I brought my Mazda RX8 in for servicing at the Tuttle Click location in Irvine. Specifically it needed a wheel well shield replaced which had gotten damaged by road debris I ran over. They made the repair quickly so I was able to get my car back without too much down time. I also used a 20% off coupon I received in the mail and they threw in a free oil change and tire rotation on top of that. The service was friendly as well. A+ customer service when buying a car. Like most dealerships when I visited on the weekends they are busy! Went in on a Sunday for a test drive and I meet Daniel. So apparently if you're making an honest living as an Uber driver. They dont accept you. Get a co-signer as THEY advice and they still won't accept. Was trying to get a car for my little sister. My father who was trying to sign for it lives in state of Connecticut. How would he be able to use the car for Uber...? Then my mother tried to co-sign for it as they told us that will do. So my mom stopped working, closed down her shop (literally) drove all the way there waited more (adding to the 4+ hours and the other 2 days) we had be waiting. If its a no say it from the beginning. We leased two CX5s in 2019 and along with that, we bought TERM CARE SELECT service contract. Somehow their system is not reflecting our purchase of these services. Each time we show up for a mechanical service that is covered by TCS, they turn it down, we have to fight for few days, and then get the required service. Out of frustration we contacted Emiliano Alejandro the GM in April 2021, he promised to take care of it and in an email but it just happened again. We contacted Mazda corporation with a complaint but the GM is not even responding to Mazda. Our email to him was not answered either. We will not get any more cars from Tuttle Click when these leases come up in 2022. read more

They are good to us. My husband has a knack of stopping by the dealership during lunchtime and wouldn't you know it, they're all having pizza or Lucille's and they always invite him in for lunch (I'm pretty sure you guys need to start doing PB & J's for a while so you don't have to share lunch all the time). All of the associates in each department are real professional but act human. And they never seem cranky if we stop by to ask a random question about something we forgot how to use - like navigation, etc. If it were up to me, I'd tell hubby to "google it" but they stop what they're doing and re-explain. She also had two different cars transferred to the dealership for me after I changed my mind on the model I wanted. I was very specific on what I wanted and she was great at helping me get it. She was really nice and helpful. Denise was sweet enough to offer taking my picture in front of my new car and putting a big red bow on my Mazda 6 GT. Love it! Also, Mike was really great on taking time to show me all the features of the car and explaining the differences on the models to me. He gave real answers and advice. This dealership did not feel like the typical hound you until you buy dealership, it felt welcoming and comfortable. Hell I even got a free sparkly key chain! Yay! This post is about Tuttle-Click Mazda's Service Department and the Services Manager - Tyler. My Mazda 3 had a squeaky brake. After looking at some alternatives (I generally don't go to the dealership if I can avoid it), I realized that I also needed to do the oil and filter and tire rotation. I did my homework on the differences between a brake pad and rotor resurfacing job. The costs were very different. I called Tuttle-Click and after answering some basic questions, we agreed on an appointment. When I got there Tyler was friendly, efficient and helpful. He cautioned me that some rotor work could be required. In my head, I accepted that there could a discussion later (one in which I would want to see the rotor for myself). Well, I am happy to say that those preparations were completely unnecessary. I got a call a couple hours later. Best and easiest buying experience ever! I cannot tell you how much I loved my experience buying my new Mazda3. First off I'll say that this was not my first stop. I was already working with someone from Tustin mazda in regards to vehicle info and I was planning on purchasing there. Long story short I had to negotiate them (Tustin) down to a decent price. I started my 2017 Mazda CX-5 shopping online and contacted the 6 closest dealers to me. Denise Boger (Internet Sales Manager) responded right away and provided the information I requested. Once I collected initial offers, Denise was able to beat the lowest and provided the details I requested. None of the other dealers could beat her price and at best, could only offer to match and one dealer couldn't even do that much. She even took the time to patiently answer my questions and concerns about the cost for tax and license fees. One of the things I liked most was that she must have figured out that I wanted to communicate through email and she did not blow up my phone like almost all of the other dealers. My fault for buying a leased car. But dealership didn't honor their own contract figures. Charged a different amount the office couldn't explain or provide one amount. 3 different people 3 different figures. Numbers did not match lease, payoff demand, or their own updated statement to purchase lease. No honoring of any figure provided, pretty scummy. Understand the need to pay technicians to inspect. LIST THE FEE ITS NOT HARD TO DO! I loved leasing the car through them but you can tell the lack of experience, integrity, and interest from a dealership buying out a lease. Truly an unpleasant, awkward, and disappointing feeling purchasing a Mazda I enjoyed for past 3 years. Very misleading and non transparent. The guy who welcomed us in though was very pleasant felt bad had to deal with the unfortunate policy of this dealership. It was busy was there for about 4 hours. My current car's lease was coming to an end. I stopped by the Mazda dealership where I met Geare in the lot. I had him show me the Mazda 3 sedan. I did not test drive it but my concern was trunk space so I was able to check it out. I took his card and we started corresponding via emails. After several emails, we agreed on a lease price based on tier 1 credit. Dec 9th - I emailed asking him if I can come in to purchase the car. He said it was a pretty busy day and that he was leaving at 5 so I should come on Sunday. I mentioned I was not able to come in on Sunday and would let him know the next day (Sunday) when I can come in. Dec 10th - I sent an email letting him know I can come in the next day, Monday after 6PM. He said that's fine because he is not working on Tue/Wed. Dec 11th - Received an e-mail from him that the car was being prepped and that he would not be there in the evening and his associate JR will assist. After returning my existing lease at a another dealership, I walked in that evening and mentioned to JR that we have a pre-arranged deal and the specifics of that deal. I was told that the $500 auto show rebate ended on Sunday (the 10th) and the price would go up by $44 per month still based on tier 1 credit. I politely refused stating that I will have to speak with Geare or someone else to sort it out. I'm not sure how a loss of five hundred dollars in rebates comes to $44 monthly since $500 divided by 33 (months) is about $15 per month. I left the dealership and went back to the dealership where I had returned my existing car and asked them for the car back with a courtesy extension which kudos to Kia of Irvine, they granted. Dec 12 - I tried to get in touch with the GM for this dealership to explain the scenario and try to see if she/he will still honor the price. I attempted 4 times throughout the day and was told the GM was in meetings or otherwise occupied. On the last call, I was transferred to a voicemail for the GM where I left a message. Later that day, I got a call back from JR (not knowing I was the same customer from the previous day). I explained who I was and my goal for the call to the GM. He said he will have the GM call me back. I never heard back from Geare, JR or the GM. A couple of days later, I ended up leasing the all new body style Toyota Camry (mid-size car) from Toyota of Anaheim with comparable trim level for $23 per month less than the Mazda 3 (a compact car) price that was sprung on me at the dealership. I would encourage this dealership and the GM to communicate with their customers and potential customers. I was thoroughly disappointed with the entire situation. I was looking to not only lease this car but I also have two other leases coming to an end in a couple of months time but sadly it won't be from your location anymore. Experiences like this is why the general population despises the entire car buying process. read more

The salesman were still pushy, after all they are car sales man but they were nicer than the average car salesman who just tries to push you and call you everyday.
