Delicious Ordered: 2 steak plate with fried yuca and dipping sauce (Gluten free & dairy free) And Tostone plate with steak on top Basically like tostone nachos Steaks were cooked as requested and had a nice flavor Fast service Kind waitress Reading opinions that prices are high but for the quality of the food, I disagree.

Nice and friendly. I tried their Parrilla Mixta: grilled steak, chicken, chorizo, ribs and morcilla. Nice smoke flavor but the ribs were a bit dry. The tostones, boiled or fried yuca and arepas were a nice complement to the meats. The arepas were so good crisp and sweet. I could eat a bunch of those. Tostones were not crisp. Dip them in their garlic and cilantro sauce to add flavor. The parrila mixta was $45. Also tried their Colombian style Sancocho which was flavorful and nice portion for $15. Their outdoor seating is mainly wooden picnic tables and benches spread across a grassy lot. Large tents provide shade during the day. Lots of fans located above to help cool the air and there are table fans to help keep the flies away. The place offers live music on weekends but check the time. Great place for family, groups and couples to enjoy some smoky grilled meats in a festive set up.

From wontons to crab legs, prepare yourself for lots of delicious dishes to choose from! The service that Wontons on Wheels provides is synonymous to that of having a meal at a friend's home. You are provided all you need without having to ask and the staff treats your order with urgency and care. I also love that they provide an area for you to enjoy your meal after ordering, which makes for convenient dining. At some locations, you can enjoy live Dj's spinning feel good music. They are welcoming and consider their guests' experience from beginning to end. Most recently I've had the pleasure of savoring their Oxtail Tacos and after the first bite, I was catapulted into an indulgent journey for the palate. The layering of the taco is perfectly balanced between cheese and oxtail and the SAUCE!!! My goodness, the sauce adds another dimension of depth. This is by far one of the most memorable dishes I've had in a while and I simply can't wait to have it again, next time I will be sure to grab an order to go!

They are over 30 minutes away from me, but I never hesitate to go when I'm craving some real Dominican street food. Their Picadera con proteínas is my go-to. They have different options for the protein and the sides for you to choose from. I always do Tostones with pechurinas (fried chicken), longaniza, carne de res, or cerdo frita. My mom loves their orejitas. When I'm craving a chimi, they are my go-to. They also have a special for chimis on Wednesday. I love their empanadas; they have an authentic Dominican flavor. Their empanada de pollo or pizza are my two favorites. Their Yaroas are excellent and very loaded. Their Rebulu fries are the perfect Dominican-style loaded fries. My family also enjoys their kipes. I can go on forever on what to try from them, but all I can say is that if you are looking for good flavor, quality, and feel of Dominican style food De Lo Mio is the place to go.
