Went to buy a car and they SCAMMED me I pay 11 thousand dollars for that car and I went to trade it to a dealer ship and I got the wonderful news that my car has a salvaged title. Sale price $3000.00 and when we were trying to get an agreement this honest people have the audacity to say "we are losing money on the deal they were trying to give me " So be careful with those people they are Scammers pls go to a real dealership not with this people

Get a PPI no matter what with this auto group

They have some cool inventory, but they're from auctions for various reasons. This CL63 was filmed by their group in what seemed to be immaculate condition. There are over 100 pics on their website, so they present very well on paper. The video walkthrough is also showroom quality. An out-of-state buyer relies heavily on this. A friend told me to get a PPI (Private Party Inspection), to be my "eyes" out there and check for any discrepancies. There were a couple major ones: someone at the dealership at some point rear ended what looks like a hitch, it punctured the back bumper and is partially hanging off (plastic clip is broken). My inspector said a new bumper is needed, front and back. A hood vent is randomly missing. They lied to me and said they got the car that way, yet the vent is seen in their showroom video. My PPI found deep scratches all over the car. Mechanically, nothing too bad, but a recently cleared engine sensor which isn't a good sign either. The sales person said 'no problem we'll fix all that', but I know better. It won't be a full swap OEM bumper, it'll be a bondo quick job. All-in-all, I've seen the price of this car go down $100 in 4 weeks lol I don't think they negotiate because SOMEBODY will buy it. They have a hardcore gig here. I have a Manheim connect and know what they got it for so it's shocking they dropped it a hundred bucks when they screwed the car up and the online ad is false. If you buy from them, get a PPI, get everything in writing, never let them "fix" anything for you so you know it's being done right. See it with your own eyes if you can.

Let me start off by saying, go read there yelp and BBB.org reciews, they have a F rating at BBB,that's gotta be enough to scare you away. The Google reviews are flooded with fake reviews to drown out the bad ones. These people will scam you, then offer 1k, for 10s of thousands of dollar repairs. Save yourself the headache and buy elsewhere. When we talked on the phone, I said all y'all do is lie, it turned into a yelling contest, said I never lied to you, cursing me, very unprofessional, with an angry customer, going through what I'm going through. Hate to break to it to israel, you said 2 days in a row, you'd call me back in 10 mins, never heard from you. So you lied twice! So to start yelling and cursing me and going on the defense was just to play the victim, pathetic.Then he said you have no proof, you probly blew it up. I asked for an email address to send proof and he said I'm done with this bye. Didn't want to see the proof. These crooks are unprofessional and I doubt they'll be in business much longer. They have a wholesale inventory, which gives customers the option to buy junk cars that need a lot of work and money. No one said anything about this to us. But we bought a as is junk car. Day 4 of me trying to contact the owner, always an excuse and never a call back... I'll keep trying everyday. They value feedback and care. Ignore what the "(owner)" posts at the negative comments, if they really cared, they'd email or call me back, they have my info. They edited the post 31 minutes ago. Right as I was on the phone, for the 5th day trying to contact the owner. Not once was I derogatory or rude, I called 5 days and was respectful, just trying to contact the owner, like the comment said, before it was edited. The owner asked me to call him. Now the 5th day, they literally switch the comment to what it says now? They were rude and derogatory and cursing me out first, soon as israel flipped script and started cursing me out. Funny how someone does something wrong and then blames the victim for the same thing they just did. Don't buy a car without checking it over in person. Don't just believe what these liars tell you! We bought a 2020 Tahoe in April, had it shipped to us. I asked how it ran, how it drove, suspension, engine, how the paint and wheels were. Was told everything perfect, except you'll probly need tires, was all he told us. He was a good talker, tells you what you want to hear. Replaced everything in the pictures, spent alot of money. Now 4 months later, the engine is done for. Bought it with 68k miles, have 74k miles on it and needs a new motor now. Save your headache and buy from a real dealership, that actually checks the cars and sells with some kind of warranty. Should've said no and been a red flag, when we had to sign something saying, we're buying car as is, no returns, nothing. Don't let all the good reviews full you, I'm sure most of them are fake, to cloud out the real reviews, from people like me, that got the run around and almost now have to put a little less into it, than what we paid for the piece of crap. Would never buy think of buying from these crooks again and hope that my review will help some poor soul that they could eat alive. Very shameful, worst experience, disgusting car sales place, if you call it that. Save the headache and your money and go elsewhere please! Not sure if the 2 photos are gonna load or not, but 1 is the old springs, compared to the new OEM springs I put on, the old springs sagged down about an inch and a half or so. The other pic, is the better of the wheels, curb rash all around it. Guess it's hard to sell a car, if you are honest and answer all the questions I asked, cause we wouldn't have bought this car, if he told us everything asked him. But instead, he said, everything runs and drives smooth, paint and wheels look great, just might need tires, is what he said, no, it did need tires, not might. They should be shut down and out of business, to run a place like this, is sickening. Never met anyone, close to a crook, as bad as these nit cases are.

