Very friendly service. Food was tasty with good portions and not too expensive. The atmosphere is very casual and bright. They offer healthy options and show calories on the menu so you can make informed choices. I liked the green juice. The spaghetti squash parm was good too. My companion enjoyed the poke bowl and found it filling.

We went here for lunch and made a reservation. First they wanted to put us near the kitchen so o asks if we could sit somewhere differently. I ordered the grilled chicken with salad no dressing or quinoa- they made a nice salad but I had to switch out the dressing to the champagne vinaigrette and oil and vinegar. Sadly, they still don't have good coffee- only Americano which is watery. My friend go the turkey burger and enjoyed it with a small salad. They changed their menu again since I was here last some months ago. The bathrooms were not up to par and that's u dorris they why the lack of stars. They need to make sure the facilities are kept clean.

My parents and I stopped in for a late lunch here. It was not too busy inside of the restaurant and it did take quite some time for our waiter to acknowledge us. Once our waiter came over, we ordered our usual the Tuscan kale salad and hummus for our apps. Both were great - I did notice they changed the pita bread and made it more crispier for the hummus app, which was perfect. The hummus is savory and has a kick in it from the red pepper spread. The kale salad is always great - light and fresh. However, this is where things were not great which was the service. It took so long for our main dishes to come out and our waiter didn't stop by our table to say anything about the wait time or check in with us. Once our food did come out, he apologized for the wait but we rarely were addressed again after this unless we waved him down. I had the wild caught tuna poke and was not a fan of it. The tuna pieces were roughly chopped and were not good at all. The tuna didn't taste fresh and had to pick out the tendon like pieces. However, I just ended up eating the black rice and other veggies in the bowl. Everything else in the bowl was really good but I wouldn't order this again. My dad complained about the air fried fries as they were over cooked. Also he was not a fan of his burger as he mentioned it was too salty. I was surprised how bad the service and mediocre the food was on this visit. Hopefully our next visit will be a lot better.

We had food from this place at my sons house in Boca one day and we said we wanted to go in person . The Chinese chicken salad is amazing , the ginger lemon dressing is killer ! We also shared a sour dough pepperoni pizza that was great ! Everything is cooked clean and very tasty wish they had a location in Hallandale . Sorry for the half eaten pics it was so good almost forgot to take pictures :)

I came here after a surprise visit to one of the stores with my husband for dinner. I still like the restaurant and Diego took good care of us. But we both wanted the pesto lasagna and after waiting for a bit we found out they were out. This happened the last time I came for breakfast too. Not sure if the manager is just not ordering enough food or they are so busy with all the stooopid snowbird visitors they just don't have enough food, like ever. lol. I ended up going with the chicken parm and it was pretty good. Husband got a cheese pizza and he really liked it as well.

I went here with a friend for brunch and it was decent. I think it was a little over priced for what it was. I got the prickly pear refresher and that was delicious. That is something I would go back for and thought the price was fair for the quality. The rancher's hash was expensive and just okay. From other pictures it looked more like steak and eggs but this was more like a shredded beef. The sweet potatoes and vegetables were good and the eggs were runny as promised. I had a problem with the toast being served completely dry with nothing to put on it. They don't have any jams or jellies. I asked the server to bring us some butter and it took over ten minutes, so that was quite frustrating. I'm not sure why they would bring anyone dry toast in the first place or who would want to eat that. The place is super cute and decorated nicely. However most of their tables are half booth half table which I hate because you have to fight over who gets the booth seat.

Came here for dinner to give it yet another shot. Very empty restaurant for a Friday night. Decent ambiance. Ordered a turkey burger and upgraded to their new fries Also got a simple salad and edamame dumplings. Salad was good. Turkey burger seemed liked a frozen burger on a bun for $21 with the cold fries which we sent back to get burnt fries. Need to fix their new fries. Dumplings ok. As I told the waiter the True Food in Scottsdale is vibrant and here depressing and over priced.

