I follow their IG page and have been wanting to try their food. I was not disappointed. My friend and I had the Pork Min Bao, the Especial Arroz Chaufa, the Pollo Chi Jau Kay, and the Carne de Res con Frejolito Chino. Everything was delicious. The portions are huge as it's family-style dining. I don't remember our writer's name, but the service was excellent. He offered us dessert at the end....but we were stuffed and couldn't eat another bite. I definitely plan to visit Chifa du Kang again.

Chaufa Especial---fried rice with chicken, pork, and shrimp

Chifa is located in a plaza on the north side of Miramar Parkway, just east of the I-75 interchange. There is lots of parking. The place is smaller than I expected but definitely seats more than 70. Alas, there was no ceviche for my husband because the menu focuses on Peruvian Chinese. The server was very helpful and told us that the dishes come in two sizes. A small feeds 1-2 people and the large feeds 3-5. We ordered small dishes to feed 3 people and brought home leftovers. An acquaintance raved about their fried rice, so we had the Chaufa Especial---fried rice with chicken, pork, and shrimp. We also ordered the Tay Pay Du Kang, which is shrimp, chicken, pork, and quail egg with sauteed vegetables. Of course, we had to try the lomo saltado. White rice does not come with the stir fried entrees, so we got a bowl for $3.50. The beef in the saltado was a bit tough and the the dish was salty. It was our least favorite of the three. The stir fry with quail eggs and vegetables was just right with lots of protein and crunchy bok choy. We all three adored the fried rice and thought it was among the best we have ever had. A 15% tip is automatically added to each check. Ours was a tad more than $84 for 3 entrees, a bowl of rice, and a can of soda. We definitely will be back for more fried rice, and we have our eyes on a few other entrees we want to try. There are quite a few vegetarian options, which makes the restaurant ideal for dinner with my sister who lives nearby.

Paula was our waitress and I was eating dinner with my father. I had the chicken Chifa and my father had lomo saltiado. Both dishes were delicious. Paula was very informative and friendly. She recommended my father's dish and recommended the passion fruit dessert which is her favorite dessert. I ordered the passion fruit dessert and it was great. Great restaurant with polite staff. Will come again with family.

This place is sooooo fire ! We always order take out but this time we dinned in and it was an amazing experience. Ask for Alejandra the Colombian girl she was soooooo attentive! The super nice waiter that feels like a friend, yes that's her ! Arroz chufa de res is my favvv . We alternate between the lemon chicken and orange chicken both are good. The pork & shrimp dumplings to start are savory ! Get that too.

The only thing better than the food was the service and the food was AMAZING! 1000 thanks to our server Nestor for explaining the menu and being patient with us newbies

I did a UberEats order from this restaurant while at work today, and though the food arrived hot and fairly quick, the flavors were not there. I ordered from the Mirmar location, and the service I used did deliver to Sunrise. Everything was nicely packed, there was no spilling, so I definitely appreciate that. I ordered from the appetizer menu 2 egg rolls along with 6 pieces fried pork wonton, and for the main I choose the combination tallarines con chaufa: which is stir fried noodles with half special fried rice, which also came with 2 fried pork wontons on top. The wontons were not worth it for me, as you can see from my images: there's a TINY center of a small piece of steamed pork, and then a giant fried batter/ wonton dough. It was crispy, and flaky, but for a wonton, there was not much to it. The egg rolls were ok, packed with lots of veggies and bits of pork throughout. The main was good, it's definitely worth sharing because they do give you a lot. The main dish was $22.00, which I feel is a bit hefty. The flavors were ok, nothing that made my mouth water for the next bite! Flavors are very mild and mediocre. If I was to ever visit the restaurant in person, I'll definitely leave an updated review, and also comment on the in person service and ambience.

This unassuming restaurant was super clean. Staff were friendly and the plates were monogrammed. Nice touch. On to the food. We ordered a special fried rice. One of the best I ever had. The small was enough for two plus we had leftovers. We also ordered a fried chicken dish with a ginger sauce. Also very good it was just a tad on the bland side. I added hot sauce which took care of that. I will definitely be back again to try more dishes.

It is a reduced portion of their menu as it includes only 5 choices, but the choices are good enough that they are a great sampler of the food and the portion size is abundant! We all took some home for dinner! This time we did not taste their desserts, but I have such a craving for the chocolate cake that looked delicious, that I'm sure I'll be back soon! I ordered the tenderloin over the huancaina risotto and it was a huge portion (not a lunch menu item). The sauce was a bit salty so I did not take it "to go", just the delicious risotto and the tenderloin chunks. Three friends ordered the "trio" sampler with ceviche, fried calamari and some risotto; a couple friends ordered the sautéed chicken with white rice and French fries that looked spectacular, and a couple other friends ordered the fettuccini in huancaina sauce with the breaded chicken filet that was a humongous dish and very yummy! Finally one friend ordered a Maki Sushi roll that was beautifully plated, and another ordered the seafood risotto that was also very yummy. Everything smelled and looked like something I would've loved to have... so juat Enjoy and come back for more! Don't forget to check the last page for those lunch specials!