Long post BUYERS ....BEWARE - and of course the shop isn't being truthful about the situation and is why this review is necessary. Please pay attention to similar reviews and YES they will try and bully you AFTER they have your deposit. I saw the vehicle listed under their retail options. I went in and looked at the car. Driving it the check engine light appeared and the AC was malfunctioning. I was advised by my salesman that they will fix the check engine and AC. Yes I have the signed promise you'll see below. It was offered ! I finalized all paperwork paid $500 deposit and signed a prp for the remaining $500 which was about a week or so later. I was given a loaner while the repairs were fixed. I was called next day and asked to provide my first month's payment (which was agreed to by my finance co not in house a month later AND the remaining deposit before my car would be released) !!!! I spoke with the GM named Gregg who stated the car was not suppose to be sold at that price and another salesman told me they were trying to sell it to someone else who came on their lot while it was suppose to be fixed. This is AFTER my paperwork and partial deposit. When I arrived with their loaner car they loaned me for less than 24hrs and hadn't fixed my car , I am sitting with finance and a guy comes to me and takes their loaner keys from me. Then after about 40m sitting there just sitting there they return from a back room and claim they changed their mind and they are not going to fix what they promised AND wrote down as a promise AND they again already had my $500 deposit. It was absolutely the worse to be treated as if I the CUSTOMER did something wrong. I felt bullied , vulnerable and swindled. Fast forward to today this car is a lemon. It will cost $7k in repairs out of pocket and that's with a $2k warranty portion- $9k total . I called back and of course there's this huge false story where they are stating I MADE THEM SELL ME THE VEHICLE!! They are even as going low and claiming by AL - a new sales Manager who wasn't even working there when this car was purchased stating I went into their dealership and had an altercation !!! why lie lol. This will be interesting to see on their non existing camera footage. Which clearly never occurred. I asked AL to have Sean the owner call and his response as if he was speaking to his 3yr old child "NO IT DOES NOT WORK LIKE THAT!" Just a lot of grown men taking advantage of a person with their tactics. I did also leave a request for the owner to call back with the front desk and no I never received a return call. Yes I tried to converse with the dealership but they are just nasty.(AL, JIMMY the mechanic whos text exchange was pictured below, and GREG) My car was also given to me on E and hiding in the lounges valet parking BEHIND their dealership back door!! AS IS- with a promise to fix check the engine light concern and AC doesn't mean to NOT KEEP their word. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The good: Price was very competitive. Rent to buy process and employees at the downtown pickup location were wonderful, professional and a pleasure to deal with. Car although delivered extremely dirty inside but washed on the outside was as promised. The bad: In comes the sales department.. Had a pre-approved loan at 2.8% for 72 months... sales guy.."I can get you a better loan" better was 5.6% for 72 months.. I said no! already have better... sales guy..."No?" let me try again. came back with the same that I had to start with. Sales team: You will need to smog your car and get a VIN verification on your own. Me: your the seller that's your responsibility not mine... Sales team: no it from out of state so its your issue not ours.. but we will give you a $100 gift card! (Smog and Vin ID cost me $200) . (according to California DMV and CHP I talked to it is the seller or dealers responsibility. But also learned that most of the None of this is spelled out until after you have possesion of the car. And since Covid has shut everything down it took a while to get things done soooo they tell me if you are late no gift card and we may charge you $75 for delaying the process (it gets better). online car sellers are doing this same thing so be informed and ask up front.) Called to tell them my issue and no response even though they say they will respond in 1 business day. It took them a week after I sent in all the paperwork to tell me my paperwork is now processing through DMV and should be done in 8 to 10 weeks. Guess slow only goes one direction with Avis. So now about six weeks after my test drive and decision to buy I am waiting, paperwork, the second key, my $100 gift card (HA!) and something that shows I actually am buying this car... Good news is I have heard nothing from the bank financing the car so haven't had to make any [payments. (Yay!) Summary: GREAT CAR AND PRICE BUT JUST AN EXTREMELY POOR PROCESS. be sure and ask questions and good luck. read more

