Service is horrible. Went in last Saturday to watch the fights, a coworker and I were seated at a high table but we had to move to the bar after sitting for about 20 minutes without a single server approaching us to take our drink or food order. The bar situation was no better. The bartenders weren't friendly at all, they stood around chatting or on their phones most of the time while we sat there with empty mugs waiting to be attended to. Eventually got tired of waiting for them and just paid out tabs and left. Won't be back, the girls at hooters give way better service. read more

I came in for Monday night football. The manager Alex is a rude gremlin. He appears to be racist and was getting in the face of the customers. I have been to other Twin Peaks and have never experienced such poor management. You would think for being a new establishment, the management would be nice but that is the complete opposite here. i had bad experience today, first let talk about food, take 30 minutes to come out and missing the condiments so it is a bar I do not expect much which i do not care. BUT THE MOST is when a manager come over to talk to us. out bill is 151 plus tax already, we tip cash 30. then we ordered a second round for our friend, a manger come to our table saying our eye look red, we say we are ok to drink one more round, the he said we only tip 20 which go to watress and bartender is NOT ENOUGH. SINCE WHEN you have to be pressure into tipping more. if the manager want to cut us off then cut us off, he does not have to mention about tipping. i hope management can fix the problem with your manager. read more

Faith is an amazing member of your team. She took such great care of during the Sunday Cowboys game. She recommended shots we enjoyed and all the food she recommends was amazing. Have to be honest, place looks good and good set up of tvs to watch your sports. But food is the worst and over priced. Drinks are ok and reasonablely priced. Terrible parking . But from my experience this takes the cake. Management are racist and treat you with total disrespect unless you are a caucasian. Security staff is all African American and they are all good but the management is all caucasian and they are extremely racist! First time ever dining at a Twin Peaks and the service was TERRIBLE!!! They didn't screw up my order once, but THREE times. After sending my meal back, it took about 40 minutes for them to fix a SALAD!!! My side of mac and cheese came out as we were leaving. I figured they just forgot. The manager was completely and utterly rude. Told us the server was there three days and that's why she stuck her in the back. Don't you train your servers before feeding them to the wolves? Restaurant is pretty and much larger. Food was good enough but our table of 6 was served in 2 stages with 3 getting food and about 20 minutes later, the other 3. One of the 6 of us sat down and took approximately 20 30 minutes before server came to take his drink order then about 20-25 minutes to deliver it. It was so bad we started ordering drinks from the bar, and the bar staff actually did a pretty good job. The good news is that they will never be accused of overserving. In over 3 hours, nobody had more than 3 beers and it wasn't because we didn't want them. I don't know whether this is a startup issue, a new server, or just poor management training. Too many options in Plano, McKinney, Frisco to ever come here again. Sorry Randy, your legacy has gone WAY downhill. read more

On Saturday night this past weekend, a friend and I were invited to the pre-Grand Opening and training session for the new Twin Peaks on Central Expressway in Plano. This rebuild/new Twin Peaks facility is very spacious, and frankly one of the best Sports Bars and Restaurant combinations that I have visited. The service was excellent, and everyone was friendly and enjoyed the evening. We were lucky enough to have Valentina as our Server. Valentina was very professional and made some terrific food recommendations. As far as Sports Bars go, this is really a nice place for business lunches or for watching Sports in the evening with friends. The appetizer tray was excellent, and the food is very good. I look forward to watching sports this fall at the new Twin Peaks in Plano, and enjoying the many terrific food options! read more

we ordered the wings that were extremely too hot (spicy) at around 11pm on a Saturday. we called the next day to return and get the normal buffalo wings. The beers are cheap that's what I like but my food came out cold the first time so I asked him to send it back to remake it while we were making the remake. I would give ZERO stars if I could. I went to order to go in the restaurant at around 8:55pm. I ordered 36 wings (12 garlic parmesan, 12 hot honey, 12 Nashville hot), and a order of regular fries and sweet potato fries. I waited about 35-40 minutes for the food. When I finally got the food, I looked in the bag to check to make sure all the boxes were inside. I saw 3 big boxes, 2 small boxes, and 2 ranch and blue cheese cups. I figured that each of the three big boxes held 12 wings, totaling 36 wings. When I got home, I opened the boxes and saw that one of the big boxes was actually filled with celery, ketchup packets, and hand sanitizer wipes. So I was missing one box of wings. I called the restaurant to tell them the issue and they were extremely rude and had no empathy whatsoever. I spoke with the manager, Caitlyn, I think her name was. She refused to give a refund or make a new box of wings. I was willing to go back to get the missing item but she said, "I packed the order myself so we can't do anything for you." She got defensive when I asked if she looked in each box before packing it and then hung up on me. My husband called back and the woman he spoke with was also extremely rude and dismissive. This was my first experience at Twin Peaks and I can tell you that I will definitely not be returning since this is how they treat their paying customers. Also, the food we did receive was not good.