To eat, i was craving tallarines -- sadly, they don't have that here. I pivoted to splitting a ceviche tradicional as an appetizer and a Lomo saltado. I ordered the steak medium rare. The ceviche was good, they really skimp on the choclo and sweet potato though. The Lomo came out overcooked. My companion's did come out medium rare, maybe they gave him mine, but why would they ever make them as well-done as mine came out i don't know. So they remade it for me. It was better but really nothing special. For ~$30 a plate i wanted a little more. Parking is easy as they're located in a plaza. The AC was broken so not great but it didn't impact us much. Our server was Valentina, amazing service. She basically knew the entire menu by heart and gave us recommendations on each of the different cuisines. We tried: - queso fundido amazónico- the menu sells it better than what it actually is. Missing more protein. - lomo tacos pastor - good taste and pineapple gives them a nice touch- i think it had a relish like sauce I didn't like much. - chicken tacos- good but not great - leche de tigre: absolutely amazing - ceviche ají amarillo: perfect loved it just order - dessert- Baboon- amazing curcuma icecream with Dulce de leche and fried bao bun- wow- must order 4 stars as the tacos/ price was not up to par. We had 2 beers, mint lemonade and 3 cokes- We spent a total $200 for 4 of us. I think a bit pricey but not crazy Overall could be a 3 star; however the service brought it back to 4

One thing about me: I'm absolutely obsessed with Peruvian cuisine. Unfortunately, this place completely missed the mark. The service was terrible from the start. They use electronic tablets as menus, but mine was dead. I had to wait nearly 10 minutes just to get someone's attention and receive a replacement. That's just the beginning. My food arrived before my drinks, and I had to repeatedly ask for a bottle of water and a spoon. I ordered the chaufa, and it was incredibly oily. It didn't even have the proper color or flavor you'd expect from a good Peruvian fried rice. I would've taken a photo, but by that point we had already waited so long that I just wanted to eat. To make matters worse, the dish was mostly rice with maybe 10 pieces of chicken scattered throughout. I left half of it untouched. I also ordered ceviche and specifically wanted shrimp and fish. Instead, they brought me fish only and somehow upsold me to a different fish that I never asked for. Of course, I didn't find that out until the bill arrived. Overall, it was overpriced, disappointing, and nowhere near worth the money. Save yourself the frustration and spend your hard-earned money somewhere else.

By then my husband didn't even want the soup anymore. Our original waiter finally came back and asked if we wanted him to reheat the soup ‍ My husband said no, please just take it away and bring the check. Then the waiter says, "Look, I removed the soup from the bill," as if that fixed the situation The saddest part is that no manager ever came over, nothing. Everyone acted like this was completely normal. The only person who genuinely tried to resolve the situation was Alejandro.

You really can't beat that. Martini was perfect and beer was cold and tasty too. Now here's the insider tip: ask for Sherry. Seriously--best waitress we've ever had. Tell her Nikki sent you from Atlanta! Flanigan's set the bar HIGH. Who's topping this? Be sure to head over to Flanigan's Seafood Bar and Grill in Weston!

I made a reservation because came on a Saturday night and I wanted to make sure I didn't have to…read morewait. My table was ready for me, that was great. I ordered a pisco sour that was perfectly made. My appetizer was a fish and shrimp ceviche: the leche de Tigre was soooo fresh and well balanced, I absolutely loved it. Main course I was pleasantly surprised to see there was an option of a plate with half tallarines verdes and half lomo saltado (the menu says "steak" and you can choose how you'd want it); I've never seen this kind of split-a-plate before so I thought I'd be perfect because you get to try two things, it's a great value. Both the tallarines and the lomo were flavorful. I just wished there was some way to keep the juices from the lomo away from the tallarines because at the bottom of the plate the pasta tasted like lomo, not like pesto hahaha -still, yummy-. Against by best judgement and my capacity I ordered dessert and the dulce de leche was a little too sweet for me (I couldn't finish it) but I ordered a coffee too, that helped. The staff was on point; I loved they were always checking on us (and the place was almost full) and I also noticed they use intercoms so they are always making each other aware of what a table needs. The owner (or manager, not sure) is very sweet and greeting all customers. The bar service seems to be tons of fun, I noticed a few couples having drinks and enjoying the evening. The music was 80s-90s: I truly enjoyed it. I definitely will be coming back. I recommend!