Beware! This auto dealer is shady at best. Especially salesperson Sean, who has very poor organizational skills and poor customer service skills and does not return messages to customers or follow up when he says he will. This dealership has backed out of a contracted transaction even after a signed contract had been completed. They asked me to "hold off" on sending the funds because they found and "few broken things" on the truck. They took 47 days to fix and sunroof and a stereo that were not listed as broken in the listing. Then after not returning my messages asking dozens of times for updates and to complete the purchase, they changed their mind and want to cancel the transaction and not sell the truck. After I have already paid a third car payment on the loan I took out for this truck. This dealer was an EBay seller that asked me to finish the transaction outside of EBay. If they had not done so, EBay would have forced them to honor the sale and arbitrated on my behalf. Buyer beware! read more

Sold car in allegedly excellent condition that immediately manifested numerous problems within the first fifty miles. Dealer has been largely uncommunicative and when they do respond at all is arrogant and dismissive. You may have fine luck here, but definitely buyer beware as they clearly have few ethics and you shouldn't count on them to stand behind anything after the sale. read more

I am a poor man. I take care of a lot of people. It took me a long time to save up $4,000 for a down payment. Took me over a year. I was changing jobs and the new company required me to have my own truck. I went down and purchased a truck from TX Auto GRP. Within a month I was having some "issues" and as the next month went by, it just got worse. I sent one e-mail to Adrian, the finance guy, voicing my concerns. After stating my case via e-mail and, within a weeks time, they told me to bring my truck back and they would put me in another truck of my choice, within same the price range of course. The owner of this car lot paid off my truck balance in its entirety, worked with their bank to get me financing on another truck and did it all with a smile on their face. These men are good men! No other dealership would have done for that for me. I will not buy another vehicle from anyone else ever again. I will refer everyone I know to this dealership. This place has the worst customer service of any dealership I have ever been to. I tried to leave a review with everything that has happened and Yelp said it was too many characters smh. I have had too many headaches with this place so I will just say this place prejudged my wife and I. We had to deal with two different car salesman and was hung up on by both when asked why was a financing deal taking over a week when we know we should hear back within hours. One even insinuated that we didn't have enough money when we said we only wanted to put down 2K (he obviously didn't look at our paystubs) the car was priced way over market value due to modifications done to it so banks only would allow you to borrow but so much. So basically he called us too poor to afford it and hung up the phone on me. I went to speak with someone in the financial office to find out how much I needed to put down once we talked and agreed upon a number then the same salesman thought he would just text me and act as if we are best friends. Not a place I would ever do business with again, my wife and I just really wanted the car they had but that was a mistake. read more

Purchased a 19 Altima SL from them for a great deal and asked numerous times if it had been wrecked before, Alex assured me and showed me that it had a clean Carfax. After 9 days of owning the vehicle, I went to check on the spare tire and discovered 4 inches of standing water in the spare tire compartment. Once I vacuumed up the water and removed the spare you could see obvious damage to the welds in the compartment. When I took the car back WITH an AutoExam report that I had done on the vehicle, they denied knowing of the repair (even though they had owned the vehicle for a couple months before i purchased it) and still would not refund the vehicle. It took me having to threaten them with going to court (because I knew I was Con'd), for them to consider taking it back.. AFTER trying to give me a lower deal on the car to "make me happy". All in all I lost over 600 bucks out of the deal. read more

