We had a pretty big group so not all of us fit on the same table so, we sat at another big table but then they told us we can't eat at the other table because we already sat at the first table? Also the manager I'm pretty sure her name is (coral?) she was so immature when we were talking to her, she acted like a snotty middle school girl. After we talked to her about the whole table thing she went over to talk to a server. Then they started talking about our table and kept looking over. I cant believe they would hire a manager so immature. The server was nice but no one helped her with out big table. So it took an hour to get our food. They automatically put a 18% tip on our checks, honestly I think they should let us choose the tip based off the servers performance. Food wasn't anything special, my food was really dry. This place is your run of the mill male intended sports bars with one twist. Their beer come out of the tap so cold you get a beer "cap" aka slushy on top. We came on a Saturday night full knowing that it would most likely be packed due to college football. It wasn't crazy and we got a table really quick. We both decided to get a drink, OBP, for me, and cider, for him. The ice cap "thing" was interesting. Not interesting enough for me to want it all the time but unusual enough to make you really consider if you like frozen beer. It was super cold which did make the beer better. I decided on the hot chicken and he got the fried chicken and shrimp. The hot chicken was HOT. I mean truly like what hot chicken should be but damn I want expecting it. Usually, when you go to these kinds of places the "hot" should be medium. Let me tell you... it was SPICY. He enjoyed his chicken and shrimp. All in all nothing to write home about. The service was decent for it being busy and probably would have been better on a night so packed (the girls can really only do so much). We waited to have a server to come to the table and after at least 15 minutes, we walked out. Also when walking past the back of the bar, the sour smell was overwhelming. The place was empty for a Sunday while football was on. We should of know to walk out as soon as we saw the place wasn't busy at all. I ordered food from here tonight because it was close to our hotel. I picked up the food and went back to the hotel room when I realized they did not give me the 48 wings I ordered. When I called to tell them, they told me to bring back the food with the receipt so they could check it. When I got there, the manager told me that they did t have it and it would be 30 minutes. Then a short while after, he came out with the wings and said they had it in the back. I ordered 48 wings, half garlic parmesan and half bbq. When I got back to the hotel, all of them were garlic Parmesan. The rest of the food was cold and I couldn't be more disappointed. Terrible service... Get there , tables available only one family waiting and I am told the wait is 1 hour and 15 minute wait, that is unless you want the long community table... Long day in the road, but stopped off at good old TP for dinner and a few drinks before bed. I got seated with the prettiest little darling in the whole state, Amber. She was an absolute rock star, and I swear to you I had one of the best nights I've ever had in the road. She was so friendly and knowledgeable, she just instantly made you feel this connection.and she was working her butt off, but I didn't see her without a smile on her face for even a second. Worst experience I have ever had in a Twin Peaks. As a traveler from out of town, I understand that "regulars* will get better service. I sit at the bar for this reason, also being a solo diner. Tonight's services was terrible. I sat down and waited for the bartender to stop her conversation to get a drink order in. OK beer is cold... But she walks away before I can order food! Half a beer later I finally get her attention and order a Cubano sandwich. Aside from her 'why are you bothering me' attitude, at least I have food coming, right? Right? Five stars for great service and good food. I went last Sunday to watch an nfl game that wasn't on tv. This place has tons of TVs! Many of the booths even have their own tv on the table, but I didn't get to sit at one of these. It appeared that you could watch your game from any table. I got a table by the bar and they changed a big tv to my requested game. My waitress was very nice and cool. She waited on me the whole time during the game. I did order lunch, the Philly cheese steak sandwich. It was good but the bread wasn't the best. Fries were good and thick cut. Another waitress was also nice to me and talkative. The place seemed really friendly and like the waitresses enjoyed working there. They all wore nfl tops on this Sunday, though I don't know what they wear on other days. I have eaten at Twin Peaks in Pembroke Pines several times; however, this was the first visit to this location. We stopped in last night at around 1am to grab something to go. Since we were ordering to go, we had to order from the bar. There was a bartender working the bar closest to the kitchen who ignored us for several minutes before I had to get her attention to ask for a menu. After handing us the menu, she went back to talking to another bar patron with her back turned to us. The bar only had about 5 people around it and it was not busy at all. We knew what we wanted and were waiting for her to get back to us but she never did. She talked and talked and talked some more with her back turned to us and completely ignored us. After easily 5-7 minutes of being ignored, I tried to get her attention multiple times. I literally had to yell at her to get her attention at which point she turned around like I was bothering her. I thanked her for ignoring us and she said "You're welcome, have a good night"! After this, I walked to the front and asked the bartender closest to the entrance if she could get the manager for me. I didn't get this bartenders name but she was extremely nice and