They do not prioritize appointments over walk ins which is frustrating when you're in a time crunch. The quality is never that great - I always catch bubbles and lint in my gel manicures afterwards even when I tell them during the service when I notice them. Today, the lady doing my manicure filed my nails uneven and I had to stop her half way through and request a different person to fix her mistakes. The front desk met all our requests and helped me or my mom anytime we needed anything with a beautiful smile on their face. My masseuse, Eileen was the BEST!!
