Well.... Smack me and call me surprised. One of my favorite things to do is to watch college football. I often debate back-and-forth whether or not to go to a sports bar to enjoy it or to stay at home. The unfortunate thing about going to a sports bar is that you will have to sit next to someone that might be rooting against your team... so the food has to be really good to get me out... I am the exact opposite with the NFL. I prefer to go out and watch it at a sports bar because the games aren't that important to me. But that makes the food and ambience even more important. So, I had a client who wanted to get out for NFL football. We chose Twin Peaks. I had never been there before so I went in with no expectations. Interior looks more like a lodge than it does a sports bar. That concerned me... I am not from the south so I did not know what to expect. Were they going to serve bar food... Or was this going to a wild game menu? We were seated in the section with a server named Alyse. Someone else had recommended her section so we asked for it when we got there. She gave us the rundown the available beers and told us about the daily specials. A lot of times the server can dictate the dining experience. Her positive energy and friendliness got the evening off to a great start. She got us through some appetizer options and suggested the right topping for the nachos. They did not disappoint. The means were tasty and the quantity of food was ample for the price. She told us about the three options on the 22 ounce beers. I chose the brunette and it was cold and delicious. I am not a big beer drinker so this was a plus for me. After a bit-- the Eagles were wearing out the Cowboys-- we decided to order some wings. We were disappointed that they were out of the smoked wings, and chose the breaded ones instead. Again, Alyse, guided our wing decision and we chose the pineapple, habanero sauce, and the lemon pepper rub. The wings were sufficiently sauced and tasty. I loved the habanero sauce, even though it was probably a little too sweet for me. The lemon pepper wings were also delicious. I don't usually go for the dry rubs, but these were solid. The habanero wings were really really spicy. My client ate one and spent the next few minutes wiping the sweat off of his face. I am a professional spicy food eater so I handled them a little bit better. We hung out for a bit and grabbed our check and got out of there. If I were assigning grades, I would say that the server gets an A+ because she said the tone and was very friendly and attentive. The beer gets an A. It was cold and tasty. The nachos earned a B+. They were tasty, but they got a little soggy The wings definitely get an A. I love breaded wings and these were incredible. They were cooked well and the flavor will make me go back for more The menu is bountiful... The staff was friendly... The other diners were in a great mood.... This restaurant is basically a Hooter's knockoff, founded in 2005 in Texas - totally a sports bar with great beer selections, including Stella on draft, 22 ounces available - and of course loud music most people have never heard before and don't want to hear again! There's a complete wrap around bar and probably at least 20 large screen TVs. There are a few booths, but most of the seating is high standing 4 seat tables, not my favorite comfort arrangement! There is some outside seating, one area with a fire pit! I chose the Brisket Chili (hold those darn red onions) to be followed by a Cheeseburger topped with L,T, & M, which comes with a side of FF! The Brisket Chili was ok with a little heat, though the brisket was not consistently ground. The burger was disappointing in all respects, except size - the patty was without flavor, the tomato was a weak looking orange, also without flavor, and the shredded lettuce was simply not fresh, had some brownish spots. Nice venue if you just want to sip beer and watch sports, but the food will disappoint I think! Fact is, if you can't make at least a good burger, much else will also fall short! Note: the waitresses shown on their website are not locals or they were all off today! Addendum - to respond to a post by the restaurant. My phone and email are private so I will not furnish them, and there is really no need for much further clarification of my review. The wait service I received by Olivia was very good, so my problem was not there, but with the quality of the food out of the kitchen. Any further discussion would not change that. The hamburger was simply not good, lacking flavor. Perhaps that was an anomaly, but it was as I reviewed it! read more

I recently decided to give the Peaks another shot. And the service from my bartender was far better than in the last visit I made. She actually checked on me periodically, processed my orders in a timely fashion, and functioned as you'd expect a bartender to do. Maybe the quality of the staff is finally getting a bit better again. The food still wasn't especially great. Even the mozzarella bites, something I've enjoyed in the past, didn't quite seem up to par. I also ordered the trout as an entree, and I found it without flavor. Thankfully, the beer is still cold and plentiful. And given the improvement in staff performance I saw, I'll bump my rating up a notch. Come for the beer and the TVs. Consider skipping the food. read more

