NAXEON supplier indicating Thomas is horrible to deal with
    Kyle K.

TurboMotorsports (Thomas Spiers) is extremely incompetent and does not provide appropriate documentation for road legal bikes, such as title and plates. He is extremely difficult to deal with, is a very poor communicator, and grossly inept. The NAXEON community is very frustrated as he's the local supplier for this bike. Even NAXEON is frustrated with his inability to follow through with the appropriate documents that new owners need to properly own their bikes. I purchased a demo NAXEON from him, he made a 5 minute transaction take over 2 hours because he's so very inefficient and disrespectful. This demo bike proceeded to have broken parts, was not properly serviced, and never worked properly so NAXEON replaced this bike 2 months later. I NEVeR received the paper work for the demo bike. my replacement bike arrived on May 9th, as of June 27th, I have not received license plates, registration or the title! When I left a negative review, Thomas threatened to sue me for slander!!! This is the type of guy you'd be dealing with!! You should at no cost, deal with this company, you will regret as many on the Facebook NAXEON group will also share with you... we're all in the same boat and extremely frustrated! Please take note of Thomas communication... it's broken, insensible, and manic. His repose to me calling him out for not providing proper documentation, was to not buy a demo bike... this is how this man's mind works!?!? It's bizarre behavior.

Terrible experience! Still fighting to get my title! I ordered a Naxeon motorcycle from Naxeon but unfortunately, they decided to use Turbo Powersports to be their United States distributor. I purchased the bike on March 1st and paid in full. It is now the end of July and I still do not have legal ownership of the bike due to not receiving my title. Each time I contact Turbo Powersports it is another excuse. "The titles were coming but they put the wrong address." "The titles were reissued but then got intercepted before we received them." The titles were coming but Sacramento forgot to put our suite number on the address." Now all I get is, "It is Sacramentos fault not ours." I called the office in Sacramento and they have no record of my bike. They said titles are sent within two weeks. I am tired of getting lied to and I just want my title!! Six months is ridiculous. Multiple Naxeon owners are experiencing this same issue. Beware of this "dealership."

Apollo RFN I did this deal over the phone from Nevada. He addressed all of my concerns and sent me reassuring paperwork and pictures. When I came down to pick it up, he was very gracious and ended up being a seamless transaction. I am very happy with the service.

Made my second purchase from Turbo PowerSports. I come back to these guys because I had a very great experience with my first purchase. Love these guys and their patience in explaining every question I have!

This is the trike I originally agree to purchase

1/31/20 I purchased Q6 150cc ICEBEAR PST150-17 trike online Turbo PowerSports on Batavia in Orange, CA. I paid $2,316.63 for a fully assembled, functional, and delivered trike. 2/3/20 I received a call from Thomas Spears informing me that ICEBEAR TRIKE was ILLEGAL for sale in California. Thomas threatened to retain my money as he had a NO RETURN policy. He said he had another trike for sale. I was terrified to lose my money, therefore, I succumbed to his threats. In my opinion, Thomas is an excellent manipulator.  2/6/20 Thomas texted me at 8:50pm!  (AFTER hours) to notify me that delivery of the trike was scheduled for the next day at 11am! I pleaded with him to change the delivery time as it conflicted with my work schedule. He suggested 2/9/20 at 7am, which also conflicted with my work schedule. He refused to offer another delivery time. I had to take a day off to be there. I suffered loss of wages.  2/07/20-trike delivered. Thomas Spears via phone demanded ALL DMV forms to be filled out by himself as too many customers make mistakes on these forms. Motor Vehicle Delivery and Inspection Form & Warranty is a fraudulent document as the set up date is WRONG, the model name is WRONG, the date of purchase is WRONG, and the set up completed by: is WRONG as Kevin was the person who went over this form with me. The trike was delivered with NO gas. I had to go to my local gas station to purchase gas then pour inside the trike. NO copy was provided to me. No CONTRACT WAS PROVIDED. Tire pressure was NEVER inspected. I NEVER TEST DROVE THE TRIKE, ETC, ETC,. Trike was returned to seller as I received a LEMON. Broke down within a few miles. To this day, spears has the defective trike and my MONEY! He lacks effective communication skills and does not appreciate his customers. Do yourself a favor...buy somewhere else... Trike received was saber cat 200cc. Total paid was $3500.00. He has both!!!

