Ordered here for the first time. Something new to me. Ordered online for ASAP delivery. Website was pretty simply to maneuver. Some options for sides were unable to be given for 1 of my meals. Ordered 2 kids entrees. A cheese pizza and a cheeseburger. The pizza was great! Nice bite, great flavor, salty, savory and subtle hint of sweetness from the sauce. Great portion size for 1 child. The cheeseburger, meh, not bad, but not great! Burger patty was dry. Flavors were there, but it would've been better if just given less cooking time. Had to add ketchup and mustard to give it a bit of moisture. The side for the cheeseburger were carrots and hummus. Unfortunately, carrots were not a hit and the flavor in the hummus was a miss. It would've been great if different sides were an option online. I also ordered a iced black tea and it was good. Not too bitter like most places serve. All in all, the delivery was super fast and convenient, thanks to my DD delivery driver Michael. And the food was cooked and prepared with great timing, thanks to the restaurant. That was a great decision because the food was delicious, I had the Vegan Double Cheeseburger while my wife enjoyed the Spinach & Mushroom pizza. This is one of my top favorite places to eat. We went for brunch and I got the vegan bowl they give you a side of tortillas that are amazing. Overall, the food here is high quality and very healthy. We arrived at True Food on a Friday night during season at 7pm. The dining room was bustling, about a ten minute wait for a table. We decided to just grab a seat at the bar and go for a more casual dining experience. I have to admit the host and hostess were not the friendliest and didn't even make eye contact with us until we greeted them. The experience improved when we sat at the bar. We decided to sit outside since it was a beautiful cool evening. I believe the bartenders name was Avery. We reviewed the drink menu and ordered a few of their specialty cocktails which were delicious. I had the sangria and my husband had the pomegranate mule. To start we shared the charred cauliflower which came out fast and was super tasty, the dill really brought out the flavors. I ordered the grain tofu bowl for dinner, my husband had the squash casserole. Our meals took about an hour to come out, which we weren't thrilled about, especially considering that people who had been seated after us had come and gone already. Our server/bartender was apologetic and checked on the meal. She comped our desserts because of the long wait which was very generous of her. Overall we really enjoyed the bartender's hospitality and friendliness, the food and the restaurant ambience/decor. We weren't a fan of some of the pretentiousness, but, that's pretty typical of Naples. We will be back again sometime. read more

Ordered the ancient grain bowl and got maybe one and a half cups worth of ingredients and ordered the green tea delivered with no ice in a medium size cup and that beverage was six dollars. Food continues to be absolutely awesome. But does it always have to be SO cold inside, especially in the evening? I know it's Florida in summer but honestly it's like a walk-in freezer. And service remains patchy: sometimes really lovely, other times it's a bit too cool for school. Drop the attitude guys, it's just a restaurant not Drake's private nightclub. I have heard good things from this place from vegetarian coworkers. I decided to give it a try even though I am not vegan or vegetarian I enjoyed this restaurant. Everything was fresh and the atmosphere was refreshing. I ordered the TLT with sweet potato and kale. Large portions and very filling. Walked in on a slow evening for an early dinner with my husband, seemed like an empty restaurant. Got sat all the way in a back corner and didn't have a server come up once. We sat there for about 20 minutes and the only person to come was the host with water( only because my husband had to walk up and ask if a server was going to come by). We were told one would be with us shortly, only for a server to go to a table that was sat 10 minutes after we did. One star because the place looked nice. This place is 4 stars solely based on their M-F happy hour specials simply because of the great deal. You can get decent sized food options for $5. Outside of their happy hour, the plates are a bit overpriced. Some options are worth it, such as the vegan pizza, but for small plates like the pad Thai without any additional protein, it's not worth the price. Also, I used to think this place had immaculate food quality, but I didn't enjoy their margherita pizza at all. The sauce was too sweet and the crust seemed like your typical frozen pizza crust. If you're looking for healthy options, vegan options, gluten free options, vegetarian options, and regular options... this is the place!!! I love their charred cauliflower appetizer! It's such a thoughtful grouping of flavors, like all of the dishes I've tried, so if you have an adventurous palate, you should definitely try True Food! My favorite entree is their ancient grains bowl with salmon on top! It's a bowl full of glazed sweet potato, turmeric, charred onion, snow pea, grilled portobello, avocado, and hemp seed, topped with a protein of your choice. Marking the second time trying here, trying something we had before and a new item i can safely say that True Foods does hold up well to consistency and the development of their other dishes. We chose their vegan pizza and the classic, grass fed hamburger. Now, im a meat and potatoes man. When i met my wife, i had the mentality of, "i dont eat what my food eats." Meaning no veggies and anything green to me was spoilt. I can say that after 6 years of marriage, (almost 7), im mostly acclimated to veggies. She can't help that shes a great cook. The food here can be made at home with home made ingredients. Its delicious and full of flavor. The prices for everything are steep and I understand everything is all natural and healthy. If you cant make this stuff at home, buy the cookbook. If your lazy about cooking and want to eat healthy, come here. If you have some splurging money, you'll enjoy it for sure. I absolutely love True Food. I came here looking for a healthier eating out food alternative, and I'm so glad I came across this place. The decor is very LA, not your typical Naples restaurant. We ordered guacamole with pita chips for appetizer and for our entree I ordered the ancient grains with steak, absolutely delicious. What a great combination of foods, from the ancient grains, glazed sweet potatoes, steak and veggies. The food wasn't the only thing that made this restaurant a 5 star. I've just eaten at True Food Kitchen for the third time. I absolutely love it. I'm vegan and my boyfriend is not. True Food is our most perfect compromise. They have flavorful appetizers we both enjoy, and plenty of entree options for each of us. The freshness of the ingredients and the excellent seasoning are really noticeable here. I ate their seasonal special which was a veggie burger made with beets. It was exceptional, and as I left the restaurant, walking by the kitchen, I witnessed them pulling out pans full of steaming hot beets from being roasted. It adds to the experience when you can truly see how fresh your food is! My boyfriend had a Mediterranean style chicken dish which he said was cooked to perfection and really well spiced. We only visit Naples once a year, and with so many options in the area we try not to double up... but I think we may make an exception and hit up True Food once more before the airport! read more

We got there around 11:15 on a Sunday morning for brunch and were seated right away, but by the time we left around 12:15 there was a line out the door. The food was just as good as I expected. Everything is priced very appropriately and there are a ton of options for those with dietary restrictions or just picky eater in general. Service was great as well - we let our waiter know we were in a bit of a hurry because we needed to make a flight, and he made sure to bring us everything as quickly as he could without rushing us. Overall, they're fine. I can see why people leave such positive reviews: the service is good, with the restaurant well laid-out. Menu has a homey, cafe feel to it for a chain location. Though it's fine to wear a t shirt there, I'd describe the atmosphere as "business casual". It's a good choice for a place to meet others for a meal, take guests, etc. though I don't go there often as any sort of regular patron. Most of the menu options are solid choices, although my cousin was disappointed with her selection a while back, and I had a similar issue with a different one recently: too much sauce for the 'food' item. read more
