Delicious food!! My husband made reservations and surprised me for dinner. First time here and we…read moregot LOVED IT!! The vibe was immaculate. The drinks were great and the food was soo good that we still talk about it days later. He loved the bone marrow. Steak was perfectly cooked, tender and juicy. The cake was not my favorite at all. It took way too long to come out and it came out very cold. Not much chocolate flavor, too much salt. It was missing something. We will skip dessert next time.

Service was good though. I must have ordered the wrong things this time, and I was there for happy hour. The crab rangoon squash blossom was kind of fishy. I was expecting something that looked like or was housed in a squash blossom, but it was a fried ball of gloppy crab filling. I also ordered the jalapeño popper deviled eggs. It was a stunner, but this is not the app for you if you're not all about the yolk. It was yolk on yolk on yolk. I wanted something to brighten it up, like a pickled veggie or pickled onions maybe. I've had better taste experiences at The Monroe before, but this wasn't one of them, unfortunately.

Great vibes as well, feels family-ran and personal even if there are multiple locations We got the scallion dry noodles and pork soup dumplings. Noodles were phenomenal, no complaints. We will be coming back!

The space inside is decorated so nice and there's a QR code on the table for the menu for easy ordering. We did the order quickly but didn't realize you could choose your noodles bc the app doesn't prompt you at all. I was a little bummed after figuring that out, it would have been nice to try the house made ones but we just got the standard thin noodles since we didn't catch that. For food we ordered a noodle soup, the N1 with minced pork. The sauce was a little strange, almost like it had too much vinegar, I couldn't figure it out. The meat was very small but the bowl wasn't too pricey at $12. Also had an after thought of a few chickpeas and spinach leaves, unimpressive. The second dish we ordered was the TN3 sesame sauce noodles with cucumber, minced pork and carrots for $11. Of the two, I preferred this one but nothing too special. I liked that they gave you a pitcher of cumber water for the table and we were in and out pretty fast. From the other restaurants in this plaza it was sadly kinda a let down.