I called and spoke with the salesperson at DriveTime, who told me to have the vehicle placed on a diagnostic machine. We were only talking about the gas door and the clock at this point. Shortly after, I noticed something hanging from my truck. I took it to two different places, where I was told it was the water guard. They advised me to call the dealership to have it replaced, which I did. However, I was told I didn't need the part. They informed me that they didn't have the part but recommended I take it to a nearby shop to fix it cheaply. This all happened within my 30-day warranty period. The claim that I was asked for pictures is false was never asked for anything. Instead, I was brushed off and directed to a no-name shop because DriveTime did not want to fix the issue! Additionally, the wrong tires were installed on my truck. I was told the tires were brand new, yet I ended up with three flat tires that blew out on the freeway, putting my life in danger. I had no choice but to pay for new tires myself. They would rather I would have driven on the rims or died. I was not offered any reimbursement. Instead, I was told that an investigation would be conducted with no guarantee of approval. The bottom line is that the tires provided were too small for the truck, which jeopardized my safety. DriveTime responded that they cannot offer reimbursement which I told them was unacceptable. If I had died on the freeway because of your negligence, then what? I told them that i8 thought this was a reputable company to purchase a car from. The advertisements seemed honest and legitimate, but in reality, they sell people lemons, misrepresent vehicle conditions, and fail to consider the inconvenience caused to buyers. I demanded a reimbursement for the issues caused by their negligence and dishonesty. The way I am being treated is utterly ridiculous, and I want to make others aware of my experience.

We were concerned going to a smaller dealership that we would have issues finding financing that didn't cripple us. Not a concern here. If this wasn't enough, Zaki has proven that he has the goods to build a premier dealership as the personal care that he places on cars and customers is apparent from the time you meet. You will likely be taken aback by the way that Zaki balances being personal and professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. Unfortunately we had a situation arise causing us to not be able to purchase from Zaki (completely our fault) and he was more than gracious and understanding. While we didn't get to purchase from Zaki( this time), we will be referring all of our friends and family to King Brothers. I only write reviews that I am utterly compelled to, and after spending weeks going through the car shopping fiasco, meeting many wonderful and terrible people, Zaki was the star that outshined them all. I wish Zaki and King Brothers nothing but success as this is just the type of experience we need in the world. Whether you purchase from King Brother's or not, you can rest assured that this 5 star rating (at this time) is not a fluke.

I am naturally skeptical of any used car dealership even more so one that has so many high ranking reviews. I didn't initially believe it and thought they were fake. Boy was I wrong! Joad (Sales Manager) & Zuri (Sales Agent) do business the old school way. They stand behind their product, no B.S. Bait & Switch, and take care of their customers to no end! They offer a 7-day warranty on there vehicles and dont just sell you junk that you have to be worried about breaking down the minute you roll off the lot. They sold me a solid business van for my fleet, that had low miles and it was the cheapest priced vehicle online in the entire country. They are in business for the long haul and understand the importance of reputation. They treat people with the upmost respect regardless of price on car, like some other dealerships. Motors on Wheels went above and beyond for me to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the esthetics and mechanical integrity of my vehicle, which gave me peace of mind! Never experienced this level of customer service and professionalism from any dealership, not even the big manufacturer dealerships. They earned my business for life. I will be purchasing all of my future business vehicles from them!

I decided to give them a shot after such an incredible experience getting my windows tinted at their other shop. I am car illiterate and they're super patient with me. They've caught and thoroughly explained improper past fixes and what kinds of issues I have. They are proactive in communication, are friendly, and the ability to get an uber ride to and from the shop on their dime is incredible. They've also given me a loaner to use when they've had my car for extended periods. My last shop (European Service Center ) felt like I was picking up a part time job just to get any communication and my car would sometimes be there days on end without getting worked on. I feel like E1 is super respectful of my time, cares about my business, is very professional, and keeps me informed without me asking- it's so refreshing and appreciated. They are not the cheapest but also not wildly expensive either; their pricing is on par with my last shop and things are actually done right. I recognize that things don't always go perfectly and care a lot about how a company reacts to makes things right. I had a slight issue with my struts repair after about 9 months after the fix and they stood behind their work no problem and fixed it promptly (they have a 3 year warranty on work done). Just a great business.

