The Product & Prices are Good ! The service can be Hit or Miss & if U are a beer drinker the Draft pours are sloppy and short. You pay for a 25 oz Beer and do not receive that. This place is so huge and beautifully remodeled! The atmosphere here is awesome! Everywhere you look there's a giant screen, cool art, and great service! The Happy Hour specials won't disappoint! My favorite thing on the appetizer menu is the cheese bites! I ask for them to out hot and fresh and super cheesy! You can eat a whole order to yourself! Food was fine and the service was on par. The problem was they had the sound system up so loud that you had to yell to the person right next to you to have a conversation. Not an exaggeration. All I can say is their nachos is the best around, period! For $11 to $13 , it is the best. Portions are huge! 2 even 3 people can enjoy. My favorite is the brisket. Managers (Jeff, Brian, DQ) do a nice job of being welcoming and ensuring the dining experience is optimum. And there are so many wonderful servers, hostesses, and bartenders, it is a challenge to even mention them all, but Annie, Jade, Torre, Anahy, Evie, Carmine, Kyler, Sunni, CC, Natalia, Clara, Logan, Clarissa, Dez...are among those that come to mind just off-hand. My husband and I went to check out the new Twin Peaks location, which just opened in Plano. It was awesome! Plenty of parking in their private lot. It is much larger than the previous location. There are 2 huge bars and TV's galore to watch all your favorite sports! We were greeted immediately when we walked in by the Twin Peaks girls! All smiling and welcoming. The noise level was average & it was quite busy! We did find 2 seats at the bar. We were acknowledged immediately by Celeste, with a big smile. She gave us a menu and reviewed all the happy hour specials. She took great care of us! There was plenty of staff behind the bar to wait on everyone. Mo, Devon, Dez, and Brianna were all attentive and accommodating!! Our glasses were never empty. We ordered chips and queso and Buffalo chicken bites. Everything was nice and hot. Chicken bites had a great flavor! Twin Peaks always has the coldest beer around!!! We will be back! Great place for great drinks and food, and watch your favorite sports. I told her I could not hear her, she refused to come closer nor speak up and told me to stop being rude! I left and cancelled my order. I obviously was not the preferred male clientele. Here is my experience at this location. Personal experience. I came to this location multiple times since they opened. 1st time, decent experience, freshly open, new staff. Understandable. 2nd time, cut off the drink without letting us know. Simply be honest. We are in service industry. We do understand! 3rd time, kick someone out because staff mistakenly mistreated a customer. 4th time, served blue moon without orange wedge the entire time. We know how blue moon is served. Said they were out of orange. What a lies. They serve other customers blue moon with orange wedge. Table next to me and table that's two rows down. Just keep lying to me "they were out of orange." Waitress came back and asked me about orange wedge. I said it served without it again. She came back with multiple orange wedges. How ridiculous is that! Besides that, they keep music running while major game is playing. What a disappointment. Chance of going back to this is highly unlikely. read more

First time at the new Plano location. Way bigger than the old one . Kinda amusing to see almost all new staff. Glad to see they brought over Nikki from Frisco. She is the greatest and will train them all. Nice big patio, will be cool once it's cooler outside... Kinda warm today. For food, I got the quesadilla. One of the worst experience of all twin peaks! I order my steak medium rare it was medium well almost well done!! No one ever check on how my entree was. No service what so ever in the bar. Maybe because I came here late, but if the kitchen is still open maybe the bartender would be more attentive and check on their guest to see how dinner taste. Went in last Saturday to watch the fights, a coworker and I were seated at a high table but we had to move to the bar after sitting for about 20 minutes without a single server approaching us to take our drink or food order. The bar situation was no better. The bartenders weren't friendly at all, they stood around chatting or on their phones most of the time while we sat there with empty mugs waiting to be attended to.
