As a local guy, I relish the environment here and the delicious menu. Kellie is by far the best bartender across the eastern seaboard, but most notably the go to at Twin Peaks in Altamonte. She is an essential ingredient in the operation and knows how to handle big crowds, constantly being on the spot with everything and making sure everything is done in timely fashion. Her good looks, charisma, and outgoing personality add to her appeal. Of course, those are givens with the style of bartenders and waitresses at this particular destination. I've been here 2 to 3 times and I can't believe this is my first time doing a review. I'm definitely disappointed in myself. However, this restaurant has nothing to be disappointed about. Their food is absolutely good and they are definitely one of the few restaurants I like to enjoy in the Altamonte area. But overall, this chain brand is actually pretty good. The food is always enjoyable and the ambience the same. So without a shadow of a doubt, I'll be back. It was our first time here and we were not disappointed. The ambiance is nice and they have a lot of TVs showing different sports. The bar area is huge and the decor makes it feel that you are walking into a nice modern pub. We were greeted by the hostess and she was nice, friendly and sat us right away. Our server Destynee was nice, friendly, knowledgeable about the menu and drinks and was more than happy to answer any questions we had. She recommended the margarita of the day and it was delish! We ordered the fish and chips, the grilled salmon with 3 cheese mac and cheese and a side of fries. Everything was freshly made, came out quick and it was very tasty. Went to Twin Peaks in Altamonte Springs today for some wings. The last 3 times we've gone there, we have been forgotten and waited 10 minutes before a server has come and greeted us and taken our drink order. Today we ordered wings and when they came out my fiancé picked up a wing to eat it and I had told him to put it down as there was hair all in the wings. We finally got the attention of our server who didn't understand what we were saying. We finally told her that there was hair in the wings and we would like a fresh order. She takes the wings back and tells us we'll get fresh wings on the fly. It was but 2 minutes that the wings came back out and weren't even hot. It's like they took the wings that had hair in them and placed them on a new tray and added some more fries. My fiancé and I are never one to complain or send anything back, but there was more than one peice of hair. The sad this is the manager never even came to the table to acknowledge that something was being sent back nor ask of the replacement wings were good. Being that I work in a restaurant myself. I've learned that management is the key to making a business run smoothly and to keep your customers coming back. Very disappointed in this location the last few times. My recent visit to Twin Peaks on July 3rd was, unfortunately, a disaster. From the moment we sat down, the service was horrible. The Wait After being seated, we waited about 45 minutes without anyone coming by to take our order for either food or drinks. When we finally did get to order, it took almost an hour for the food to arrive. During this entire time, the waitress didn't check on us once. The Food By the time our food finally came out, both my girlfriend and I had pretty much lost our appetites but decided to eat anyway. I ordered wings, and my girlfriend ordered a burger. Both dishes came out cold. My wings didn't have any sauce on them, making them dry and tasteless, and my girlfriend's burger was just as disappointing. Overall Experience This was the worst experience I've ever had at a Twin Peaks. The extremely slow service and the poor quality of the food were inexcusable. The menu does not disclose that is imitation surimi mix. It clearly states lobster. Overpriced fake lobster. I could not find one single lobster looking piece. They should disclose that in the menu as there are people sensitive to surimi ( certain fish and gelatin preserves used to make surimi) and it could have been disaster have I not suspected called restaurant and asked. I've been to twin peaks a little less than a handful of times, but every time I leave I leave wondering why I even went there to begin with. The food is subpar at best, I mainly have gone for the ambiance and sports. But this past time we went with our friends was the worst experience and we left extremely frustrated with our service because the waitress we had complained about where we wanted to be seated. She tried moving us to where we didn't want to be because it was hot and when we asked to be switched to a different area, her demeanor and response was unprofessional and almost mocking us for where we wanted to be sat like "yeah if that's what you guys want because over there is not hot I checked it myself". When we ordered our meals, our friends stated no bacon on the Mac & cheese please and gravy with the mashed potatoes... when the food came, there was no gravy and a lot of bacon in the Mac & cheese plus it was so spicy, so she asked for the gravy on the side and the waitress Jazmine said "I can have them make you a new one with no bacon" so our friend stated "that's ok, we're not feeling that Mac & cheese at all, is there a possibility of getting it substituted for plain French fries instead?" In which she replied "yes ofcourse". The fries took quite some time in which she even came to the table to let us know it's still being made but it should be out soon. No problem. When the fries come, they're extremely overseasoned therefore making it extremely salty and yet we still tried not to complain about it. Then we look at the menu to order a dessert and decide on the Cinnamon Toast Crunch cheesecake dessert, which this was the craziest part to me because it says clearly on the menu that you can "try it with a shot of chilled RumChata for an additional charge" and so we didn't ask for it because