Buyer beware! I cannot express enough how much of a nightmare my experience with TX Autogroup has been. As an out-of-state buyer who purchased a car through Car Gurus app, I trusted this dealership to deliver a quality vehicle. However, from the moment I received the car, it was clear that I had made a terrible mistake. Despite the Car Gurus app giving my 2011 Panamera an "Overpriced" warning, the dealership refused to budge on the price or even offer any assistance with shipping. It should have been a warning sign, but I foolishly trusted the salesperson's assurances that the car was in proper working order. It was anything but. Within minutes of taking the car for a drive, I noticed major issues. The battery was faulty, the wheels were misaligned, and the tires were dry-rotted and of different brands, causing problems with the all-wheel-drive system. The oil pressure sensor was also malfunctioning, and 3 of the 4 door latches needed to be replaced. It cost me over $6,500 in repairs just to make the car functional, and I still need to spend another $2,000 on new tires to make it safe to drive. To make matters worse, the dealership's response to my complaints was completely inadequate. They offered me a measly $1,000 settlement, which was an insult considering the amount of money and effort I had to put into the car just to make it functional. It's clear that this dealership only cares about making money and has no interest in customer satisfaction or doing right by their customers. I would strongly advise against purchasing a vehicle from TX Autogroup, especially if you are unable to inspect the car beforehand. They have no integrity or commitment to customer service, and they are only interested in scamming you out of your hard-earned money. Save your money and yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. read more

After years of searching... I finally found the vehicle I have been hunting for years. I naturally thought when something is too good to be true... it's because it's not. I must admit. After seeing the beautiful pictures and n their website I was even more skeptical. It just seemed to good to be true. I scheduled a test drive making an appointment and flew in from Dallas and not only did they have the vehicle ready and waiting for me upon arrival, to my surprise it was exactly as advertised. I was very skeptical about buying online sight unseen because I've been burned before but to my amazement this was the most pleasant experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. The salesperson and whole sales team were very welcoming and I cannot say enough about Tx Auto Group. I drove home with out any issues and they had me out within an hour of my arrival. The sales manager Greg was very helpful and I couldn't believe how easy the process was at this establishment. Thank you Tx Auto Group for the good business and the professionalism. I arrived to a nice, welcoming facility full of friendly, smiling faces. Jay was prepared for our meeting, and had the truck all shined up ready for a drive. I didn't have any experience with buying a used car so I asked around and a former coworker recommended we check out TX Auto Group. So after perusing their website we decided to stop by and see if we could schedule a test drive for a couple of the cars she liked. Robby was the guy that we met that day and he was extremely helpful with both info on the cars and the pricing and what I really appreciated was that he wasn't pushy at all. We decided to check out some other dealerships anyway but after dealing with aggressive sales guys pushing overpriced cars we ended up coming back to TX Auto Group and buying her car from them. BUYER BEWARE: 30-Day Delivery, 10-Minute Breakdown, 3-Year Nightmare I paid $70,000 for this Aston Martin from TX Auto in Houston, TX. It was represented as inspected and in proper working condition. Delivery took over 30 days instead of the promised 3. Within minutes of receiving the car, it broke down and would not restart after I stopped for fuel. TX Auto took it back, returned it, and said it was fixed. It was not. Nearly 3 years later, the car still does not run, and I have had to hire attorneys and pursue legal action to try to get a resolution. No one should spend $70,000 and end up with a car that failed within minutes of delivery. This was my experience with TX Auto. Buyer beware. read more

They helped me export my Mustang to Carcassonne for my uncle. The Shippers I hired at the port were giving me a hard time because of Misquoted emissions regulations.