Deep scratches on "NEW Electric Moped"
    Mary H.

I purchased an electric bike from them online, and paid an extra $300.00 for assembly and delivery. I had to drive 9 miles to a truck stop to get the bike. I noticed a hole in the throttle handle and the left side mirror was broken! I tried to drive this electric moped home and along the way the bike kept stalling and stopping which being on the road is EXTREMELY dangerous to say the least!!! Once I got my "New Electric Moped" home I then noticed several marks/scratches on the "NEW" Bike. I contacted customer service right away but didn't get ahold of anyone as it was a Sunday. Then on Monday I was able to talk to someone who said they will send replacement parts, which they did do, however trying to remove and replace the "Throttle" handle is not as simple as changing a non-throttle handle. I explained to customer service that paying for a $2,200.00 electric moped that was supposed to be "BRAND NEW" and delivered to my house fully assembled was not what happened! I also explained that I would like a full refund because the electric moped was NOT new but arrived damaged and defective! I told them I would even take a FULL replacement bike that was "Brand New" and delivered to my home which was what I paid for in the first place! But all they told me was "ALL SALES FINAL, NO REFUNDS". I realize that all retail shops have different policies and rules, however when you receive a damage/defective item, you would think they would be more than WILLING to help make the situation right! This was NOT the case, they did not refund me anything nor sent me a new bike that was not damaged/defective! So their solution to "AMAZING" customer service is to do nothing and hopes the problem just goes away! I do appreciate them sending new parts to replace the damaged parts, but this does not fix the stalling issues with the bike, and it does not fix the nicks/scratches on the bike, or that I had to drive to a truck stop 9 miles away to pick up my bike, when I paid EXTRA to get it delivered to my home address! BUYER-BE-WARE!!! $2,200.00 is not an inexpensive purchase, so MAKE SURE you know WHO you are dealing with BEFORE you make your purchase!!!

Design-wise, the trailers are well thought out, the ergonomics are smart, the suspension works,…read moreetc. My problem is with the QC, the company's treatment of customers, and their business choices. Especially with the price you're paying for. I was grateful that I was given an American unit after purchasing a "Go!" series variant (Mexican made, same source materials), since they had a supply chain issue last summer and gave me the more expensive American one at no extra cost. They had called me before it shipped and let me know. Cool! But for trailers, they're still pricy, and I was searching for the best I could get since previously I had a horrible experience with the garbage that was "The Ace" from TheUSATrailerStore. A few grand is nothing to sneeze at. I expected quality and craftsmanship. No matter how well designed the Single Ride-Up is on paper, none of it matters if you don't make it well or even correctly. I owned it for less than 9 months and had major issues with how they powder-coated the steel. Since it was not prepped correctly, it was peeling off like banana strips in multiple places and rusting from underneath, even before the paint came off. This wasn't just about spots obviously hit by a small rock or something. Also, virtually all the "inside" surfaces of the body had NO PAINT! Raw iron! It was RUSTING like crazy from the inside despite always being cleaned and stored in a clean, dry indoor garage most of the time. It was not physically possible to reach all the way through a 7-9 foot long tube that was like 3-5 inches wide. It would've meant a full disassembly of the thing, stripping all the paint, and getting it properly dipped and painted at a local shop. A few extra $$$ by the way ($1000+) if I went through with that, for something that is supposed to be the most quality trailers you can get in the US. Also, the front wheel chock's wide V-shaped cradle that hugs behind the front wheel when used, and the rails, had terrible tolerances, and the chock would rub metal to metal, ripping off paint, and there was no way I could fix it besides sanding, recoating, and then protecting the contact point with fabric. I spoke to multiple decent body shops in Colorado and Florida, showing them the trailer, and they were bewildered by the paint job. That was revealing too... Their manufacturing quality (or lack of) had already sealed the fate for rust before I could do anything to handle it and/or fix it. So so so disappointing and a huge waste of my time, before and after I had contacted their team to help me. I was given such an unprofessional attitude from the repair person on the phone, I thought it was a loser employee. But I learned I was talking to the owner! I talked with him as much as I could for help/options, but I was basically told I was on my own and too bad. I had never done anything stupid with the trailer, like having it damp with water for a long time or driving through mud, etc, I'm not an idiot and would've known if I caused something. I warn everyone to very carefully explore their warranty! Read it, know what you're getting into. Even if you get a defective unit upon arrival, it's on YOUR DIME TO SEND IT BACK! I don't care if other people have good experiences; the fact that this even happened to me at all makes them an untrustworthy business, and they won't get any of my money ever again. The materials feel of quality, but their labor is poor, and keeping up with the condition of a unit is a runaway train. I needed a trailer I could trust the motorcycle I loved so much with, and this was just a headache. If you're using steel, it must be handled right, or what's the point? Side note: The brake lights that came with it failed within the first 2 weeks of owning, so I swapped them out for a nice set from Autozone/O Reilly's. The majority of the wiring was left alone, and the new lights worked well, so it wasn't about getting cut somewhere along the length, etc.

