Neat little place near work. They have some good specialty burgers as well as the typical fare. I've tried them a couple of times. I got a Big Kahuna last time. (Reminded me of Pulp Fiction) lol. Prices are very reasonable. Beats the big fast food chains, hands down! They also have cold beer!

We absolutely love this burger joint! We moved here in August and I can honestly say I've eaten here more than any other establishment in BCS! We get visitors we take them to Tx Burger! Fries, tots and sweet pot fries are crisp to perfection! The burger is better than any burger we've had at other places! They have specialty ones but you can build your own as well! Atmosphere is very laid back, we usually bring Uno or a cribbage board! The service is always great and anyone I've encountered has been respectful and helpful and kind, especially when we walk in on Sunday mid day! Posting a pic but I am pretty simple with my burgers this time I got a 1/4 lb maverick with mushrooms and cheddar cheese with sweet potato fries! I was full but wasn't wasting not a bite! Run to get the best burger in BCS!

Slow, inconsistent, delicious. Well, I do enjoy Tx Burger when they are firing on all cylinders, but they operate about as consistently as a 1960s Chrysler K-car does today. Sometimes it's great, sometimes it's hot garbage. The only thing they have going is decent pricing, and when they do get it right damn is it yummy as all get out!.

This is our go to burger spot. I used to go to location in Crockett, Tx with my great grandmother growing up. This was when they had emu burgers. Now my wife and I take the kids to the College Station location. The service is great and the restaurant is always clean. The fries are also great and to top it all off the kiddos get blue bell ice cream when they are done eating! Great burger joint!

Over 1 hour wait for 1 combo of the daily special that never came out. Confusing visit today. Came for the half price burgers on Tuesday but TX Burger doesn't participate now, only Carter's Burger. TXburger.com printed on receipt but location doesn't exist on their location finder. Found it at brazosvalleyburgers.com but had no option to provide feedback. Ordered the Tuesday special in restaurant as a to-go order. After 40 minutes of waiting and seeing others that ordered after me get food, I inquired only to hear that "the kitchen was backed up and they also had to remake the burger, just 5 more minutes please." After 20 more minutes, I see the group of 8 that just came in after I checked on the order getting their food so I go back up to check only to find out that "the computer never pushed the order to the kitchen." Attached are the receipts to show the 67 minute wait with no food to show. The tip was just me rounding up for counter service, not a slight to the staff. Only saw two employees.

Easily the best burger I've had in College Station that is not part of a fast food chain. It feels genuine from the moment you arrive (I used to go here to eat BBQ) and the customer service is really helpful. I ordered a 2/3lb. Double with cheddar and honey mustard. Totally divine! Order a pitcher of beer--it's only $10 and you can get about 5/6 beers out of it! read more

Just stopped by to grab a burger to go. Was greater by a friendly and helpful staff! Not only that but while waiting for a Togo order they treated us GREAT! Made sure we were good and even offered my son some ice cream! This made his night. Moe was there and came out and met my kid and was super friendly! On top of that the food is great! Great little spot off Welbourne! My husband and I checked this place out and was nice and clean. The boy and girl working were really nice and attentive. We had cold Dos Equis , I had the tailgate burger very tasty and I really enjoyed the season fries ! My husband had the Beach Bacon with avocado and he devoured it! I was completely disappointed in this restaurant. The counter folk were nice and tried hard, but the kitchen was so woefully understaffed that they should not have even opened the doors. Ticket times were horrible, though not heavily occupied. The burger was severely overcooked and squeezed of all juices. Bacon was burned. Not an experience that makes me want to try again. Not worth the time and money. If you do want to venture a try, make sure to check if they are short-staffed first, as an overworked cook is not likely to create a pleasing dish. read more

This is my favorite burger joint in BCS! We just ate there yesterday and I'm in love and wouldn't mind having another burger today too lol. The meat was perfectly seasoned and everything tasted very fresh! The seasoned fries were amazing! I have two gripes about this place; that the ketchup tasted off to me and it's hot inside the restaurant. They have those red ketchup bottles they have at diners and I'm pretty sure they use some off brand/cheap ketchup. It leaves a weird taste in your mouth. As far as the temperature of the restaurant, it makes it a tad uncomfortable. We went around 6pm and we were sweating. Thankfully they have ice cream to cool you off! Great place overall and I can't wait to go back for a juicy hamburger and those tasty seasoned fries! read more

