Tycoon Kitchen has been quite the prominent feature in my rotation of office lunches, and I've been impressed every single time by the consistency and quality of their food, the efficiency of their service (especially with only such a small kitchen), and how friendly the staff and owner are. My go-to is their eggplant and tofu stir-fry, which often seems to take a few extra minutes to prepare, so the owner will often offer me a free Thai tea or spring rolls for waiting for what he considers a long time but what I think is perfectly reasonable given how busy they are. To make things more efficient, they also have two kiosks outside that you can order on, or you can poke your head inside if you'd rather speak to someone live. Everyone in our group (even those with dietary restrictions or picky eaters) found something they loved. While most folks opted for a noodle dish like pad Thai, the salmon in the curry sauce was speaking to me. It came with the filet, a bed of rice, veggies like bok choy and the curry sauce in a container on the side. There was seriously nothing not to love. The soup did have a great flavor, and I found myself throwing it back the last drops of soup like I a shot of whiskey. Everybody loved the spring and veggie egg rolls and I heard no complaints about the other dishes. One person in my lunch group ordered the curry, salmon and said it was very good! That said, everything was delicious. I opted for the pad Thai with shrimp and our group shared the veggie eggs rolls and spring rolls. My portion of pad Thai was huge and was definitely enough for two people or two meals. It was packed with flavor and the shrimp weren't the super tiny ones either. I didn't try the spring rolls, but the egg rolls were fried to perfection and a great way to start the meal. He had come by already since he works nearby and told me straight away that they have good Hainan chicken. It took me a while to try it, but I walked over a little later in the afternoon to find a mass of people waiting for their takeout orders. It turned out to be a group from the same company because they walked together in a pack. Meanwhile I made my order on the touchscreen and waited patiently for my order. Once I got my food, I went up to the rainbow table area of the rooftop park where I was immediately hit with high winds as a cheery woman was trying mightily to conduct a yoga class. They have two iPad stands outside and we ordered togo through that since inside is pretty small. I think this is more of a takeout place but of course if you need an area to sit to eat, Salesforce park is right upstairs! I appreciated the side of fresh fruit too. For $14 it was magnificent. You can also pay more for a combo to add eggs and meat but that sounded like too much for me at the time. My bf got the egg and cheese breakfast sandwich which was also tasty in its simplicity. It came with a huge side of fries which we didn't expect, but they were very good too! Right at the central transit station and minutes away from BART. Was in downtown SF for a business meeting and had lunch here with some co-workers. Quite a lot of options from sandwiches to curry and Hainan Chicken rice which was random but interesting. Food wasn't bad but pricy after taxes and fees. I really like the spicy chicken sandwich. I always order ahead and pick up. The wait is short and Friday is Free drink Friday. I usually get a Thai iced tea that usually like $5. The sandwich and fries is about $15 to $16. It's a good value and the sandwich is delicious. Service is friendly. Highly recommend! read more

New Asian fusion place in the area, tucked in on the ground floor of Salesforce transit center. I stopped by here for sunday brunch and got a banana french toast and crispy chicken sandwich. Overall food is pretty solid and what you'd expect from similar Thai brunch places in the area. Service was pretty attentive. The place is pretty tiny with only have 3-4 tables inside. Had a nice pad thai with chicken! Nice menu with Asian fusion They also have a menu of 5 items that if you order, you get a free drink. The pad Thai is on there and I got the Thai milk tea!