Exceptional service! The staff and the customer service support they provide exceeds expectations…read more I got a text message by a representative because they were not able to pick up the phone call. I was able to go to this location for spare parts instead of ordering online. They provided any information I had regarding their trailers since I recently bought mine off a previous owner. Really helpful group of folks. Looking forward to doing more business with Kendon Industries. Thank you for everything!

Let me start by saying I like motorhelmets, I've been going here for years for getting maintenance…read moreparts like oil and tires, many gears and I love that they hosts bike meet and group rides. They got good products for good price and are open on weekends. Staff rides too so it's just cool place to be in and they're one of pillars of motoshop near Fullerton. With that being said, I was bummed to find out they are not an great place to take your bike for services more than regular maintenance and let me explain. Last year, my 2009 gsxr started having hesitation issues where bike just doesn't rev up properly. I've been coming here so I called em up and left the bike with them to have it diagnosed. Got called back few days later that it might be an fuel pump and quoted me $1200 for diagnostic, fuel pump parts and labor, and intake boot parts and labor. I was expecting like $3k so I was happy. Dropped off my bike and about week or so later I got a call back that bike is ready. I got there ecstatic and bike felt fine for the 5-10min of riding back home. Next day I took my bike to work and it started doing the same thing. I call them and explained and they were sorry and told me to bring it back in and they'll reservice it free of charge. So I went to drop it off on the way back home and as I was almost at the shop bike started getting worse and almost became undrivable but thankfully I made it. Explain the situation and left the bike there and few days later I got a call that bike is ready, I picked it up and on the ride back home it started doing the same thing. I immediately went back and did the same thing all over again. About another few days later I got a call and I went to pick it up, and on the ride back home nothing really changed. At that point I sort of gave up and bike sat for few months. Until I decided I'll take it to another shop called GP Motomax. They took the bike in and did diagnose and told me it's most likely the fuel pump so they ordered the oem pump which I paid in advance for parts. It took little over a week and when it got there they installed it quick and that solved everything. The tech told me that upon inspection he came to conclusion that tech at Motorhelmet only replaced the motor of fuel pump with aftermarket motor, which explains why bike is good at time of pick up and immediately goes bad after riding for a bit. I absolutely ripped the bike on the way home and I was very pleased that they were able to fix the bike but was also mad that I had to pay $1200 for nothing. So if you just wants oil change, or swapping chains, tires, come to Motorhelmets. They got good price on tire installation and good tire selection in stock. However, if your bike need something fixed like my bike, I would go to go Motomax.