both of the cheesecake orders were for us pregnant ladies to share with our spouses. Once we receive it, there's a large amount of liquid sauce around the cheesecake that tasted strongly like alcohol. So we called the waitress over and questioned her if the dessert has alcohol because we can't have that and made sure to tell her prior to placing it. She almost laughs it off and says no there's no alcohol in it we actually serve that dessert to kids here. So then I'm like "But we can all taste it very clearly, can you confirm with the kitchen?" In which she leaves to ask and upon return tells us that there's only "a tablespoon or two of alcohol in it which shouldn't be enough to affect us" and that it's "the same as the grenadine with the cherries" but there's no alcohol in grenadine at all so it didn't make sense. Regardless we didn't ask for a tablespoon or two of it in our dessert and the fact they blatantly are here saying they give it to the kids too is crazy to me. As pregnant women, that upset us. Then to end the lunch with a cherry on top, when she brings the check she charges our friend for her "side of fries" when she substituted her Mac & cheese that she returned to her for the fries and she had said it was ok. When she tries to tell her that "it was supposed to be a substitution not an extra side of fries", the waitresses demeanor got annoyed and she says "well it's only an extra $5 but I can go remove that for you if that's what you want" and proceeds to roll her eyes at her right infront of all of us and turns around to go fix it. To us that was completely uncalled for and unprofessional. On top of that she never put in the order for a Cobb salad to go that our friend placed 15 minutes prior to leaving to make sure he took it to his wife that had to stay home. When he received his check the salad wasn't even on it and she never even placed the order so he left without it because he didn't want to have to wait another 15 min for them to make it. I called the manager over to tell him what's been going on, not to have anything removed from our paychecks since we already paid but to really just tell him about the attitude that waitress Jazmine had been giving us the entire time from start to finish, on top of getting several things wrong and blatantly telling us there's alcohol in a dessert they serve to children and now pregnant women. It was more for him to speak to her about it privately in hopes she learns and improves her attitude because it didn't cost her a thing to fix the things SHE herself messed up on and a simple apology would have sufficed. At the end, there was no apology, and on our way out she was in the front with her coworkers loudly talking about us and got hush mouth when we walked by them and just gave us "mean girl looks". So I'm just sharing this for those people who really don't go out to eat much and when they do they look forward to an amazing experience and meal and service because this place was simply not it and I won't ever be coming back here again. read more

When we came in told us it could be 10 mins to an hour, in which we decided to wait and We offered to split tables. I checked back in with the hostess after they sat the men and were told the manager said not to seat us as the kitchen is overwhelmed but we checked in before the party of 8 and if they were overwhelmed why sit them. This is my second visit to the chain with the first being in Pembroke. Unfortunately this was not the five star experience I was hoping for. Perhaps I just wanted the billionaire burger too bad or the location was just wrong. I'm not sure but the overall experience was not pleasant. Our waitress Sophia was mediocre at best but polite. The burger was smaller than I recall. I waited several minutes for clean eating utensils after the first knife I was going to cut my burger with came out of the napkin dirty. I also was not in love with the heaping amount of mustard placed on the burger. The last thing that totally ruined the experience was the blaring televisions that were totally out of synch. Food and drinks are amazing. Service is usually good for the most part. We've been here lots of times and we've only have had 2-3 bad experiences. The burgers and sweet thai chili wings are a must! Another memory in the books! My boyfriend and I have been going to this specific Twin Peaks location since we moved around the area a couple of years ago. Tonight was just worthy of writing about. We came during Wild Card night of NFL so it was crazy busy. Luckily, we came just in time before the crowd started floating in the first game Miami vs Bill. Our wait was about 20-25 minutes and we were seated in a booth. Our drinks arrived first and they were icy cold -- perfect for beer! We ordered two Stellas because Yuengling tapped out before we got there (typical). Our server, Rachel was wonderful. She kept stopping by our table while I food came out and made sure our order was fulfilled. Although the food took a while to come out, we were happy with our service and beer never running out. When our food arrived to the table, it was hot and the cheese from our Philly Cheesecake was still stringy. This is the place to go during any game! The service from the hostess to the servers was friendly, attentive, professional & in true Twin Peaks fashion...the servers were beautiful; more so than in other Twin Peaks. If you go to twin peaks I definitely recommend the billion dollar bacon burger, and a set of nachos to start. We asked for the burger to be cooked medium well however the waiters told us the cooks take that as a "suggestion" and out came a well done burger. The ambiance was chill as it wasn't really busy, but the screen at the table definitely keep you distracted while your meal takes a while to get to you. read more

Great selection of food although I only had the fried pickles (and maybe a few wings which I was ferociously ate and forgot to snap a photo ) I did have some bourbon and opted for the Russels Reserve 10 Year.
