I tried the TruBlu bowl for my first time here with almond butter, sans coconut flakes and it was sooo delicious!!! I ordered it without coconut flakes and it was mistakenly given to me with, but all good -- I picked them out and they were apologetic/nice about it. It costs $14 for a medium size bowl so it is definitely an açaí bowl with a premium price tag, but the ingredients and quality are there. It's great if you're looking for a light and healthy meal option!

It's a little overwhelming how many options there are. I like that they have a menu to choose from or you can create your own. Everything was fresh and good. Honestly a small size was more than enough for me with all of the fruit that they add.
3.5 stars, but rounded to 4 because it's my go-to acai bowl place in Redlands due to the variety of toppings and bases to choose from! I love doing a custom bowl to try the different bases & everything tastes pretty fresh! However, I do wish the blended bases were a bit thicker & didn't melt as fast. The prices are also a bit on the higher side. As far as the service, it depends on who's there! I was the only one there so I got in and out within 10 mins, but I know when there's a lot of people it can get slow. I saw a total of 3 workers but only one was manning the front cashier/making bowls while the other two were either restocking or taking phone calls. The inside could have a bit more decor but it was clean and the outside is nice with a little fountain :)

But other than that, it's clean, it's quiet and the quality is nice! I go a lot for the protein drinks but I sub the plant protein for whey because it's better for me.

Located in the Sprouts plaza in Redlands, where the Pinkberry used to be (I'm sad but it was a good upgrade) is a superfood bar that leaves you wanting more. I had a hard time deciding as all their curated concoctions looked really delicious, I ended up getting the TruBlu bowl. It was assembled pretty quickly and it was delicious. There were a few items on the bowl I've never had before but they balanced one another out so well. It was refreshing! The açai was tasteful and the chia pudding was the perfect consistency. The fruit was also very fresh. If you don't like their menu options, you can also opt to make your own bowl. As for the place itself, it was modern and clean, the staff were efficient. You place your order at the register and once you've paid, they start working on your order. I was in and out and the seating outside is a nice touch.
The Rio Bowl was delicious. I love that it was very filling. Twas a beautiful, light acai brunch.
On 1/25/26, I had a very disappointing experience. It took about 5 minutes just to be helped, and then 20 minutes to prepare my bowl. When I finally received it, the bowl was already melted and watery. They only had two employees working, and one of them was preparing everything even though she was new and constantly asking the other employee in the back for instructions. Because of this, everything moved extremely slowly. While I was there, another customer who had been sitting on the patio came inside to complain because their order also took too long and was watery, and they asked for it to be remade. They seriously need to improve their service and hire more employees. I understand wanting to save money, but having only two people working is unacceptable. It took 20 minutes to receive a bowl that was not even made properly.
Options galore! I love me a good acai bowl with various layers, and at TRUBowl there's hundreds of possible combinations if you choose to build your own. Their menu has a great selection of bowls, protein smoothies, boosts, and juices. I created a bowl layered with acai, matcha, ube, and dragon fruit chia pudding, topped with fruits, hemp granola, toasted coconut and a drizzle of almond butter. It was satisfying. Current prices are similar to most premium acai places. A medium bowl like the one I got was $14.

The line situation inside is kind of chaotic and there should be more organization for where to stand and where the line starts and ends. You can order ahead but I heard it hasn't been that great for timing. It is in a huge parking lot with plenty of options and sprouts is next door which is super convenient.

The seamoss bowl tasted more healthy while the island bowl packed more fruity tastes (the island bowl also included coconut bits if you do not like coconut, you can always take it out!) Prices for acai bowls have definitely risen, but I would say, the prices that TruBowl are consistent throughout the industry. The interior and service was great! They helped with recommendations and tips for a better experience. They have a build your own acai bowl for those who know exactly what they want or for those who want to experiment. Otherwise, the set acai bowls are a great option if you want to try some curated bowls. Although I did not get a smoothie, I saw many people grabbing smoothies to beat the heat. Overall, there are better acai bowl places in terms of quality, portions, and price, BUT if you are local to Redlands, you cannot beat the convenience and how solid TruBowl is.

Im addicted!! This place is kind of hidden, tucked back behind/next to Sprouts. I stumbled upon it by accident but I am so glad I did! The two people working were friendly and the one person serving me was SOOO patient with helping me find the perfect custom bowl that would work for my very restricted diet. Inside was clean and quiet but a bit sterile. Out front is a really nice seating area. My custom bowl was so tasty! I have been day dreaming of when I can go back again. It is pricey but worth it, to have such a tasty treat that also works with my mandatory gluten free, no sugar, low fructose, low carb diet. read more

I would rate 3.5 but I'll round up. Employees are very sweet & friendly. Inside needs more decor, it is very plain with the white walls & furniture with awkward heights. If you sit on the benches along the wall (which look like bed head boards) the table will be awkwardly high. Tables were very dirty. Felt very sloppy other than the wall with the neon sign. Also grab your straw/spoon while you are in line because the placement is very awkward once you pick up your order. Menu has a great selection! Ordered the Cali Vibe & it was delicious! A good açaí bowl spot was needed in Redlands! I feel like the other places couldn't really give me a lot of options or customization as much as this place. They offer açaí bowls with different flavor bases and they offer smoothies. The workers were very friendly and attentive. So they have one person make the base then one person who customizes it front of you. The bowl was decently priced at $13 for a medium but I was really full and satisfied. The ambiance was very new and clean! My only complaint is the chairs and the seating against the wall was different heights so it awkward to sit down comfortably. Confused on the hours of this place. I don't live close by came last week around the same time just fine. I double checked business hours on maps & Google before I came. Says business hours are 8:00 AM, came around 8:05 doors locked lights off no one in sight. Sign on door says 8, very weird & wasted my time. Super frustrating since only came back since I enjoyed so much last week smh UPDATE: - went to sprouts to shop around for 10-15 mins came back still closed & doors locked. Please update your business hours so you're not wasting peoples time!!!!!!!!!!!!! 2nd UPDATE: was on the phone in my car for a few more mins before I left the parking lot, watched someone walk up try the doors & sit at a table. At around 8:20 I watched someone unlock the door & go in, not sure if someone woke up late or this is standard. I was pulling out by then, super frustrating went to Wild Goose Coffee Roasters & the bowl was great & loved supported a mom & pop shop over a chain that doesn't even open on time as advertised smh! read more

This is my go to spot for an açaí bowl, my favorite it the Ez-Tru Bowl! The açaí base is perfectly blended--creamy and refreshing, with just the right amount of sweetness. Topped with fresh fruits, hemp hearts, pumpkin seeds and a drizzle of honey and almond butter each bite was bursting with flavor. It felt like a healthy indulgence that satisfied my cravings without any guilt. Love this place! read more

TRubowl took the place of the yogurt spot in the sprouts parking lot. We decided to come try it. The vibe overall was very chill. I saw a couple people doing work on their laptops inside the shop. It looks very clean and organized. The music was definitely a mix of modern trendy, fun songs and the workers were all really kind! The bowl itself and pricing is what sets a star down. The bowls were good but nothing special for the price point. Would come here again probably! read more

No line at around 7pm on a weekday. Clean facilities and decently paced when making acai bowl. We had a build your own bowl (toppings are unlimited with 3 different types of bases) and an açaí bowl I don't remember the name. The chai pudding was a delish idea to the açaí bowl. I think small was $10 and large was $16. Decently priced with an expected taste of açaí bowl. read more