First time at Twin Peaks. We had lunch but I ordered a dinner item, chicken fried steak. No one does a decent chicken fried steak in W-S so I had to try it. I was pleasantly surprised. The breading was crisp and the white gravy was tasty. The place has a sports bar atmosphere but the TVs are kept low so people can have a conversation. I plan on stopping by here again. read more

First and foremost they were not lying about the cold beer, our beer was ice cold and perfect for escaping the hot day. The service was amazing as well as the food. I definitely recommend the pineapple-habanero wing sauce if you are getting the wings, it was the perfect combination of sweet and spicey. I definitely stole a few of my husband's wings. I had the half rack of ribs and the flavor was amazing, be prepared to get sauce all over you while eating them, lol. The only issue I had was the men's restroom, we went thirty minutes after they opened and the trash can was overflowing and their was a strong smell of urine. Im only giving a 5 star for the bartender Erica! She had 5 groups out of the 8 at the bar on top of working the well. She was great. The rest of the experience was not good. It took 30 minutes for a over cooked burger that had had a well done egg on it that was dry from sitting under a heat lamp. 3 bartenders and one did almost everything. Dropped in with a couple friends for drinks. We arrived around 9pm on a Friday. The wait to be seated was about 20 mins and we were seated within that time. Upon entering, the bar was full and there were several games playing throughout the restaurant. If you're looking to catch a game with friends, this spot has daily drink specials listed And appear to have a high volume of customers on Friday nights. With that being said, our drink orders and appetizers were delayed due to the number of guests but I would return again to review some menu items on a different occasion to get a feel for the space. Seeing as im a regular at twin peaks I will say the drinks are great, the atmosphere is great for a sports bar and beautiful women all around as well. The service has always been great for me and whether its Fight Night or Gameday for Football my regular bartenders of Shania and Paola continuously serve me up some wonderful shots and beers. The food is good depending on what you get but i will say all the salads are amazing, the wings are great and the fries are some of the best out there and deftly excited to know they added tater tots. read more

My husband and I really wanted to try Twin Peaks out a few weeks ago. However, they left a bad taste in our mouths when we walked through the front door. We walked in, there were 2 girls sitting down directly in front of the podium facing us. We stood there thinking they were going to acknowledge us surely. Well, they never did, we stood there for at least 45 seconds to a minute. Then to add insult to injury, a 3rd girl walks up and they all start talking and still none of them acknowledged us at all. I looked at my husband and told him we were leaving because it was either that, or I was going to unload on their rude, unprofessional tales. I am a regular patron a this Twin Peaks and it is the best one by far! The food is good and the beer is always cold at all of them, but what truly makes this one the best and keeps me coming back is Sam. She is always smiling, very friendly, takes the time to get to know her customers, and treats you as if you were a guest at her own house. You can tell that she is happy to see you, that she cares, and that you're appreciated! That is what makes the difference between one bar and the next! You can get a beer anywhere, but with Sam, it's more like "catching up" with a friend. Reminds me of the old sitcom "Cheers". Employees like her is what makes businesses succeed and grow! I was in town on vacation from Richmond Va. I hoped Twin Peaks would provide better service than my local Hooters and I was not disappointed. The food was good and not just fried food and the servers interacted with their customers instead of just standing around the front. Mel waited on me Sunday and she did an amazing job, and it was a pleasure to talk to her and some of the others. This was a pleasant dining and sports watching experience and Mel just made my day with her service and her kindness. Yikes. Just terrible. The hostess, the wait for drinks, the service, and the food were incredibly poor. It took 10 mins for a waitress to come to our table, another 10-15 to get our drinks, all while the restaurant was less than 20% of capacity. The food was bad. Period. The chicken quesadilla was too salty to eat due to the canned corn and beans and the mealy chicken they used. The texture was like cat food.
