Decided to try this spot since it's the only place open this late. I'm from out of town, this was my first dinning experience in Houston and I'm ready to go back home lol. The wait is ridiculous, it takes about 15-20 minutes to get anything in. I started off with chicken quesadillas, the chicken tasted weird but I tried sprucing it up with more sour cream, but wasn't able to make it shake. Couldn't do anything about it since my waiter disappears. Then I ordered smoked wings 6. ($13) 1 star, would not recommend. I asked to get regular buffalo wings instead all flats but got a few drums which was fine, I reminded my waiter & she was going to take the plate away to fix it which would've taken another 20 minutes so I asked if she could just leave it & bring the rest. 2 minutes into eating I asked for the check because I was over it. I am a Twin Peaks fan. We were excited for the Texans game and the ambiance was great. This time the service was disappointing. Our party of three (2 female/1 male) had two appetizers, 2 entrees, 6 beers, and 2 soft drinks. Here are a few comments from our server "Savor that one, because it's gonna be a while," regarding the wait time when we ordered a beer. "I will call someone, I don't buss tables," when we asked for our table to be cleared following an approx 45 min wait with no service. Adding insult to injury, the next table over (7 guests - all male) received the excellent service from the same server Twin Peaks is known for. I spoke to a manager who was helpful and very kind. I've been to Twin Peaks more than once, in different locations and in different states. This one is subpar, Who took forever and I had to ask may we get drinks in order to get our order started. No the only thing they did right here was the beer, I asked her a mixed drink they didn't have it asked for another one they didn't have it but they offered it. She said to people walked in at different times and they both left at the same time because of lack of service, the person behind me got the wrong twice. Deathly do not recommend this location, about time I got my chicken sandwich it was cold, and the chicken fried steak had little chino sauce on it. Just stay away from this location read more

What a great place to watch the Astros beat up on Aaron Judge and the rest of the New York Yankees!!! Me and a bunch of friends have made this our regular stop especially for Astro games in October!!! And Especially now that they have run all of their competition out of business on this side of town. Their new flatbreads are really really good, especially the chicken and jalapeño one, but I substituted their slow smoked pulled pork rather than the chicken it normally comes with. I don't dislike chicken I just don't eat chicken that's commercially produced anymore. And a major bonus to be seen in the restaurant industry nowadays I wasn't even charged for the change. And their pulled pork is really good! I would put it in probably the top 15 and that's against some of the great barbecue joints we have around here. It was a packed house tonight as the Houston Astros won 3-2 over The New York City Yankees... One of the few places that still has a good happy hour and their drinks are always on point and good. Even with the overcrowded group in here tonight service was good and room for everybody. The only reason I didn't give them five stars is that they no longer provide paper menus, and I refused to hit any of those codes with my phone... We have enough people getting into our business and I definitely don't want anymore prying eyes or ears on my electronic devices. We have been here several times.. about 6 or 7. Only two of those times that we have been we were served with good customer service. All the other times; the girls are rude & act annoyed if you're a couple. No one pays attention to who walks in, as if there is NO hostess. If there isn't that's fine but be a team and keep an eye out. Or move all that crap behind the hostess booth so the bartender can at least see... We've been served with bitter beer after waiting 20-25 min. Had a whole meal while watching baseball and UFC and had to search for our waitress each time we needed something. (And no it wasn't packed) that makes it WAY WORSE. Just because I'm not some dude with other dudes in my party doesn't mean I don't tip well. You don't have to flirt and flaunt yourself to all men to give good customer service. Going in with my man, I guess targets him as the "oh I can't flirt with this guy for my tip cause she's with him"; is the only reason I can gather that we are being put on the back burner. One visit the COUPLE next to us was treated the same. When you pass by us several times to help the dude filled table one table away... ridiculously poor customer service. Next time I'm starting with the tip. In cash. On the table. Right next to my beer. For every time our waitress skips us or caters to the sausage fest table next to us more than us.. I'm removing tip money from the pile. If You want MY hard earned cash that I worked MY ass off for as your TIP... then you should also work your ass off for it. Taken and blasting names next time. I haven't eaten at a Twin Peaks in a few years. It was the one off of Hwy 59 near Kirby that has terrible parking. This Twin Peaks has adequate free parking. When I went in for lunch I was warmly greeted at the door and seated. I was really surprised when I was presented the menu. It had shrunk from my previous experience. All of the food is on one page of the menu which includes drinks on the back. This disappointed me because the selection was thin. Burgers and sandwiches, mainly bar food with a few entrees. I picked the spicy chipotle chicken entree and also a side salad. The salad was good (3). The entree was good also (3.5). I enjoyed both. My service was good too (3.5). All of the waitresses were 18-21 years old. Places like this are so hit and miss with the girls and with the small menu I probably won't return anytime soon. The food was really ok. Always a good time here.... friendly servers, cold beer and great food. I've been here several times, never any issues.... everything I've eaten has been really good. The green Chile soup with a hose salad or moms pot roast are my favorites. Be sure to get an appetizer or two.... I recommend the billionaire bacon, triple play (queso, roasted pepper salsa and guacamole with hot chips) or the hunters platter. Plenty of TVs to watch , there really isn't a bad seat in the house. Now the it getting a bit cooler outside stop in for a cold brew (29° and the arent kidding) and sit outside around the fire pit. Be careful if you go with a date..... sometimes its difficult to keep your eyes from wandering good times to be had here!!!! read more

Since Yelp didn't work while I was on-site a few weeks ago, I figured I'd do an update to my previous review. We've been to this location about 3 times since it opened and we've had mostly good experiences (outside of the wait times, that can be attributed to all the horn dogs waiting in line). An just as an FYI, I don't think the girls are much to look at, actually, but I do like a good Philly Cheese Steak sandwich....which bring me to this new review. A few of my co-workers and I ate here for lunch about 3 weeks ago. I suggested the Philly sandwich and at least one of my pals (and I) went for it. We ordered, we ate, we paid, and we went back to work. Within the hour, my stomach felt as if I'd swallowed a bowl of bad eggs! I was sick.The same went for my co-worker who ordered the same thing. I tried calling the restaurant to try and suggest that they might have some bad meat, but I didn't get an answer. I then turned to the Twin Peaks web site, where they have a place to send comments and/or feedback. I expressed my concerns, supplied my contact info (including my phone number) and I didn't here a damned thing back. It's been three weeks. No telling how many people had the same experience. I can't see going back to a place that doesn't care about its patrons! read more
