsa tasted really fresh, but looks almost like a green smoothie! lol -Lastly, I would like to comment on the parking and the street. Parking is kind of limited. A bit tight but managable. However, i'm not a fan of leaving the lot. There are cars that are parked on the side of the street which makes it SUPER HARD to see oncoming cars. Remodeling parking lot had to park on street...no biggie. But a little dangerous that being on a busy street. $37 for a family of 5. That's including 2 kids meal ($4.99). Wish I would of bought the kids cheeseburger meal for myself. Give you more than enough. Burgers are big. Good helping of fries. Daughter had the chocolate shake she said it was good, I didn't t get to try it since she dipped her fries in it. Hubby had bacon avocado burger, nice slices of avocado and bacon. He was happy. This place has been around for well over 30 years. I been here before I moved to nearby Anaheim and go here more now, since I moved to Orange County. I never had any problems with the food. I always ordered there burgers, patty melt, fries, and onion rings. Oh, there breakfast burritos are awesome. I have not tried there other food on the menu, but I'm curious to do so next time. The food is quick. The portions are very good and most importantly, I never had food poisoning from here. I recommend people to try this place if there in the area. read more

I have visited Troy's twice. I live in Ogden, UT but when my wife and I went to Disneyland for our honeymoon, we walked from Embassy Suites to Troy's and it was good enough that on our last day before our plane left, we walked over again. This place used to have the best breakfast burritos. Now they really skimp on everything and are bland. They are not as big as they used to be and your paying $8 and change. If your looking for a bomb breakfast burrito that is huge and full of meat, egg etc..I suggest you go to PEPE'S in Fullerton. This has been our go to for the last couple of months. They are less expensive and much larger. I always share half of my burrito and that's always more than enough. Troy's does have good zucchini, onion rings and asada tacos but that's about it. My first meal there was a breakfast sausage burrito. Best breakfast burritos ever. Every place i go i always try there breakfast burritos and nobody has come close to Troys. There green salsa there is also very good and is a perfect combination to the burrito. They serve about everything. Burritos, Burgers, Gyros, Chicken Sandwiches, Fried Chicken Dinners. Everything there is very good. There prices there are also very good. Every visit there i usually spend about $13-15 for two.