Went shopping and needed to refuel so we stopped here for dinner and lunch. Love the ambiance of this place it really fit the vibe. Our server Bella was very accommodating and amazing. For starters we had the Edamame dumpling and I thought this was going to be something different so I was excited to try it. This was not what I expected the texture was off gooey on the outside and soft Edamame paste on the inside. It was also very salty since it was swimming in soy sauce. Maybe if the dumpling was pan fried and the soy sauce was for dipping. I think it would be better. Bella realized this and switched to the shrimp lettuce wraps and they were so much better. They needed some lime but I used the one from my drink. My mom had the pizza which was really good and the crust was the best part. I had the turkey burger with sweet potato hash. The burger was seasoned perfectly i would definitely have this again . The drinks were ok

This place is nestled into Boca Raton town center and has tons of space. We came at lunch time on a Saturday and were seated immediately. The interiors really well decorated, very fresh, farm to table kind of vibes. The staff was nice enough, very efficient, got the job done. We ordered hummus as an appetizer and it was fantastic and we sipped our drinks while we waited for food. My fiance got a bloody mary which he really liked and I got the prickly pear tisane which was very refreshing. Unfortunately our main meals were not as good as our starter. I got the Korean noodle bowl with steak and was asked how I wanted my steak cooked but it ended up coming like stew beef, and large chunks and was extremely chewy and well done. My fiance had the All American Burger and it looked delicious but ended up being fair to middling. He also ordered the extra crispy air fried fries and they did not live up to their name. They were kind of soft and soggy. I think this is a good spot when you're coming with a bunch of people who have different preferences because they have a large, diverse menu. But, I do not think I'd go back we the food wasn't quite good enough for the price point.

Food is usually good. Unfortunately the To go food is inconsistent is quality and portions. However, whenever we are in south Florida we head here for the healthier food options. We come often or at least as often as we can. This time I was left sick. If you have food allergies, beware. This is the 1st time its happened to me here but I let them know when ordering that I'm allergic to parm. (I'm actually allergic to the bacteria that's used to make parmesan). I called in my to go order so that i could effectively communicate my allergy. I ordered the margarita pizza. She ask3d if mozzarella was ok, I said yes and just no parmesan on anything. I do not know what happened but I was so sick after eating my pizza. It was definitely a reaction to parmesan. My guess is they may have put parm, realized the mistake and took off the parm leaving behind traces or something. I only get sick in that way if I consume small amounts of parmesan. There was definitely some cross contamination there. My allergy isn't deadly just painful and severe gastrointestinal reaction. But beware if you have a deadly allergy. Again I will say that this has not been an issue before, just last night.

    Korean Noodle Bowl, V GF

The food was just ok - my boyfriend ordered the Farmer's Market Scramble and asked for no peppers, but they left out the onions as well, and he literally just had a bowl of plain, weirdly firm eggs (bordering on overcooked) and roasted sweet potatoes that he could have easily made at home for a fraction of the price. We were also charged for the sourdough toast that he got that our server didn't tell us was an extra charge. (Originally, I was going to get the Southwest Tofu Scramble which came with sourdough toast, and because I can't have gluten, we originally told our server to omit the toast, but then changed our minds because I could just give him my toast. But then because the Southwest Tofu Scramble had bell peppers that I can't eat and couldn't be removed, I changed my order to the Korean Noodle Bowl which obviously did not come with sourdough toast. So they decided to charge us extra for giving us sourdough toast that we didn't actually ask for.) My noodle bowl was decent enough and I was glad to be able to get something with tofu (or any gluten-free vegan protein), but it ended up being quite expensive since the tofu was a significant extra charge. (Otherwise, the noodle bowl would have had little to no protein.) So, given the option, we probably wouldn't come back here. Overpriced for just ok food.

True Kitchen is my favorite place to go have a quiet healthy meal. Service is always kind and accurate with the order. Chicken tenders are made in a healthy way along with many sides to choose from. The salad comes with the meal but for a small up charge there are many more choices. Portion size is generous . Parking is always available convenient to the restaurant .

