5/5 "Hidden Gem on the Way to Montauk!" Every time we head out to Montauk, our first stop--without question--is always Tutto Caffè in East Hampton. It's one of those rare places that instantly feels like a part of your tradition, even after just one visit. Tucked away from the more obvious main spots, this café truly feels like a hidden gem that more people should know about (but selfishly, we almost want to keep it to ourselves). The ambiance is simple yet elegant--cozy, welcoming, with a laid-back Hamptons charm. You can tell there's thought behind everything, from the perfectly brewed coffee to the friendly and attentive staff. It's the kind of place where you can sit outside and relax in the morning sun, or tuck into a warm corner and recharge before continuing your journey. We usually come for breakfast, and this time we ordered the avocado toast and sunny side up eggs. Both were absolutely delicious--fresh, beautifully plated, and packed with flavor. The only thing we noticed is that the portions are on the smaller side. Not a dealbreaker at all, especially considering the quality, but we do wish they were just a little more generous, especially after a long drive. One suggestion: it would be amazing to see an Eggs Benedict option on the menu one day. A classic like that would be a perfect fit here, and we'd be the first to order it! Overall, Tutto Caffè continues to be one of our favorite stops along the way to Montauk. Great coffee, great food, great people--and an atmosphere that makes you want to linger a little longer. Super cute cafe with an alcove for you and your date or friend. My friend and I happened to be in the area and was recommended Tutto Caffe by these wonderful ladies at Jones Road a few stores down! I bought the iced coffee and it was satisfying! My friend wanted to drink tea and it was good! We also shared cookies and they were quite tasty. There's parking in the back and you can find it on the main road. The cafe was quiet when we went. The service was great. The restroom was very clean. There's outdoor seating but it was too cold for us to enjoy that. If I lived in the area, I'd definitely frequent this cafe to study. read more

What a beautiful cafe! I stopped in here on a Sunday morning. Although quite busy, it was totally worth it. I ordered a shakerato, cream croissant, and a nutella cookie. Good quality but holy crap what a ripoff!! 2 double espressos, a latte, a mini croisant with a single slice of prosciutto, and a slice of lemon cake- $49!!! What a joke. Recently went to tutto cafe. The food was very good although there is not a wide range to choose from everything was very good. I wish the service was a little faster but other then that would definitely go again. read more

The workers there are very nice, but when I explained to them that they made my very expensive latte with the wrong milk (almond and not dairy milk) they wanted to charge me for a new one and refused to remake it citing the manager was not on premise. Won't be going back. read more

This place is very cute, but the reviews are accurate. It's overpriced for what it is. My cappuccino was seven dollars and had maybe three sips of cappuccino in it. I ordered toast with tomato avocado and eggs and it had less than a tablespoon of avocado and two tiny strips of bread. Not even one full slice. I will say the staff were attentive! Tutto Caffe is a ray of Italian sunshine in East Hampton. The coffee is very good and is fortified by an array of pastries and cakes. And cocktails too! Their Negroni is very very nice but a couple could result in nap time. Sitting inside is my favorite as I can make believe I'm in Rome having a coffee. read more

Tutti Cafe started out strong with a friendly host and beautiful ambiance. The coffee was great and the food was also very good. I am rating the place two stars after the waitress was extremely rude. I had briefly looked at the menu and thought I ordered an avocado toast with prosciutto. When it came it was a ham and cheese sandwich. I asked about it and she yelled at me and threw it back at me saying this is what I ordered. I was so taken aback by her behavior I just accepted it. She continued to ignore our table to the point where my companion had to get up to ask for the check. It was a very disappointing experience. read more

I AM FURIOUS!!!! I arrived with three friends and family and was forced to split to two tables!! these table were not only dirty but right next to each other with nothing separating them. When we kindly requested to connect our tables we were flat refused. when we offered to sit the four of us at one table they refused again. ADJACENT TO US WAS ANOTHER TABLE OF THE SAME SIZE WITH FOUR PEOPLE!!! I cannot emphasize how little effort and disturbance it would have caused to connect our tables. I had a good time writing at the cafe between Hampton Film Festival movies on Saturday. The environment engendered writing, at least for me. The lentil soup with squash was okay; theone I made at home days later was better, even without the squash. The hazelnut, chocolate pastry was all right. The wheat bun was a good twist. The coffee was decent. I returned the next day for coffee and writing between films, and my waiter was rude: He told me that I am not on a film party list. Did I say I want to go to a party? No Did he even know my name? No This is insulting. I did want to ask the seaweed movie professor something, but I did not want to be late for my movie later. I'd be a good person to ask him: A fellow scientist and Ph.D. I pointed out to the waiter that he did not know my name and I did not say I wanted to go to a party. I felt I had to explain I was there for coffee and to write before the next show, which is freaking annoying to have to explain to a Nobel prize winner, waiter, or anyone else. Yes, they can be interchangeable.) This diminished the good time I had that day at the film festival or cafe and is the reason for the one star. I tried to explain it to the Italian manager outside who does not understand English well or pretends not to understand. The owner should be reachable and accountable. I spoke to a manager the next day who seemed nice and said he'd mention this to the waiter, but that is not good enough, if even true. I believe the waiter's name is Eli. read more

Really excited to have a little breakfast and a cappuccino in the Hamptons! Never been before, love the weather and the vibe...then Tutto's. Cute little place with a very nice outdoor area, lots of rosemary..so nice. Ordered the sunny side eggs with tomato and avocado with the smoked salmon. Eggs were WAY overdone and never saw a bit of butter or any seasoning for that matter. But the cappuccino would be brilliant, right? No. Yuck. Sorry. Not worth the money either. read more

This is a great new addition to East Hampton life. Friendly, warm staff who seem to genuinely appreciate your business. Also, first rate coffee, food, and drinks at more reasonable prices than that other place, lol. You might see movie stars but don't worry..if you don't, the staff all look like they're young stars so even though the place is tucked into an alley it's easy to imagine that you are somewhere in Europe or Hollywood....or, the Hamptons lol. read more

Despicable and rude service by the hostess in the black dress today. I got 2 croissants and a coffee and sat down with my 3 young kids. The hostess was walking around serving people water. I asked her if we could get some water for our table. She refused to bring us water saying "you did take away and not table service so I will not be getting you any water." I paid $40 for 2 croissants and a coffee but couldn't even get water - disgusted by the service. Never have I experienced this nonsense in the area. read more

Absolutely terrible service - almost comical. We couldn't get seated, they forgot one of our food items, never checked on our table, asked us "what's the problem" when we tried explaining that we never got our food, finally brought the pizza last minute and added to the bill after showing us it was NOT on there, and THEN talked bad about us as we were walking away.
