Love this spot. The beers on tap are fresh and great. We discovered it during a birthday visit and have been back multiple times. It does get busy since the outdoor space is shared with folks grabbing food from Lovely's, but the two go hand in hand. Last time we got the Radler which was fresh and tasty but a little on the sweeter side. I'll probably try something different next time. The bartenders are friendly and happy to let you taste before you decide.

Honestly was pleasantly surprised by this place. Really cool setup with games and food onsite. Indoor and outdoor seating with a cool TV area behind the food. Had some great beer and frozen drinks. Food looks and smells great even tho we didn't have any. Definitely wanna go back. Bartenders were very friendly as well.

Perfect for a casual burger dinner with ambience. I had friends take me here for a late night meal and I since I live nearby, this was perfect to take my partner for dinner. There is plenty of space to hang or share tables with new friends.

The Weekender from Two Pitchers Brewing!

This brewery snuck under my radar to add to my Yelp bookmarks to try. I have tried breweries in the Oakland area and the overall general metro area but haven't come across this brewery before. So it was a thrill to try something new. The beer that Steve and I had was the Weekender. A Shandy or Radler type of beer and a beer type one doesn't come across too terribly often. It was pleasant revisiting this beer type and we enjoyed the flavors of Passion Fruit, Guava, some citrus which generated an overall tropical aspect. It was fun revisiting the beer type again and this brewery for the first time!

A solid place to hang out and relax with some good beer. Dog friendly outdoor with games and a great atmosphere. The food is amazing as well; great selection of food to pair with the beer.

Loved this place. My friends and I were celebrating our last semester of school and needed to blow some steam off. Man, was this place worthy. Spacious and very edgy type of ambiance. Love how there is different types of crowds in here--from employees off their 9-5, from families with their kids, you see so much diversity. I highly recommend this spot for anyone in the area that is trying to chill out and have a nice brew. I love the options they have. Can't wait to come back.

I love this place! Come for the amazing beers, stay for the ambiance and vibe. I've been here in various capacities--usually casually with my partner--but this spot is so cool and spacious that I even celebrated my birthday here a few years ago. Most recently, I was looking for a place for my local tennis social club to watch the US Open Finals. I emailed the team at Two Pitchers, and they were kind enough to host us! That's when I discovered "The Garage" behind Lovely's--a private, covered outdoor space I hadn't even realized existed. Apparently, it's only been around for about a year, and it's a little oasis with a 4K projector, sound system, and plenty of tables. All 40 of us fit comfortably. Everyone raved to me about the event - we will be back for more! The whole place is awesome. The front beer garden with tables and string lights is perfect on a nice day, and the indoor space is colorful, fun, and has that repurposed vibe (it used to be an auto repair shop!). The interior features high ceilings, cozy nooks, and comfy couches, while the beer garden spans two large outdoor patios--plenty of space for groups of any size. They have a great selection of beers, radlers, and slushies--I recently tried the Nova Slushee, which was delicious. Lovely's burgers are also amazing, but if the kitchen isn't open yet (they open at 4pm), you can bring in outside food. Bonus points: the place is both dog- and kid-friendly, making it perfect for a fun outing with friends or family. Two Pitchers is just a genuinely welcoming, fun spot with something for everyone! Come through!

TPBC is always a great first stop to start the day off with a few beers. I've been here a handful of times now, and I don't even like beer. The place is spacious with indoor, outdoor, and even upstairs seating. Drunchies in the little stand outdoors. You can order from almost every angle of the bar area. Staff's always super chill. Maybe a little slow, but relaxed. Can never go wrong with a few Radlers -- a bubbly cocktail if you think about it. Had a Radler Creamsicle over the weekend, which came in a cute glass boot, and the microbubbles were delicious. It's also really affordable, with prices under $10 a pint for almost everything. They have something for everyone, whether you're a rugged IPA lover or want to enjoy a light, sweet sip. They do lean more on the fruity side, though, so if that's not your thing, then kick rocks down the street. 5/5, no notes.

This is a bit of a late review, but I went here with a close friend for the first time last month to watch the Super Bowl. The food was absolutely delicious and although I'm not much of a beer person, the beer here was soooo tasty. My impression is that Two Pitchers is a place that specializes in a few beverage/culinary platforms and executes them really well, with no need to impress through some bloated menu. I would absolutely return to try more. The environment was spacious and comfortable. We sat at the bar, and while service was quick, we felt well-taken-care-of. Thank you!

