I ordered through Uber and the Uber driver asked where the rest of my order was and was told it was complete. However I was Missing Another Pizza! The 8 piece Hot Wings only had (7) wings in it. I placed an order on the Tumby's website on 12/31/25 at approximately 3:30pm. The order place and charged to my credit card. After an entire hour, I was contacted by a Latino/Hispanic female from phone number (323) 750-1930 with a caller ID of Barajas. This person indicted that they do NOT deliver to my address and that they had to cancel my order. My main problem is that I have a special needs child that I was ordering food for and because they took the liberty to contact me an hour after i placed the order to inform me that they, "do not deliver to my address" made it difficult for me to provide anything to eat for the child due to the early closure of all good establishments on New Years Eve. My biggest problem is , I order from this establishment ALL the time (bi-weekly) and has been for the last 3 years and I've never had someone tell me that they do NOT deliver to my address. They have now lost a customer. read more

I am not a real pizza eater but my daughter brought home a square pan pizza and it was amazing. I am not sure what they do differently but I tried to order a pizza myself, and received the normal circle pizza and it just wasn't the same. I also enjoy their salads, they come with tons of veggies and it is enough for two. This is a to-go spot only and they are pretty fast once you order. No seating area and in a small shopping center so there is parking. When I crave pizza this is my go to place. read more

I ordered this on Uber Eats and thought it was decent pizza. I ordered the cheese sticks expecting mozzarella sticks but it's actually a big box of cheese bread. I was surprised but I'm not complaining cause the cheese bread tasted really good especially with the marinara it came with. I called the Manchester location and the manager said that he didn't deliver to my address but he took the extra mile by calling the Hyde Park store, where I was able to order my pizza. I've had gourmet pizza all over the city and this one was not too bad at all, I mean it's far from gourmet but I'd say it deserves the four stars I'm giving it. I've been coming here for over a year and the place may not be in the best side of town but they do have THE best tasting pizza. It's always fresh and it definitely has that home cooked taste. As a tip I'd always order ahead of time because it does get pretty busy. All in all I'd much rather have this homemade style pizza instead of your regular dominos or pizza hut. read more

Hard crust and they do not make thin crust they say they can try and roll the dough thinner but it's still not even close to thin crust.

I've been going to Tumby's the last year and they have never steered me wrong. Don't get me wrong, I've had artisan pizza and real high quality pizza and at these prices don't expect that. But They make good pizza that is still delicious for when you have people over or you're having a party! I think they have similar prices to little Cesar's but def have higher quality in my opinion. What impresses me most about this place is the young people who work there and there sincere work ethic and customer service. They always take my order correctly and politely and repeat back to me. This is what makes me a repeat customer; consistent quality and customer service. read more

As much as I wanna say this was good, I can't. The delivery driver was a bit hostile on the phone. Not only that, I got WARM ranch in PACKETS which should be a felony IMO. The pizza was falling apart. The crust wasn't even fully intact. I could literally pick up a slice and it split into 3 pieces. It's all love over here, but whoever made this pizza should go to prison for at least 10 years and never step foot in a kitchen again. Whenever I order from here my order is taken accurately and my food arrives within 30 minutes (to Baldwin Hills.) I always get the super yummy cheese sticks and a garden salad with a strawberry Fanta. The girl that always takes my order is super nice and the delivery guys always look presentable and are very professional.