immediately went to get the manager (Barry) for us. When he came out from the back, he greeted us and was very professional. I explained to him what had occurred and he apologized emphatically. He offered to comp our order and said that he would speak with the bartender who ignored us. Barry was extremely professional and showed the utmost respect and courtesy. I applaud him for a job well done. The service by the first bartender was 0 STARS! While Eating we needed napkins and our waitress was no where to be found and when we tried getting the attention of another waitress they ignored us. What a flipping trainwreck. Talk about bad management. Party of 6 guys walk in 3 want the ADVERTISED burger special and our sweet server tells the group that you had to have a confiration email to get the deal. One guy grabbed the menu insert that states CLEARLY that 12-11-18 $5 Cheeseburger for "Customer Appreciation". There was no small print at all about any email. He showed it to the sweet girl and she says the manager said "No". Then he pulls the deal up on facebook and not small print the either. One guy went to talk to the manager and he made them sign up for some email club. Now the guys are ticked and the girl is not comfortable with the situation. This IDIOT manager (Barry) could have easily resolved this by getting off his ass and going yo the deal for the guys in my party, but he did not. We ate and tabbed out feeling awkward about the whole encounter. In the end this was the managers fault. He did not handle the situation correctly and put his cute server and a corporate party of 6 in a bad spot over a few $5 Burgers that he did not want to honor. What a dumbass! I was not crazy about this place. The restaurant was very spacious, and i liked the mountain theme. The food was a bit disappointing. My friend ordered the chicken ranch sandwich, and it was dry and flavorless. I ordered the billionaire burger, and man, was the image in the picture not the same as what i received. They left off the pimento cheese (when i asked the server upon delivery if there was suppose to be cheese with it, she said no), and as far as the bacon beer mustard and bacon mayo, if they made it on the burger, it was sneezed on there. The bacon on the burger was great, but the burger as a whole did not resemble the picture in the least. The waitstaff was not attentive, and had to be flagged down for refills and the check. But they are there because they are pretty early 20's girls that are fine with wearing a uniform that is more revealing than most swimwear, so i knew what i was getting into. While I would not list this as an option when people ask what to eat in Altamonte, I certainly wouldn't grab their arm and tell them that McDonalds is a better alternative if they said that they were planning on dining there. This was my first time ever inside of twin peaks, so i didn't know the workers wore bikinis. The atmosphere was really nice and had a great sports bar vibe. There was a lot of people in here for 7pm on a Wednesday. Looking over the menu, everything looked pretty good, so i didn't know what to order. I did notice the daily drink specials which for Wednesday was 22oz drafts of Modelo, Dos Eqis, and Heineken was $3.97 which was a great deal. I ordered a Modelo and the waitress came back to tell me that they were out... so i ordered a Dos Eqis instead. After a couple minutes, she came back and said they were out of that as well. I was kind of upset, especially since it's their daily special and it was my first time here. I proceeded to order the Heineken which they had. The beer was perfectly ice cold! I looked over the menu and ordered the sampler for an appetizer and didn't realize it was so much food that came with it! The sampler almost filled me up before my entree came! For the entree, i chose the chicken and waffles and it came with sunny side up eggs. It came with a bacon, gravy sauce and syrup. After trying the food i loved it all! Every bite was an explosion of flavor to my taste buds! It was a great choice and I'll definitely order this dish again. It was a great meal and the food was really good. The outside facility was neat and well kept with no trash, debris or cigarette butts. The restaurant was easily accessible with good parking. The restaurant signage was clearly visible from the road. The restroom was neat, clean, and well stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, and soap. The doors, windows and counters were clean and fingerprint free. The glass and mirrors were clean and shiny. The atmosphere was fun and inviting. The music, temperature and lighting levels were appropriate. The silverware, plateware and glassware were spotless and clean. The server acknowledged me promptly after being seated and offered me a $5 Margarita or the house special beer. I ordered a Miller's Lite. She made me very welcome. She was friendly and engaged me in conversation. The waitstaff was in proper Twin Peaks uniform. The sever offered me an appetizer and mentioned the Fried Pickles. I ordered the grilled Trout with vegetables. The food came out in a timely fashion. The server checked back on the food in a timely manner. The food had an appealing presentation. The Trout was the correct temperature and tasted great. The server offered me a second beer, but I declined. The server was attentive to my needs. She had a positive attitude towards me. I had a very pleasant dinner. The only complaint is that I sat near the entrance near the where the host station was. There were about three female hostesses, and at one point they were grabbing on each other's breast, which was very inappropriate. read more

I had to send the fries back for hotter ones, but our server Savannah happily took care of it for us. The jalapeño honey mustard sauce that came with it was pretty good and not too spicy. (I'd enjoy more of a kick.) The best part of the meal was the 29 degree draft beer we got for $1 off since it was happy hour. The Dirty Blonde is nice and smooth.
