The Easter Bruch is great. The food is fresh and replaced every few minutes. The variety is great and the food all tastes delicious. You got the ham, the roast beef, the peeled shrimp the ice sculpture and all of the delicious brunch items you hope for. The entire atmosphere is fabulous. Definitely back for Mother's Day. Dominic was a great server making sure I had a full glass and friendly banter.

My daughter and I stopped here for a nice happy hour meal together tonight. It was a very enjoyable experience. We wanted to share the happy hour small plates and chose the KALUA PORK TACOS. (Kalua pork, slaw, Creole remoulade, cilantro, flour tortillas.) FIG & PROSCIUTTO FLATBREAD (Gorgonzola, black mission figs, black pepper, prosciutto, chives.) and split the Orange Chicken Salad to split. Everything was delicious. We needed to hurry S she had to get to school and our waiter was very accommodating for us. Loved the quick meal we had here. See pics for our choices. Would highly recommend eating here. Clean and friendly!

Such a great staff and location. I'm a regular and love their weekend brunch, beer selection and martinis. Kenyada & Tiffany are so personable and awesome bar tenders/servers. They'll get you taken care of whether it's crazy busy or pretty chill. Their French toast is my favorite ever (and I have a french mother). It's made on French baguette and served with a citrus butter. So delicious. $5 mimosas for brunch too, the Huckleberry is my favorite.

Italian flatbread pizza is phenomenal. A nice pairing with the house Martini or huckleberry Martini.

This is the only Twigs Bistro and Martini Bar my wife and I have been to. Although it does have a bit of a chain feel, it is an overall charming spot to have a drink and desert, a mid-day lunch rotating lunch special, or a classy dinner night out by the fountain on the patio. Their signature martini bases include gin, vodka, and rum of various infusions. You may want to sample the house-infused habenero vodka before committing to a full martini of the tasty, fiery stuff. My personal favorites are the Dirty Goose and the Chocolate Kiss martinis. Cheers!

Casual, okay for a little bit rowdy kiddos, fairly quick service. Deco could use an update, and the room layout feels awkward.

A deeper dive showed a good possibility of gluten free options, so I made the reservation. I was in town on a Monday, just after Hoopfest, but they were the kind of busy where a reservation should always be made I think. My table was ready and I sat in the bar at a high top table. I think I would choose "in the dining room" next time. My server was friendly and quick, as well as knowledgeable about gluten free options. There is even a separate menu that lays out the dishes that are already gf or could be made to be. Love this, always. I ordered the summer salad to start. It was amazing. Flavorful. Fresh. The mint wasn't overpowering, the watermelon was the perfect ripeness. It was so good. I would try to recreate it but it was done so well, and I know I couldn't hit that dressing in the same way. Get it while you can. For my main, I had ordered the scallops in my brain before I even arrived. The risotto was a little soupy, but the flavor was SO good. The corn came through and it went so well with the scallops. The tomatoes were quite over salted, but as long as I didn't eat them alone, it was alright. The scallops were perfectly cooked and I felt like the portion was appropriately sized for the dish, even though there were only 4. My server really made the experience enjoyable. The atmosphere was busy but the booths looked like they could be cozy. The prices were on the higher end. But for a special occasion, it was worth it. I really wished I'd had room for dessert. I will surely go back the next time I am in town.

However, Luna does offer a lot of things for this price. You have a pleasant neighborhood restaurant vibe, with friendly attentive service and excellent, healthy food sourced from good places. As with anything in Spokane, you will see folks in very casual attire, but this is also a place where you can dress up. When we went, there were several tables of women friends (all ages), many family groups (without young kids or with well-behaved kids), and older couples. I was in the mood for salmon and they did a great version. It should be though for just under $50. It was served with black rice (good) and roasted carrots (good) and a carrot puree (really good but not enough on the plate). My dining companion got the scallops, and they were even more expensive than the salmon. $48 for TWO scallops. Ok, they are large, and well-cooked, and came with a lovely vegetable mix and couscous, but that's a lot of $ for Spokane. We are from CA and that's even a shocker for us. Dessert: they had recently added a banana pudding, which was good. It replaced a chocolate dessert--and that was a bad move because there is no intense chocolate on the menu. We also tried the coconut cake with lemon curd. There was not enough curd; it was barely a tang. The cake itself was a little dry. It is served with house-made ice cream, which balances the dryness but the cake should be good on its own. Apparently, this is their most popular dessert. I am a chocolate-first person. I like coconut. I like good vanilla. I really like lemon curd and a sweet-sour pairing. For me, this item felll short.

That's probably the highlight of the whole experience. I started with the Cheshire Cat mocktail, which was a bit oversweet for me. For main course, I had sea bass for $48 (pan-seared fish served with onion-potato gnocchi, charred asparagus, mushrooms, and asparagus coulis). It was decent, but the portion felt small for the price. Salmon rillette ended up being the best dish! It was rich, savoury, and delicious when paired with pickled onions (the bread was slightly burnt - I hated it). Ended the meal with a vanilla gelato dessert - just okay, not too wow. The restaurant was so packed and seemed understaffed, so service took forever. I left feeling a bit disappointed, especially after looking forward to it so much

We told the server it tasted burnt & old so she offered to make a fresh pot. It was just as bad, when she asked we said it was still really yucky and she said that a lot of people don't care for it. I ordered the tamale waffle. The beef was great, eggs were a bit overcooked but no biggie, the waffle was really hard and dry. It needs some sort of crema sauce or something. It wasn't horrible by any stretch but it wasn't great either. My mom got the veggie breakfast burrito and she liked the veggies though it was bland, felt like it could have had more sour cream & cheese. It was massive and came with a side. The added 16% service fee is some real BS. It says on the receipt that it's split between the server & the kitchen staff. Call me old fashioned but I thought it was on the restaurant to pay their staff a living wage. At $18 a breakfast plate & $4 for drip coffee you should be able to pay your staff. And then we're supposed to tip on top of that? Nope.