Great Burger and fries! Jalapeños were grilled to perfection on my Tx Burger and the Swiss cheese was oozing out the sides. Delicious!! Topped it off with a scoop of Blue Bell cookies' cream. The wait is worth the burger. This is "fast" food, but it's cooked fresh when you order. It took a few minutes to get our food but it was worth it. The jalapeño sourdough bun took it to the next level. My 8 year old ate for $5 and was stuffed. That was nice. Definitely a recommended stop. read more

The food was good, but next time I want a burger, I'll go to Koppe Bridge, Grub Burger, or Harvey Washbangers. The beef patty on my burger was on the dry side. I didn't care for the bun. The best part of the meal was the fries. They are battered and nicely crispy. Overall the food isn't bad, but it's nothing special. For the same price, you can getter a better burger elsewhere. read more

Great spot. Very clean and very fresh. This was my second stop here and was even better than the first. I got the double jalapeño burger and the burger was still steaming when it got to us. Food was wonderful, but I give only 2 stars because they say they are a family restaurant, yet they do not have a diaper changing station. This is 2019, if you offer highchairs and food for kids, you should offer a place for the parents to change their diapers also. Wont be back because of this. read more

Everything was quite cold. Reviews said that the veggies were fresh, yet mine were not ripened (lettuce & tomato was pale)And the fries were limp, soggy, cold & greasy. I couldn't even eat them. I ate 2 hours ago and since then I've been having extremely bad stomach cramping. I do not recommend at all. (Especially for $10.25) read more

Okay the burger was okay but we always get water when we eat out. They have no water cups. We were basically hijacked into buying a drink so we bought two and shared between 4 people. They did have water bottles to sell but we didn't want to buy water. The french fries seemed to be flash fried and there were hard uncooked parts in them. They just opened....you may want to visit these issues. read more

Really, really good burgers! They taste homemade and you get several options (cheese, grilled onions, mushrooms, jalapeños along with bacon and avocado) to customize your burger. My mom Dad and I ran up to Bryan College Station today to pick up some really exotic chickens that I've been needing to get ahold to. On our way back we were Starvin Marvin, passed up this little joint they look really nice and inviting. I ordered mom to turn this rig around we pulled in I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service by Miranda. Their burgers were great the fries were delicious onion rings were out of sight but the chicken fried steak really fell below par because it was pre Frozen and small. Recently moved to College Station, and this place is now my go to burger destination. Reasonably priced with lots of flavor. This place is not on a major highway/plaza, so it might not be that appealing on the eye when you drive by it. I highly encourage everyone to give it a try, and you will for sure fall in love with it if you are a burger enthusiast. read more

I came across a deal on Hooked for this place that was too good to pass. I am so grateful that I did, because I would have never gotten to try their delicious burgers! I ordered a double cheeseburger, and it was even larger than what I had expected it to be! The serving size is grand so it is definitely worth the price! I wish I could give no stars. We ordered a large order online and paid for it. Went in for the order at estimated time and the girl at the desk said they needed 30 more mins so we said ok and left and came back in 30 mins. Then another girl says that since we stepped out they canceled making the order because they thought we left and weren't coming back. This was right before closing. We were told no refund could be given that we had to call door dash and to have a great night. This was around 8:40. At 8:56 we get a message our food is ready. They close at 9. Don't eat here. They'll steal your money and food. I have to believe there are zero job requirements to work there. If those are Aggies god help us all. read more

This new Texas Burger location in Wellborn is a great addition to the brand! I've already had two of their burgers since they've opened and I enjoyed them both! The Kaiser bun is a new twist added to their well-proven Nolan Ryan Beef burger formula, and is definitely worth trying out! I also really enjoy their seasoned fries, and my favorite flavor of ice cream is the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough! read more
