    Bacon ranch chicken sandwich
    Katie T.

The place was decently full for a Saturday night around 5:30. We sat inside since it was a bit warm and we had a baby with the group. They had 8 or so beers on tap, and a couple more choices in cans. For food, I chose a bacon ranch sandwich in hopes of finding something that wouldn't bother my stomach later. When it was brought out I was surprised to find shredded chicken and not a chicken breast, so that was a little weird. Honestly it tasted more like a Philly cheesesteak in some ways than bacon ranch chicken. It was a little greasy...which did irritate my stomach later. My friends enjoyed their sandwiches/burgers. Staff were friendly and helpful, checking to see if we needed anything a few times.

We stopped in for dinner on a Sunday night and thankfully not too busy. We sat at a high top table, which was ok, but I prefer a booth or regular table. We were near the bar and the bathroom which I don't love either but, we try to be easygoing and not ask to be moved elsewhere. This is good American style food and the menu had a lot of good options. We tried the Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich and the Mahi Tacos with a broccoli side, for an extra charge. The portions were really big and food was tasty. The side of broccoli was only $3 and very shareable. It was a garlicky broccoli and really good. This was a very convenient spot to eat, right across the street from my hotel, and had good service. I would certainlycome here again to try more of the menu.

I love a burger that's not cooked to death.

As I've said before, if I can't find fault in a place, then they deserve 5 stars. Someone recommended this place to us because they know we love burgers. Absolutely one of the best burgers we've ever had! They also have a decent draft beer selection, and outdoor seating. Our total with tip was under $50 and the food was wonderful. Service was perfect and they all seem happy which makes me know it's run well. Also, a health score of 98!

This spot was good! I will be back. We started with the loaded Fries as an appetizer and they were delish. Went with the cheesesteak for my lunch. Also good! The sweet potato fries were great with the cinnamon honey butter dip. Yum.

The restaurant was full when we arrived, but a waitress came up and said the wait would only be 15 to 20 minutes. They got us in quick and the food came out quick as well. My husband could not stop raving about the chicken Philly bowl. I had the Fried Pickle black bean burger and my son had the blackened mahi tacos. Everything was delicious and portions were great. Great options for vegetarians!

Bacon cheeseburger with skinny fries (the best fries in this area!!)

It was a girl's day out today (30 Jan 2022). Seven of us had lunch prior to going to an art class, so I searched for a place that was near the studio. It was a first time visit here for everyone. We were warmly greeted by a couple of the staff. It's not a large restaurant. It has the dining area, a bar area, and outside dining. We all ordered a variety of foods: Salads, Philly cheese steaks, a black and blueberry burger (with a bean burger), and other burgers. My friends were impressed with everything. Having read so many great reviews about their burgers, I ordered the bacon cheeseburger (with cheddar cheese). I was disappointed. Good flavors, a good size burger, but it was very dry and tense in texture. It wasn't juicy at all; and not your typical juicy, messy burger. Cutting into the burger (when I decided to skip the bun on the second half) was a struggle. I skipped the rest of the burger and ate the fries. I would normally have asked the waitress for a new burger (and I'm sure it would have been much better) but we had an art class to attend. One of my friends ordered the Tarheel burger and she agreed with me about the density/dryness of the burger. She did like the spicy mustard and the other toppings. Everyone that ordered the skinny fries (we all laughed at the name while wondering ,"how can you make fries skinny?") Our waitress explained they were thin like the ones at McDonald's. We think they are the best fries in Wilmington! Throughout the visit, we felt pampered. Someone was always checking on us, giving us new glasses of water, and just making sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. We were very impressed with the staff. As we left, one of the staff thanked us for coming and stated they appreciated our business. I don't think I've been to a place where the entire staff treats you special. While having our lunch, the place filled up quickly. As we left, there were people waiting to get in. Overall, an excellent place with outstanding service. Despite the dry burgers, I'm giving this place 5 stars.

    Blueberry burger and skinny fries

My mother and I came here on a whim wanting a burger. Soooo happy we decided on Two Guys. The blueberry bacon burger with skinny fries was insane! We came before the rush and was able to get a big cozy booth. Our server Tanner was awesome. So sweet and friendly! I will absolutely be coming back when craving a burger and fries!

Great burger find in the area! First visit and I ordered takeout. This was near Harris Teeter in Porters Neck, just before you get to the 40/140 split to Topsail. They were quick and helpful with the menu. I like to try new things so I went for the bacon and bleuberry burger and it was delicious! I love the sweet spicy funky blend of the jalapeños with the blueberry sauce and bleu cheese, with caramelized onions (chopped). Greasy and a good thick burger... ask for extra napkins because she's a drip down your face and hands kind of burger ;) lol They cooked it pretty close to well done but it was still juicy. I love the option of skinny or fat fries! The skinny fries are great and they make a darn good fry sauce. Excited to try more!

That was totally fine - but we ended up waiting about 10 minutes - even better!! They'll put your name on a wait list then send you a text so you can easily track when your table is almost due. We went for good food and left super satisfied. My mom ordered the Southern Breakfast which offered a good amount of food and she loved it, she said the ham was very tasty and that it tasted like bacon! It was nice for that option you could choose a biscuit or toast as a side. We also got a single biscuit and gravy to share. The gravy was delicious and the chorizo added a nice little spicy kick to it. I can see why these are so popular here! My brother ordered the dirty south biscuit and he was also very satisfied. It had a little bit of everything and was steps above a traditional breakfast sandwich. I personally ordered a pancake topped with strawberries and I love that they offer to bake the strawberries in too. Bacon was crispy, thick. Everything was super fresh. Our server was wonderful and I regret not catching her name. She came about 5 times to ask if we needed anything, any extra coffee, coffee to go. She was exceptional and I appreciate that they are so detail oriented here. We had a great meal and ate very comfortably here. Only issue is that we were slightly ready for a nap after. So happy to have stopped by!

It's in a gated community. The interior is lovely, but it also felt like we were back on a cruise ship (like the sky lounge on Celebrity). There's a nice large bar and lots of big windows. There's music between 5-8pm on Fridays. It was pretty loud, which made it difficult to talk to each other. Service started out slow, as we waited for a waitress to come by and take our drink orders. But she was attentive afterwards. Food: My husband had the veal parmesan with linguini. He loved the linguini but said the veal was "okay." The focaccia bread tasted like it was fresh out of the oven. I had the chicken saltimbocca, which the sauce and sautéed spinach were so, so salty! I had to scrape off the sauce and then eat the chicken with the mashed potatoes. The chicken could have been a little more tender, but it wasn't dried out. I also had the Caesar salad, which was very good. Two others ordered the sea scallops (four scallops) that came with risotto and asparagus. They both thought it was very good. One had the fish and chips (a nice size piece of fish) and the last person had the veal parmesan. They thought their food was okay. We all agreed we may not dine here again because of the distance from where we live and having favorite restaurants with better food with shorter driving distances.

The hostess was friendly and we asked to sit at the bar. There we were greeted by Anthony and a lively duo playing some music. The focaccia was soft, warm and slightly sweet. There was a dipping bowl with some olive oil to add or not. Very good both ways! Then we split an entree of the Chicken Saltimbocca. The chicken was tender and well seasoned, it was served with mashed potatoes and spinach. We both agreed it was a unique spot and will def visit again!