Been meaning to try this spot for years, and I finally did today! There's plenty of seating, both indoors and outdoors, but since it was cold and the Chiefs vs. Texans game was on, staying inside was the best choice. I wanted to check out the mezzanine as it looked so cozy; but unfortunately, it was closed off. I was a bummed to see only one sour on the menu, the Great Notion Blue Raspberry Fluff (8% ABV). When I asked for a sample, I was surprised to see it was green. Green beer did not look appealing at all.... but I gave it a shot--and wow. Literally speechless. Looked my boyfriend in the eyes and told him "This. Is. The. One." As a sours-loving girlie, this one blew me away. Flavor profile was fruity, berry, a little tart, and had a candy-like sweetness. Honestly, it's the best sour I've ever had. Beating myself up for not grabbing a 4-pack to take home because I know it'll probably never come back. The bar was managed by two amazing women who were super friendly and had great recommendations. I'll definitely be back whenever I'm in the area!

Came here to watch the us open w my tennis group. They kindly set up a projector in the Garage area, and allowed us to have a fun viewing session. Great selection of beers and radlers (beer mixed w juices) friendly bartenders, outdoor space with benches for a relaxing, lazy weekend afternoon. Will def be back. Parking lot across the street was $5 for 4 hrs

Great beers. I hope that Lovely's can sort out the speed of taking orders and serving food, as that is the biggest issue here.

What a fun place with great comfort food. Not sure about the beer as I am not a beer drinker. Onion rings and French fries to die for.

Ask the Community - Two Pitchers Brewing

Perhaps an odd question for a brewery but, kid friendly?

Yes! Kids are absolutely welcome, and we do have high chairs, changing tables, and board games / puzzles depending on their age.

Two questions. Does Lovely have a doggy patty for the canines? (We get one from Scolari's and our dog loves it). Also, are the water bowls outside for the furbabies?

Yes and yes!

Can you bring outdoor food if you're ordering beer? Specifically wondering if we could have a pizza delivered from a different restaurant if we're planning to stay at the brewery for a while. Thanks!

Hey Kelly. Thanks so much for reaching out! We offer a full food menu on site from @Lovely's (Including vegetarian options), so we do not allow outside food with the exception of birthday cakes and other birthday desserts.…

They even brought more cups of water unprompted when my colleagues finished their cups of water. I got the summer toast. It had creamy labneh topped with basil, bacon, peaches, and hot honey on a warm crunchy toast. Perfectly savory and sweet balance that was super enjoyable. :) I got a side of chicken which had no flavor, no seasoning, and was so dry it felt like they boiled it then grilled it on top of that. I do not recommend it, even if you brought your fur baby with you. :/ The ambiance is the best thing they have going here though. Great playlist, beautiful dreamy outdoor vibes with the vines, stretched triangle awnings, and tree shade. Oh and plenty of seating!

Tl;dr - A true beer garden ala Texas/Midwest, with the food, beer, and relaxed summer vibes you all…read moredream of. There's something for the whole family aside from some truly tasty beers. I've been coming here for awhile, ever since one fine afternoon I was in town on business and was feeling a need for craft beer. I was once the world's predominant authority on craft beer in my own mind, but years of chugging ales have decimated my tolerance for it. Anywho, the first thing you'll notice about this spot is it's out there, pretty far off from downtown Alameda tucked away in an old military pier alongside some other more enterprising establishments. Lots of parking so there's that. Inside, they are definitely doing that thang, massive brewery stacks dominate the background but the space is massive so it supports an almost endless amount of tables, benches, and spots to hide out. Arcade machines, outdoor activities (even a kids sandbox) really add the "Adventureland" elements that make it more than just a standard brew joint. If you've had their beer, it's definitely on the expensive side, but they keep a healthy variety that I would say is all reliably refined and delicious. Its no 2000 era Bells or modern day Founders, but I particularly like their love hazy and the Mexican style lagers. My friends who like sours say they are also quite good. Although this place is really not directly affiliated with the business it's definitely a reason I go so I can't leave it out -- they have food trucks outside that handle most of the food there and the one they have there always has one of the best burgers I've ever had in the bay, hands down. It's a blackened blueberry and blue cheese burger and even though I don't like blue cheese, this unholy alliance is faaaaaaan-friggin-tastic. Must try. Service is casual, they do flights which is a great way to try things. Not sure about any happy hours, would love to see them get a mug/growler thing going here for discounts, they might have something already I'm just not aware of but nothing is obvious when I've gone. It's a great spot to kick it with some friends on a nice day or late afternoon, having a few beers and relaxing. California doesn't really do the beer garden thing like we do in the Midwest, you'll find spots like this all over Michigan so it's nice to see something of the same type here finally. I believe dogs are allowed too ala Texas vibes, but not 100% on that so I'd check ahead of time. Personally, I cannot stand seeing dogs at restaurants and bars so even if they do allow it, those aren't your kids, can we start reporting places that allow dogs without signage? If I brought a raccoon in on a leash would you be fine with that? It's a sanitation issue. Anyways, I digress, if you like beer, you like fun, and you like damn fine burgers, this is the best spot on the other side of the pond. 'nuff said.
