We stopped here tonight for a dinner. I had the crab cake meal which came with 2 crab cakes, a salad, and broccoli. Everything was good. The cheesesteaks which my kids had were really loaded and the bread was done just right. The skinny fries are really good and the servers were really nice, too. This place is a perfect example of simple food executed right. Mozzarella sticks were tasty. Smothered chicken sandwich was cooked perfectly. The honey butter with the sweet potato fries was delicious. Server was attentive without being disruptive. The cookies and cream ice cream was the perfect end to a very satisfying meal. Traveling on our way up to the Outer Banks we stopped for lunch (after our Yelp Search) at Two Guys Grille. The restaurant located in corner of a shopping strip was bustling with lunchtime activity and our server quickly took our unsweetened iced tea orders and answered questions about the menu. I ordered the ultimate flounder sandwich with fries and slaw. Jo (my wife) went with their shrimp tacos and sweet potato fries. After a reason time our food came and I enjoyed a nice PO Boy type sandwich that had a large (as promised) filet of flounder on it! Jo enjoyed her fries shrimp tacos which had a fair portion of shrimp tossed with greens and zesty sauce. A good place for our road trip stop! 4 Food and Beverages - Seafood was fresh and well prepared. 4 Service - What I like, friendly efficient and kept up with my need for iced tea! 3.5 Atmosphere - Clean and relatively new looking, comfortable and TVs for viewing. 4 Price - Fair return on value with portions being on large side and food fresh and well prepared. Love this spot!!!! Their food is consistently delicious no matter what we've tried and I think it's a great price for what you get. I love the chicken cheesesteak. The owner/manager who is working is always so nice! I will say the last time I went was about 45-mins before closing to grab a quick bite after work. The manager welcomed us with open arms, but our server was visibly displeased that we came towards the end of her night. We could hear her complaining to the other server and they were literally sweeping around our feet. I would've appreciated if they didn't make us feel guilty. :/ there were still other people sitting when we left too. The food was really good and a good price. The atmosphere was perfect. However, our waiter was the best part of the experience. I believe his name was Justin, but he was hands down the best server I've ever met. He checked on us, and was always quick so that it didn't feel awkward. First time here and I think they should've asked how you like your burger cooked because you never know who you're giving two so there was still blood juice in my burger !!!!!!! You can still get sick even when it's pink inside or not cooked all the way! It's not a steak!!! Being new to the area, I kept hearing about this place and decided I couldn't wait any longer, so grabbed a hungry grandson, and off we went! Claire, who served us, was very patient with all my questions, and gave her suggestions. You can imagine her surprise when I ordered the Bleuberry Bacon Burger after telling her I didn't like bleu cheese. Since this was one of the specialties on their menu, I decided to go for it. I was NOT disappointed! That burger was one of the BEST I have ever had! I will definitely be going to, and recommending this fantastic place. This is where my adult son and I meet for lunch. Can't be beat. Since a friend of ours, (shout out to Fireman LeRay) introduced it to us two years ago, we have been coming here on a monthly basis. They have our beverages to the table before we even sit down. They are quick to recommend a great choice and the service is extremely speedy, yet no one is rushing you out the door. I cannot speak more highly of Two Guys Grille, especially during Covid. We felt so comfortable dining inside - they require masks, and staff wears masks at all times. The service was incredible, our server, Justin, was friendly and helpful when making decisions on food and beverages. From the second we walked through the door we felt welcomed. The food was delicious - we did the grilled salmon sandwich, the shrimp and pepper jack cheese sandwich, the bang bang chicken tacos and spring rolls to start...PLUS the homemade peanut butter icebox cake which was AMAZING. All the food was well cooked, fresh and plated perfectly. We were so happy with all the food that we tried. This place is always great. Friendly and attentive staff. The steak salad is the bomb. One of the few places that carries hard seltzers. Unfortunately they no longer have hard liquor but probably a wise decision overall as a business. Maybe add some more seltzer brands (Bud) for us that can no longer drink beer. With an extensive menu, I'm always worried that nothing will be great. Two Guys is easily our favorite local spot after just a couple of visits. We haven't had a bad bite yet, service is friendly and they kept our sodas full, which is no small task with us, and the food has come out surprisingly fast. Really good burgers, really BIG burgers. I prefer the skinny fries and they come with a "fry sauce", everything was really good. Their menu has a lot to offer making this a good place for everyone. Wait staff was attentive and although they were busy the ladies handled it very well. I saw what looked like the business owner in the kitchen making the orders which is always nice to see. The food came out very quick and they have a lot of options for beer. The burgers can be a tad messy so ask for extra napkins and dig in! All in all a very solid place. Will be back and I totally recommend this place if you're in the mood for a good burger and beer. Right next to the Harris Teeter, they have a nice patio area for outside seating and they offer many different types of ice cream! read more

If I knew what was in store for my taste buds once I got home, I would've started eating en route! The burger was noticeably seasoned to perfection with a crunch to the sear that did its job VERY well as the burger's juices runneth over (but not waste).
