Tried other styles in the beginning and didn't like it. Also tried eyebrow waxing also didn't like it. Usually when I get eyebrows waxed they also wax the middle of your eyebrows and the first time I tried it here I had to ask for them to do that part. Even the cleaning up of the eyebrows I had to ask for. Tried another style of lashes and wasn't good. One eye has more lashes than the other. They do listen to feedback when you're there but I feel like I've had more bad experiences than good. They have potential for sure but I think they could definitely benefit from some more training.

I didn't have time for one. She said there would be a 10-15 minute wait and asked if I can wait. I said I can wait a bit, but if it takes longer than 15 minutes, I need to leave. When I asked her how much it would cost, she said "$50 & up because it depends on how long" and I told her medium length, but she might have meant how long it takes? Which didn't make sense. She went in the back to talk to someone. I felt bad because they moved another customer from a specific nail tech, Kim to another spot so that I can get my nails done with her. I'm guessing Kim is only one at the time who can do my acrylics. The front person went to do that other customer's pedicure, while Kim switched gears. Kim was super focused, but didn't say anything to me except how long I wanted my nails and asked if the length was okay for the entire time. I appreciate quiet self-care time, but I definitely feel there should have been better customer service and a set price in the beginning. I will push for them to give me a set price next time. Other than that, I did like how thorough Kim was with my nails. She was constantly checking to make sure the nails were same lengths and she filed everything evenly, even the thickness of the nails were the same. I am very satisfied with the result. They charge a $2 fee for credit card. So if you don't want to pay that, you can pay cash. I can't remember if they accept Zelle. It was $65 for my french tip acrylics.

The moment they found out I had a groupon, they tried charging me much more for lashes that were clearly advertised in the salon photos. The technician her name was Summer showed me a photo of a previous client on her phone of what supposedly qualified for the Groupon, and it looked nothing like a proper full set. After driving a long distance, I felt pressured into paying extra and ended up spending an additional $35 plus $15 for lash removal. Very misleading experience and felt like false advertising. They should clearly have photos of what is and is not included upfront.