I came here a few days ago and I was pleasantly surprised. The food was good and I could tell that the food was fresh because my stomach did not hurt afterwards, like it does after most meals. The waitress was nice too. I ordered the grass-fed burger with fries and had a matcha (so good) and my son had a cheese pizza. The bathroom was not that clean, but overall a good experience.

Unfortunately, I can't speak highly of the food. The highly rated General Tao's Cauliflower is just something deep-fried and covered in sticky sweet sauce. There's no cauliflower flavor to it at all. My short ribs were flavorful, but the risotto on which it sat was undercooked. Yes, risotto can be challenging, but at this price point, I expect a high level of execution. My wife's roasted vegetable bowl was lacking in flavor - I've had better bowls at Fresh Kitchen. In short, our expectations of the food were high, but our experience was sub-par.

My dining partner could barely finish their fish sandwich due to it's sheer size. It is worth mentioning that the menu definitely comes at a price point higher than most chain restaurants. Our waiter was nice enough but took forever to come get our order. The food came out. He came by to check before we ate anything. Ok fine. We let him know we've come a few times in the past 3 months (about once per month) and the smoked salmon was good to split as it always comes with 2 pieces of bread (which they cut in half- so 4 halves, perfect to make 2 mini sandwiches with) This time it came with a piece of bread and a half (so 3 halves). I'm looking around for our server he's no where to be found. I finally spot him but he doesn't see me and goes into the back area near the bar to speak with another server. He then pokes his head out and I get his attention. I told him we needed another 1/2 a piece of bread. It took a bit but the manager came brought 2 pieces of toasted bread with butter. We thought that was nice, they gave us extra for the wait. The manager asked if everything was ok, we had the bread so yes it was fine nothing to say. We weren't sure why be was asking (also didn't know he was the manager at that time) We also got the omelette which was ok, not great. No complaints just nothing special, we wouldn't get that again. (Not this trip but last time we got their potatoes which were so good and a really good flat bread with figs so most of their other food is good) Then it takes a bit but he comes to clean our plates... and disappears again. A while later he has that check machine in his hand (I hate those honestly- becoming a restaurant standard but gives you no time to discuss anything with your party or figure out the tip) he asked if we needed anything I said no, thinking he was having us pay since we're not ordering anything else- but then he just walked away. The other table is getting rowdy and annoyed not seeing him either now. I see that table out of the corner of my eye getting annoyed with him. They're ready to go, as are we. We finally get the check and they charged us $4.50 for the bread. Confused I asked about that mistake. He then told us he sent his manager over to talk to us (you did?) and he'll send him over again. So now we just want to leave but are waiting for the manager. The man who delivered the bread comes over. Tells me it depends how thick it is. Sometimes it's 3 sometimes it's 4 pieces (referring to the individual halves of bread) that's why we were charged for a side of bread. He then tells me the server must not have understood. I was very clear and asked for a half a piece- letting him know we always order this. I didn't ask for 2 slices with butter- which they brought. The manager offers to knock a few bucks off but it's made in house so that's all he'll do. I'm not really happy I didn't want all that, I didn't order it and really if your server misunderstood why am I being charged? (Plus we're already frustrated waiting there, we've been ready to go for a while at this point) Meanwhile the table next to us gets up to talk to the manager who's busy "fixing" our check as they also just want to leave. They're clearly frustrated as well. Then the server comes by and asks us if everything was solved. Not really but sort of. I hear him go to the manager behind us ... and the manager says "I'm going to charge them something for it" Someone else from that other table comes over to complain to us about how this place is going downhill. They also used to really like it there- but now they're spending their whole afternoon in there. We have a lovely chat about how frustrating this experience has been before the server comes back with our revised check. So I went from coming here at least once a month (literally my open table shows me coming here 3 times since the middle of March) but I will not be returning anytime soon and I have a feeling neither will that other party (Also on their menu on their website the bread is only $4.25 so we were overcharged no matter how you look at it. But you won you charged us something!)
