    Monster fish sandwich
    Suzane C.

Great lunch! For $15.95 you get a sandwich, side and drink (including some with alcohol. ). I like their burgers and on Fridays their Monster Fish. I also enjoy adding blue cheese crumbles to my salad with lemon pepper dressing. Our waiter was attentive. I'm always impressed that someone brings the food up the back staircase from the kitchen for us on the second floor.

Walk in and you enter into a beautiful wood bar area. Walk up a step and enter into the dining area with 10 or so tables in a warm and inviting room. The sweet waitress came over quickly and took our drink orders giving us time to look over the menu. I ordered the petite fillet. it came with a side salad and a baked potato. The steak was cooked to perfection, tender and juicy, the salad was fresh and the baked potato was huge. Rolls were also served with the dinner. They were warm and fresh. My husband ordered the 16 oz cowboy steak special. He also enjoyed his meal.

Food was delicious! Jalapeño poppers were very good. I like how many options they have on the menu but most importantly the steak itself is stellar. Service was also very good and the dining experience is nice with a very cozy ambiance. I look forward to going back!

Pork Chop and Loaded Baked Potato

This is my favorite restaurant in St. Louis! I try to get there every time I'm in town. The steaks are great and the pork chop is next level outstanding (and that's coming from a Chicago guy). He atmosphere is super cool and the service has always been fun and top notch!

Tucker's is the spot to go when you want a classic steak and baked potato! The service is great, the upstairs is quaint and a little quieter, the Diet Coke was crisp, and the food is perfect! I love that they offer a smaller filet and still cook it to a perfect medium, the works baked potato is to die for and even the simple house salad with ranch is great! I would recommend Tucker's again and again!

Just as good as ever. THE most consistent and always well-cooked delicious steaks. Service is top notch and quick. Tucker's continues to be my go-to for steaks, after over a decade of being a patron, it is still as good as ever for casual affordable local steaks. Get the ribeye. Get the works baked potato. Enjoy.

Needed this after a long day of breaking down our Mardi Gras Tent! Always hit the spot for a delicious filet, shrimp, loaded bake potato and my favorite house salad! Toasted raviolis are always a must when we have an out of town guest with us as well!

Came in and ordered the 8oz filet and shrimp. I ordered it medium well and it came out rare. I still ate it and it had good flavor, but I like my meat cooked and not bloody. I'm not one to return food so I just handled it the way it was cooked. Melissa did an amazing job waiting on us... she gets 5 stars... food gets three stars for a total rating thanks to Melissa's perfect service... 4 stars

Tender Roast Beef Au Jus Showing sliced and questioning RB
    Brian K.

Very disappointed. I got the Tender Roast Beef Au Jus and when they said "Hand-Carved roast beef" I assumed it would be real Roasted Beef and Hand-Carved. It was not. This was processed sliced beef, likely not even sliced on site. It was closer to Steak Em's. I ate half because I needed to eat. I wish I would have gotten a burger. My daughter got one and it looked good. Thick backyard style, which was good to see that they didn't hop on the smash burger bandwagon. The two steaks were big and to temp. The other dishes kept the misleading RB Sandwich failure from getting 2 stars.

I called to place an order, the man that answered was very short, he said they were busy and wait would be an hour and and a half, I said that's fine. Continuing on, ordered the special minus mushroom. Wanted to ask if a different topping could be added but was cut off and my ordering was over. OK, NBD. Got to the place to get the pizza, my husband went in to grab it and the man at the counter was rude and short with him. Also the place was empty so maybe we called in the order during a dinner rush hense the 95 min wait, again NBD. An employee pulled the pizza out tossed in in the counter and walked away. Then a younger employee walked up to the counter and collected money. I'm hoping the older man was just having a bad day, but being rude in 2 different manners is not a good look. When we get home and started to enjoy this pie half way into eating a slice was a nice piece of rubber, kind of looking like a hair tie or something. Now that's a huge turn off. First experience and now the last. Sorry folks but bad attitude and a foreign object is at all not appealing.

There's plenty of seating, making it a great spot for a family dinner, and the prices are very reasonable. Just a heads-up--they only accept cash or check, so come prepared! We ordered a large pizza with bacon, green peppers, and onions. They were incredibly accommodating when my husband asked for only half the pizza to have the toppings he doesn't like, no problem at all. The owner's son was there and shared a bit about the family history, telling us about his father and grandfather who started the place. That personal touch made our visit even more special. The pizza arrived piping hot, just how I like it, gooey cheese, generous toppings, and full of flavor. They're definitely doing something right here. If you're looking for a cozy, welcoming spot for a weeknight dinner, this is it. Support local and give it a try!

During our latest visit, we ordered the chicken parmesan, lasagna, and rigatoni without lobster, and started with the arancini balls. Every dish was absolutely fantastic, but the real star of the night was the lasagna. This restaurant's lasagna is truly one of a kind and unlike anything you've probably tasted before. It's layered with pistachios, pesto, and squash, creating such a unique balance of creamy, nutty, and savory flavors. It was rich without feeling too heavy, and every bite felt incredibly comforting yet elevated at the same time. Definitely one of my favorite lasagnas ever. Their wine selection never disappoints either. I've also tried a couple of their bourbon cocktails, including the "For the Streets" and the "Black Manhattan," and both were amazing. The drinks are well-balanced, flavorful, and pair beautifully with the food.

We kicked things off with the toasted ravioli, and I can honestly say they are some of the best in St. Louis. You can tell they are handmade in-house--perfectly crispy on the outside with a delicious, savory filling that pairs beautifully with the marinara. We also shared the prosciutto di parma, which was sliced thin and had a wonderful, authentic flavor that set a high bar for the rest of the night. For the main course, we tried two very different but equally amazing dishes: Pepperoni Pizza: The addition of hot honey was a game-changer. It added a bold, spicy kick that balanced the salty pepperoni perfectly. Cacio e Pepe: This was truly spectacular. It's a simple dish that is hard to get right, but this was easily the best I've ever had outside of Rome. The pasta was cooked perfectly and the peppery flavor was throughout. To drink, we ordered the Old Dolce Vita, their unique take on an Old Fashioned. It was expertly crafted and really showed off their skills behind the bar--smooth, balanced, and a great companion to the meal. Our server was fantastic--attentive and made sure we had everything we needed, but also gave us plenty of time to relax and enjoy our conversation. We never felt rushed, which made for a perfectly paced and memorable dinner. We will definitely be back

Being from the Bay Area in California, I had never heard of toasted ravioli so I added it to my itinerary. I found this place on Yelp and saw that Guy Fieri (another Bay Area native) had featured it on his show so I settled on Anthonino's. I walked over from the Botanical Garden on a Friday afternoon around 12pm so that I could get a better feel of the streets, locals, surrounding shops, and the Hill neighborhood. The area was very calm, clean, safe and had a sense of pride. I enjoyed the sights and sounds throughout the streets and by the time I arrived at the front door, I was super excited to eat. I was seated quickly at the bar and given a menu and water. The bar staff were friendly and pleasant to talk to and also took my order within a few minutes. The restaurant quickly filled up behind me and it was a lively environment. I really appreciated that the TVs had sports shows on (huge sports fan and was in town to visit Busch Stadium) so it gives you something to look at. I ordered the toasted ravioli and a tiramisu. As a solo traveler, I have to limit how much I can order so this was the perfect amount for me. The food was amazing and I wished that I could have tried more plates. The ravioli had great flavors and texture and the tiramisu was so creamy and fresh. I would definitely return if the opportunity presented itself. The customer service from all staff members was amazing! Thank you for this experience :)
